AQHSTAS TRAITORS/TERRORISTS WILL BE ORDERED TO HAVE

PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATIONS IF THEY FAIL TO MAGNA MEA CULPA 

When all else has failed to further excoriate SVC’s President, Phil Sutton, and harm his reputation, the traitors/terrorists resorted to claims of mental illness.

It is a cheap shot. Everyone can say derogatory things about someone else to improve their perceived position during times of interpersonal conflict. 

This first occurred when Missoula, Montana, USA, City Prosecutor Andrew Scott stated that SVC’s President admitted shoplifting less than $7 of goods from Eastgate Albertson’s without ever explaining how SVC’s President admitted it or could produce a videotape of the alleged theft that Manager Lewzon Bertek claimed he had. 

SVC’s President refused to submit to Psychiatric Evaluation by any city hired psychiatrist knowing full-well he or she would testify saying what Scott wanted and contacted U.S. Navy Psychiatrists at Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, DC. He underwent evaluations by two of them. Both Evaluations stated SVC’s President was a “specimen of good mental and physical health.” 

When the case languished for 20 months, U.S. Attorney General Michael Mukasey intervened and had the case dismissed with prejudice due to obvious malfeasance by Scott and his office as well as violating SVC President’s Federal Rights. 

SVC’s President was charged with four other State crimes and 1 Federal crime. Neither the State of Montana (Missoula County) nor the City of Missoula ever prosecuted any of their charges successfully and resorted to subterfuge by trying the Defendant in absentia and either telling him the case had been dismissed or never serving a summons to appear in court, so naturally he was not there to defend himself. SVC’s President spent 43 days in jail collectively without ever being convicted of any crimes, not even a speeding ticket. He will turn 67 in August, and it is still the case! You cannot do any better than that! 

Even with the Federal case, the issue of mental illness appeared. SVC’s President was acquitted by Federal Magistrate Jeremiah Lynch without the arresting sheriff’s deputy required to appear for questioning. Deputy Jonathan Stineford and Foresters Al Hilshey and Brian Lockhead all admitted in their Reports of the incident that they went up to Poe Meadows with the intent of shooting SVC’s President dead. They were never called to account for writing such outrage in court documents! 

Now the traitors/terrorists are attempting the same stunts in Colorado Springs and causing formally helpful people to join organized terrorism. Some of the turnarounds have been dramatic and inexplicable. Just like in Missoula 14 to 24 years ago, the new traitors/terrorists are successfully convincing people SVC’s President has “mental health issues” just as Stineford wrote in his Report 19 years ago. 

Even when these individuals are shown incontrovertible evidence to the contrary or even ask SVC’s President to produce copies, pictures and videos of examples of the traitors/terrorists’ taunts, defamations and intimidations, they still will not recognize reality and cruelly taunt SVC’s President and deny he has been maltreated! By doing so, they define their own mental illness beyond a shadow of a doubt. 

The International Tribunals and their U.S. Federal Court Partners will turn the tables on the traitors/terrorists and will order psychiatric evaluations if they do not magna mea culpa with dispatch. It is believed that most of the traitors/ terrorists are suffering from mixed delusions and behavioral avoidance. They honestly believe they can do no wrong and anyone who says otherwise is mentally ill, delusional, etc. etc., etc. It is the only thing that could possibly explain their behavior.

Further, anyone who has actively harmed SVC’s President reputation and good standing in anyway utilizing the mental illness gambit will incur a new round prosecutions and lawsuits for defamation. It only takes one crime on the al Qaeda Serial Crimes List for any person to be meet the requirements of the al Qaeda Script and be considered a traitor/terrorist under law! The criminal convictions are automatic! No need for trial. Like all terrorists, they take pride in and look forward to taking public credit for what they do!
