Throughout this volume you will see a touch of spirituality that the reader may feel uncomfortable. For the record, the author will now explain the reasons for including my faith in this book. The author personally believes with everything
that is in me that the American nation and its great fortune the past 245 (now 250) years is due to the fact that the United States is one of only two nations our Creator has taken time out of what must be a very busy schedule to fashion. The other nation, of course, is Israel.
Moses and Aaron and the 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence had a great deal in common. These brave men all went to the most powerful person of their times, Pharaoh Ramses II and King George III, respectively, and informed
them they no longer desired to be associated with them as in the past and demanded freedom from their tyrannical rule.
Ramses and George had every right to laugh at the proposition of Hebrew and American liberty. But guess what? After 400+ years of captivity in Egypt, the Hebrews did receive their freedom, didn’t they? The American colonists did not suffer as long as the Hebrews, but the possibility of winning independence
from Great Britain, the greatest empire the world still has ever known, was as daunting as for the Hebrews some 32 or 33 centuries earlier.
It was in the Hebrews’ case and must have been in the Americans case, divine intervention that procured freedom for both peoples. In Genesis 15, Abraham made his covenant with the Creator. The Creator promised Abraham that his
descendants would be “as numerous as the pieces of sand on the seashore and as numerous as the stars in the sky.”
The typical theological interpretation is that the sand represented his biological descendants, the Jews, and the stars represented his spiritual descendants through Jesus Christ, the Christians. It is the author’s belief that Israel is the nation the Creator fashioned for Abraham’s biological descendants, and the United States is the nation for his spiritual descendants, the Christians.
Indeed, America has always prided itself as a “Christian nation”, founded on Christian principles.
However, the author also strongly believes, all humans are heirs to the legacy of the American Revolution, no matter what their religious viewpoints or affiliations.
Indeed, George Washington stated as much in his First Presidential Inaugural Address:
“No people can be bound to acknowledge
and adore the Invisible Hand which conducts
the affairs of men more than those of the
United States. Every step by which they
have advanced to the character of an
independent nation seems to have been
distinguished by some token of providential agency.”

The reason is Israel and the United States have fallen completely from grace and now have joined Satan’s legions on Earth. Their National Leaders have completely abandoned the tenets regarding Divine Human Behavior founded in the Holy Bible and I have written into International Law, all the while claiming just the opposite.
In the above scripture, James is warning Christians not to be wobbly in their Faith because those weak of Faith are driven to and fro by the winds. Double mindedness is the mental state of believing or attempting to believe two opposing thoughts at the same time. This simple and brief teaching of James 1:8 on the double minded men or woman is one of the most profound in Scripture.
The Scriptural charge of being unstable is of serious importance. The American Heritage Dictionary defines unstable as fickle and lacking control of one's emotions, characterized by unpredictable behavior, precisely what we have seen from Donald Trump.
I believe that double mindedness is a recognizable psychological phenomenon and that it is used to neutralize Human thought and action. It is very subtle because it almost defies description. Herein lies its power to deceive and control Human emotions, the very definition of who Satan is: the deceiver.
From the beginning, Scripture nails Satan for his deceptive and devious ways in Genesis 3:1–5. The serpent, later identified as Satan, tempts Eve in Eden, leading to humanity’s downfall. In the New Testament, John 8:44 explicitly calls Satan “a liar and the father of lies,” stating that the evil one “does not stand in the truth” and that prevarication is Satan’s native language.
This is why the multi-billionaire dollar defamation and discrediting campaign against me has been so effective in the Al Qaeda Hezbollah Success Takeover of America Scandal (AQHSTAS). Few men who have ever lived on this planet are eviler than Osama bin Laden and justifying his actions as a personal vendetta against me, his minions are now in operational control of the United States of America because he has successfully convinced the last three U.S. Presidents and at least 3½ million of our fellow Americans see me as the devil incarnate rather than bin Laden and the traitors/terrorists!!!!!!!
