EPITOME OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY SMOKING GUN

Throughout the American Organized Terrorism Opprobrium, some of the key words have been "never intended." The State of Montana never intended to renew his Professional Insurance Licenses; the State of Colorado never intended to grant those same licenses even after SVC's President, Phil Sutton, stellar 32-year career in the field and now the SSA never intended to payout benefits to SVC's President that he has earned after 51 years of work. These traitors/terrorists have just plain targeted SVC's President for all this grief for reasons which remain a mystery because he never did anything to remotely provoke such treatment. 

Now, States can deny licensing; employers can deny work/employment; governments and organizations can deny services; etc., etc., etc., but Social Security Administration (SSA) cannot deny Retirement Benefits to Americans it itself admits have earned them. That is why the line must be truly drawn here.

All this has not been some gross bureaucratic mistake, the laws have been changed or anything of the kind, it has been the intentional disparaging of man who has helped several times more individuals around the world than the United States has people. The attached letter from the Social Security Administration to SVC's President, dated May 7, 2020, show incontrovertibly that he is eligible for Social Security Retirement Benefits. In a letter dated February 1, 2024, SSA told him he was ineligible for life. While the declared benefits are about a fourth of what they should be, it does fully admit for everyone to see the outrage of the criminal malfeasance within the Social Security Administration.

 

This SSA letter was discovered by SVC President's Twins Marti & Jack. It was in a stack of mail left outside the Sutton home during the covid-19. Marti and Jack found it on the same day when their elder Sister, Alicia, presided over the SVC North American National Chairs Summit and the now infamous Vote in the United Nations General Assembly on Palestinian Statehood was taken. All of which shows how far the USA has strayed from its once vaunted position in the world.

Now, the outrage grows larger because even after some well-meaning people in Colorado Springs (granted a rarity) have attempted to help SVC's President recover his earned Social Security Benefits, they has discovered missing records going back to 1985 through 2024 - 40 years mind you - cannot be included in the calculations of SVC President's benefits. 

 

SVC BREAKING NEWS 9/12/25: Continuing the virtual flood of evidence uncovered by International Prosecutors and International and Private Investigators the past seven weeks, it is now confirmed the same kind of fraud committed by the Social Security Administration against SVC's President is almost a commonplace occurrence around the United States - for once he not the only one!

 

In a scheme to harm more wealthy citizens and help more indigent Americans, SSA employees routinely forge the amounts contributed by higher income earners and add them to the contribution records of lower income Americans. According to the known facts, SVC's President is paying for at least two to three other Americans to receive at least the lowest SS Benefits and receiving approximately 27% in SS Benefits he deserves. 

 

This information has been turned over to the International Tribunals and their Federal Court Partners for adjudication and Prosecution!

If SVC's President lives 26 more years to age 92, the age Social Security Benefits are calculated to end for all Americans, than he will lose at least $877,500 (COLA increases not included). THE PROVERBIAL LAST STRAW OF THE AOTO

 

During the SVC International Compliance Committee Emergency Conference International and Private Investigators rendered their Preliminary Analysis of the fraud perpetrated by the Social Security Administration against SVC’s President, Phil Sutton.

 

At first, SSA appeared to intentionally void 23 years in which SVC's President paid the maximum contributions to Social Security, being more than enough to receive the maximum current amount of $4,018 per month. SVC's President is now being told he is only eligible for the minimum benefits at full retirement age of $1,093 per month and there is nothing he can do about it. This is a loss of $2,925 per month or $35,100 per year!

 

The breakthrough in the case came when SVC International Vice President & Counseling Vice President, Diane Freola, who is a Tax Attorney, surmised that what happened is that it is the International Revenue Service which receives the FICA payments and then distributes the contributions to the SSA is where the fraud occurred. It is the IRS which confiscated the Self-Employment Taxes submitted by SVC’s President to other Personal Accounts at SSA. Thus, the fraud would appear seamless and no one would think anything of it. It is also possible for SSA to transfer those contributions at will.

 

However, once those funds are recorded on a Citizen’s SSA account, the contributor has three years, three months and 15 days to contest the distribution. Obviously, when fraud could have occurred as far back as 40 years ago, it is difficult to contest it under law. That’s the problem and there are no provisions in the law to correct the misdistribution currently.

 

The International Tribunals and the International Prosecutor’s Office are livid. The Hague had already levied a Judgment against the U.S. Government for denying SS Benefits to SVC’s President on 1 February 2024. The Federal Court Partners reviewed and approved the Judgment. We await their next Ruling(s) for guidance in how to proceed.

 

The past seven weeks more than any previous time has exposed the plot against SVC'S President and what the motives are. The murder of Charlie Kirk in Orem, Utah, has caused great concern about SVC President’s safety because Turning Point USA’s Founder and SVC’s Founder approached their “ministries” similarly by speaking to large crowds usually at university settings. Utah Valley University is less than 400 miles from SVC International Complex.

 

In an incident close to Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, on 14 January 2023, SVC’s President knew there were would-be assassins in the area and challenged them to take care of their business with him first. Errant shots were fired and SVC Security quickly subdued two men and one woman.
