NO TOLERANCE NONSENSE POLICY REPORT II: SERIOUS SITUATION IN COLORADO SPRINGS

When SVC Security Chief Gary Norman attempted to leave his storage unit Colorado Springs this morning. He was confronted with the knowledge that he had a "ticket" against him. He was told he loitered at his own storage unit and that letting him out because he is on foot is not acceptable under the "business model" at Otter Self Storage and the lease will be cancelled.

Chief Norman asked to talk to the person who wrote the ticket. As of 2:20 PM MDT, the promised call has not occurred. As a International Law Enforcement Officer himself and a former U.S. Marshal, Chief Norman, knew the Colorado Springs Police are involved because loitering at your own storage unit is a ridiculous notion during regular business hours and the COS Police and the AQHSTAS traitors/terrorists are desperate to find something against President Phil Sutton to use as a bargaining chip, as discussed in No Tolerance Nonsense Policy Report I. https://www.svctrailblazerpublications.com/no-tolerance-nonsense-report-i

The SVC International Compliance Officials consulted with the Federal Court Partners of the International Tribunals and had Chief Norman email Otter Self Storage's Headquarters:

I have been told I have a "ticket" that says I have been "loitering" at my storage unit. How do you loiter at a storage unit when it would be easy to spend an hour or two moving in, rearranging things or moving or removing various items over time? Perhaps, you have me confused with a black man in a red car who has spent nights at the Oro Blanco location on the first floor near my storage unit.

Furthermore, I am 85% disabled without a car. I must go in and out like I do because I can't carry all that is needed for my businesses all the time and the lift by my storage unit was out for nearly a month. That's the reason for the storage unit in the first place. Our corporate attorneys tell me that the Americans With Disabilities Act requires that renters have unfettered access from both sides of the gate without having to call to get out. The Oro Blanco location is the only storage unit area that anyone knows about that does not have a Self Storage Keypad and Access Controller on the inside. Why? Such a thing costs less than what I would now pay at my newly increased rate for a year alone!

And, before you argue, if you don't like it move, I paid my rent until November 15 and I will most certainly consider moving by then if this is the way I am maltreated and harassed by this kind of nonsense with the concomitant complaints to the appropriate agencies and courts. 

The Federal Court Partners will issue another Restraining Order and order the execution of the International Judgments against the City of Colorado Springs, if necessary, while the International Tribunals consider a Judgment against Otter Self Storage.