Further, I will focus on my home country here when I point out that there is both collective and individual double mindedness. Most politicians are aware of this phenomenon and use it to deceive their constituents.
The U.S. Political system has become a farce and fraud for some time. Until the American People wake up to the fact that the right/left, Republican/Democrat paradigm is a false one, the farce will continue and American Liberties will continue to be eroded.
Politics in America is not a party system. It is instead a repetitive and insulting process of pacifying the Americans will with the illusion of freedom and political choices.
Every two years, whether it's in the Congressional midterm election that we're approaching or the quadrennial Presidential "Election," the false paradigm is reinforced. The opposing candidates square off, promising change of this or that nature, and the people, hearing catch phrases and buzzwords that tickle their ears, fall in line and cast their votes. But regardless of whether this Republicrat or that Democan gets elected, nothing of consequence ever changes. Government grows and liberty is whittled away.
This is a classic example of collective double mindedness. Every American who votes will tell you, if asked, that he/she believes in “life, liberty and property”. This is what Thomas Jefferson first wrote in the of Declaratio of Independence before Benjamin Franklin corrected him to write “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness”, everyone is familiar with.
Thomas readily agreed to the change because he realized that was the exact reason he was writing the Declaration in the first place: discarding a tyrannical government and inaugurating a more democratic one.
Yet, the average American votes for a political cabal that is progressively undermining basic liberty and transferring property – that is to say, power - to the State without payment. The only reason that people can be seduced into destroying their own liberty is because over time they have unknowingly adopted the morality of the State. Their double mindedness has numbed their senses so that they do not know that political oratory is an appeal for sanction of their own plunder. The electorate never understands the issues because none are ever truthfully presented or debated.
Any individual or group is double minded when clinging to a philosophy that denies and is contradictory to reality, regardless of its name or label. Political parties were never intended to be different in substance, only in name and oratory. Before the third- and fourth-party devotees agree with smugness, the same applies to all political parties. A rose under any name is a rose forgetting the thorns that come with it in this case.
No, there is no difference. Our hope is based on illusion and illusion on double mindedness. The great deception goes on.
This is how a Nation and its Leaders can look the other way when thousands of its Citizens who are innocent of any legal wrongdoing are murdered or have their lives irreparably damaged by corrupt public officials, employees and their henchmen and henchwomen.
The double mindedness becomes particular ominous when Group Think impairs the corrupt from perceiving the deception they are under. They are quite literally incapable of understanding that their actions are criminal and unacceptable in Civilized Society.
The double minded man or woman forever seeks liberty under dubious labels. There are two illusions here. The first is that Political affiliations appear different simply because they have different names. The second great illusion is that these affiliations lead to Political Freedom. When Americans had freedom, there was no double-mindedness prevalent. It was not long ago that something like the AQHSTAS would have been impossible in the United States. Now, it is being accepted as perfectly normal.
The videos of the atrocities are now going a long way to overcoming any legal doubt of what should be done and why. My International Complaint has always been well-accepted outside of the USA because Nations aspire to become like the USA and having such a massive criminal scandal in the USA swells the egos of all other National Leaders. That is perhaps the greatest damage done by Barack Obama and now Donald Trump again as President.
The International Investigators and Prosecutors are, of course, loving it. The controversy over the International Criminal Court and the Nobel Peace Prize only illuminates it further. How Donald Trump believes he can win a Nobel Peace Prize when he starts a war against Iran siding with Isreal and then doing such things as partially lifting the sanctions against Russian diesel is beyond any reasonable person’s comprehension.
The ICC has issued warrants for the arrest of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netayahu and Russian President Vladimir Putin. Trump’s Presidency can end at anytime by simply submitting his pre-Inaugural Resignation Letter as per his own Agreement with The Hague and only the thing barring that is concern regarding Trump’s would-be successor. The United Nations doesn’t want more of the same that we have seen from Trump, Obama and Joe Biden.
The two current National Leaders of the former Superpowers of the Cold War have started wars they cannot seem to finish, and the National Leader of the “Jewish State” is doing his best on his Adolf Hitler impersonation.
All this is based on the incontrovertible facts of each case. Russia and Isreal have committed war crimes and Crimes Against Humanity in their war against Ukraine and in Gaza, respectively. Russia has simply returned to old form, but the Jews are challenging the notion that the opposing Israel is antisemitic on its face and that the Jews’ maltreatment of Palestinians in Gaza is not in fact a return to Nazi-like geocide which was the impetus for International Community’s creation of modern Isreal in 1947. Isreal has reverted back to the evil practices of Nazi Germany that murdered six million Jews.
Not to mention, that same United Nations Resolution created a Palestinian State which has never happened and is the basis for the creation of Hamas. Palestinian Liberation Organization Yassir Arafat and Israel Prime Minister Menachim, who signed the Camp David Peace Accords, were competing terrorists for power before Israel was created during World War II.
There is no different between a Jewish terrorist and a Muslim terrorist, save the Jewish terrorists have fared better the past 78 years because the United States has been the lone ally of Isreal in the world. Both the Old Testament and the Quran teach its adherents they have a right to revenge: “An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, foot for a foot.” (Exodus 21:24) Then we actually wonder why the Middle East always seems to be in a state of war? Stop wondering.
Americans need to be careful here to not prove bin Laden correct pertaining to the Palestinians. In his letter to Americans explaining 9/11, bin Laden made it clear that American Policy in favor of Isreal and to the definite detriment of the Palestinians was one of the primary reasons why Americans needed to be taught a lesson. There is no question if bin Laden was alive today, he would be brandishing the ICC’s warrants against Netanyahu as proof he is right. He would be, you know.
Pope Leo XIV made a poignant analogy about bin Laden and me and Jesus and Caiaphas. “Caiphas was the Chief Priest of the Sanhedrin, and bin Laden borrowed the title from the Palestinians of the Supreme Leader of Islamic Jihad. Jesus was a carpenter and mason from Galilee, and you were a Financial Services Executive from Montana,” the Pope noted, “But I know with great certainty that it was the Galilean and Montanan who both represented and spoke for Almighty God in those conversations.”
The former Robert Prevost is from Chicago and I first met him in Peru when SVC Allied Advocates responded with aid after an earthquake there. Pope Leo and his predecessor Pope Francis also have had heartfelt concern regarding Climate Change, and I correspond with the Vatican in its official language of Latin regarding that issue. King Charles and Prince William share that concern as well.
The Pope is going in for surgery, and we need to remember him in Prayer.
Jesus never advocated revenge of any kind as the answer in human conflict and introduced his Golden Rule in John 7:12: “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you.” Jesus did not originate the concept, but it is his version that has resounded through history. The simple idea that you should treat others as you would want to be treated is incredibly powerful but rarely exhibited by most.
The International Tribunals and their U.S. Federal Court Partners have adopted a restatement of the Golden Rule: “What you have done to others will be done unto you.” This is perfect Criminal Justice. It is punishment to fit the crime and would definitely be a deterrent from anyone else emulating the traitors/terrorists in the future.
If this is properly administered and the UN and The Hague are empowered to invoke it in all international cases, the concept can virtually eliminate all organized terrorism. Only isolated individuals or small group acts of terrorism would occur.
The problem is the ability to enforce it. The longer the AQHSTAS is allowed to continue and the precedence under international law continues unestablished, the less likely any kind of peaceful conclusion is possible for the world and the dream of Universal Rule of Law and Human Rights shattered forever! The traitors/ terrorists and all of their ilk will have won and know they can get away with starting endless wars; committing genocide and Crimes Against Humanity, never having to answer for it!
Fittingly enough, when South African-born Jurist and former UN Human Rights Chief Navanethem 'Navi' Pillay, first heard about winning the 2026 Nobel Peace Prize last Friday she was at the Nuremberg Forum in Nuremberg, Germany.
Nuremberg is where the Nazi’s were tried for their atrocities after World War II. The WWI Allies chose Nuremberg for the venue of the trials because this was where the Nazis held their rallies fomenting their rise to power and there their hatred for humanity would be forever put down.
From the get-go, the International Investigators told us that the AQHSTAS was not a simple conflict between the U.S. Government and innocent U.S. Citizens who deserved its support against Crimes Against Humanity and political persecution and assassination, but “possessed aspects that were much deeper, uglier. There exist troubling parallels associated with Nazi Germany in its early stages of development.”
The Investigators were from Poland, Slovakia and Ukraine. All of them remembered Josef Stalin and one remembered Hitler as boys. The Make Victims Units in Missoula reminded them of the stories they remembered about the SS; and the corrupt judiciary and general of abuse by Public Officials and Employees of the AQHSTAS Victims couldn’t be more frightening, a mirror image of the Nazi military (and East German STASI) or the Soviet NKVD/KGB that had been known in their countries.
Double mindedness can be a powerful thing. The psychotic denial exhibited to this day concerning the AQHSTAS is a primary difficulty in getting the matter resolved. Donald Trump, who has twice sanctioned the International Prosecutors and could be removed at any moment by the UN, is pleading with his MAGA supporters:
You abandoned MAGA 26 days before the biggest midterm elections of our lifetime! In my heart I know this cannot be true, so I'm sending you a TOP PRIORITY MAGA SURVEY, to prove you're still on our team.
As matter of history, the incumbent President’s party loses the midterms, and the GOP has such a slight majority in the U.S. House of Representatives, that it is likely the Republicans will lose control of the House no matter what Trump does and he will be heading for his third Impeachment by the Democrats.
Meanwhile, all of Trump’s complaining about the ICC; not winning the Nobel Peace Prize; the never-ending concern over the Strait of Hormuz and the doubling of petroleum prices; and tariffing the world could cost him the Presidency, anyway, if he does not put down the AQHSTAS. It is a matter of priorities and common Sense! Get with the program, Donald!
Like Trump, the current negationism being witnessed in Colorado is absolutely pathetic. Despite the approximately 224 million Crimes Against Humanity referred to on the al Qaeda Script being committed the past eight years, Coloradans deny anything significant has happened to SVC Security Chief Gary Norman or I. Colorado negationism is mostly identified with the effort at re-writing history in such a way that the fact of the AQHSTAS is omitted. They certainly want to forget it, but it has happened and is, unfortunately, ongoing!
Just as The Hague has rewritten Jesus’ Golden Rule to serve modern realities, the SVC International Board of Governors has rewritten my famous line from my No Tolerance Terrorism Policy and entitled it our No Tolerance Nonsense Policy: We will make no distinction between the terrorists who have committed these acts and those who acted upon organized terror's prevarications as though they are true.
In one of my favorite episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation: The First Duty: Captain Picard lectures Cadet Crusher about the First Duty of a Star Fleet Officer is telling the truth. That is the underlining principle of his service with Star Fleet and if he does not tell the truth concerning a training accident then he is not fit to wear his uniform. Wesley eventually did come forward and told the truth.
Integrity has always been an important aspect of my life. That’s why I am far more upset about the lies represented about me than any financial losses or hardships suffered. The traitors/terrorists must pay with their own reputations shattered. I will not accept anything short of that as Justice done!
I remember when I was about eight or nine and my Family was playing a game of monopoly. It was about the time I started learning about Abraham Lincoln and his purported honesty. My Father caught me attempting to take an extra $500 bill out of the kitty and warned, “Don’t cheat Phil.” I have not done a dishonest thing since and that is nearly 60 years ago.

I have commented before that the two things I share with my famous ancestors are our work ethic and a profound, almost overwhelming sense of the difference between what is right and what is wrong. Thomas Jefferson once said that the sun never caught him in bed and that he and he his fellow revolutionaries should stand resolved that they would prefer to die as free men than live as slaves. The Battle of Hastings 960 years ago today marked a pivotal time in history few truly understand. My 26th generation Grandfather, William, Duke of Normandy, and his Norman army defeated the English forces of Harold II, who is killed in the battle. It would take another four years for The Conqueror to completely take over England, but in the process would do something no one had done before. With all the kings, emperors, pharaohs or whatever through history up until then, King William I became the first to actually govern. William had many holdings and he administered each separately. That required that he set up the rudimentary government branches we know today. The Witenagemot eventually became the Parliament; William’s Roving Court became the Judiciary Branch; and a trusted team of Nobles became the Executive Branch.
This set a pattern in England for the next 700 years of unprecedented reforms in government that led to the world’s first Democracy in the United States. It is remarkable how the people of a small island in the northwest corner of Europe would have such a significant impact on the rest of the world. That pattern of concertered reform must be continued.
We are at the last crossroads of history and there are only two ways it can go. The world can implode into Armageddon or Jesus can return to a Peaceful World. The double mindedness must end, and clear International Objectives set and accomplished.
The three “indicted” National Leaders by the ICC that I spoke of earlier are good examples of how good people can allow themselves to be captured in a very destructive cycle of double mindedness.

I could have been Donald’s Secretary of State in 2017 but chose not to because I knew our viewpoints on the various aspects of Foreign Policy are too divergent. I never would have thought of tariffing the world, but Trump has done so with gusto. Trump believes tariffing the world will make America great again but evidently doesn’t understand that he is telegraphing the exact opposite message.
Tariffs are designed to protect internal markets from “dumping” by another nation which has cheaper labor or costs of production and can hurt the American economy or to level the playing field for our industries against particularly strong competition. China is a classic example in this regard. By implementing tariffs for just about every nation, America admits it is weak and cannot compete.
Vladimir Putin has visions of restoring the Soviet Union and going down in history as another Peter the Great. The first obvious target for that restoration is Ukraine. Ukraine, particularly Crimea, has always been a prize possession.
The surprising aspect for me is that when I worked with Vlad negotiating our Nuclear Waste Treaty with Russia over 20 years ago, he was a very agreeable person, almost shy. He is nothing like that now. He is paranoid and suspicious. It is not difficult to see where double mindedness has overtaken him.
I sat with Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem conducting the Passover Seder during the Jewish Passover/Christian Holy Week. Binny is incredibly bright and perceptive. I can understand why he is the longest serving Israeli Prime Minister.
But as all Political Leaders have, he has serious opposition inside his own party and the far-right clergy have corrupted him as a result of the Hamas assault three years ago. In the current Parliamentary Elections, he has been accused of knowing about the October 7th attack before it happened just like Franklin Roosevelt was before the Japanese attack upon Pearl Harbor.
No doubt, the far-right has threatened that they will not be part of the Likud Party’s Knesset majority if he ceases his hardline stances on Gaza. The resultant double mindedness has made the Prime Minister a neo-Nazi in terms of the maltreatment of the Palestinians and threatens Israel’s reputation with the USA and the entire world. For the first time in history, most Americans do not support Israel and would have Netanyahu arrested.
All three men have become dangerous megalomaniacs, and the worldview of the United States, Russia and Israel is that they threaten world peace and prosperity and have become rogue nations. At least, Russia and Israel have chosen to fight external enemies, but the United States has committed acts of war against its own people.
I first wrote this comment in REVIVAL OF THE AMERICAN DREAM published in 2002 referring to what King George III was doing to the American Colonists in Boston in 1775. The British Navy had blocked Boston Harbor; and the British Army had arrested and killed innocent citizens; seized and destroyed personal property; and blockaded land routes in and out of Boston disrupting trade. All what we would recognize today as acts of war.
Just as the Jews have reverted to becoming Nazi-like, the American Government has reverted to allowing acts of war on its own Citizens. The Montana State Government and the City and County Governments of Missoula have allowed the arrest and wrongful incarceration of over 1,100 innocent citizens; 27 police killings; plotting to kill political enemies; over $12 billion of embezzled public funds; 350 women were sexually assaulted with impunity; and an illicit drug trafficking scandal raising funds for organized terrorism. In Gallatin County, the wanton destruction of our home outside of Bozeman causing over $500,000 in damages. All acts of war against the 1,100+ Victims of the AQHSTAS.
The National Administration of Barack Obama not only failed to intervene as required by International and U.S. Federal Law but it may have been complicit in the assassination plot of University of Montana President Royce Engstrom, Missoula County Attorney Fred Van Valkenburg and Engen against me in April 2012 and it was definitely involved in the cover-up that forced me to record my International Complaint sponsored by the Commonwealth Countries.
If that wasn’t enough, Obama and company plotted with al Qaeda to stage the Benghazi raid on 9/11/2012 to deflect attention to my International Complaint by the American people and media. It has been discovered recently that the Obama Administration stepped up its efforts to bring bin Laden to Justice so bin Laden could not testify about the al Qaeda Founder partnering with them to destroy my life if not kill me, bin Laden’s self-proclaimed “only worthy adversary.”
When that wasn’t good enough, then came the plot to assassinate me 11 months later. My failure to succumb to Kurt Trowbridge’s brutal beating is the underlining reason for what would happen in Bozeman and Colorado the past 14½ years.
In Montana I had more than a thousand fellow Victims. I have been the lone wolf in Colorado. The traitors/terrorists never wanted me there. The State of Colorado participated in its own assassination plot, but with a Crimean couple, Stephen and Kristina (names Anglicized) Kushnirs in June 2019. The Kushnirs are Tartars and the Tartars were the only secular group who did not vote in favor of the annexation of Crimea into Russia and were told by al Qaeda that I supported the annexation - which I most certainly did not - thus the desire to murder me in retribution.
Once again, I survived their attempt to poison me. But the Kushnirs did not know that until they were miles from home and were arrested by Russian agents. United States authorities allowed them to escape from the U.S. Air Force Academy into Mexico by night fall. No APB was put out for them by any American authorities and Russia was notified by the SVC Russian National Office in St. Peterburg who the Kushnirs were and Chinese authorities in Hong Kong notified SVC and all other Asian nations in the vicinity that the Kushnirs had been there.
It is quite clear that like with the Trowbridge beating, my assailants and their co-conspirators did not plan on me surviving. The Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies did not send me required forms to appeal the denial of my Financial Services Licenses in Colorado because they didn’t believe I would be alive to file them.
I have lost approximately $1.4 million in income the past eight years or so in Colorado as a result. Combining that with my thus far denied Social Security and Veterans Pension Benefits, it comes to $1.8 million of income. That is about what the average American man makes in a lifetime.
Naturally, this has made me homeless during of my stay in Colorado since late 2018 and entitles the traitors/terrorists to ridicule and harass me and point out to their recruits that I somehow deserve it. The al Qaeda Script that the AQHSTAS traitors/terrorists follow so precisely even as they have been separated by 1,000 miles between Missoula and Colorado Springs is designed for the same reason the Romans invented crucifixion: to annihilate and humiliate their victims in public until they die.
We heard earlier this morning that the SVC International Complex has received four inches or about one decimeter of snow and they are expecting the first hard freeze in Colorado by this weekend. This is the perfect time for Gary and I to trade places with our friends in Colorado Springs by whatever means necessary so they will be out in a snowbank overnight far from their families without any hope things will be better when it’s -10 below Fahrenheit or -23 Celsius like we have been. They do deserve it!
The whole point of this is to illustrate the importance that we enforce international law no matter who the perpetrators are - including U.S. Presidents - and make sure no more innocent Victims will suffer like this! That’s the whole idea behind international law and the Responsibility to Protect Principle I wrote 21 years ago!
