MAVERICK REPORT: FUTURE OF MASS MEDIA & SOCIAL MEDIA IN AMERICA
From the beginning of the conflict to have SVC-TV and its Networks on American television screens that began in May 2006, the confusion over why that has been so difficult; why cable, satellite and internet outlets have not been required to carry it when they are ordered to do so and fined when they didn’t; and why the FCC can rule on issues of Equal Time and not have any power given to it by the U.S. Congress to enforce their rulings has been a mystery and has been extraordinarily frustrating to deal with.
Truth be told, the FCC fracas has been a microcosm of the larger issue of enforcing International, the Sutton International Complaint and the apparent control that organized terrorism has over the American Mass Media, social media, and the Publishing Industries.
FCC Chairman Brendan Carr said Wednesday that a nearly century-old regulation known as the “equal-time rule” is going to apply “across the board.” Carr also confirmed reports that the FCC opened an Investigation into ABC’s “The View” for a possible equal-time violation.
The FCC chair called it an “enforcement action,” which makes it sound serious, even though legal experts say it likely won’t amount to much. The FCC’s enforcement powers are limited. At most, ABC might have to pay a fine. Meaning, ultimately, if “The View” is in violation they can keep on being in violation as much as they please and fork over a measly sum. ABC’s parent company, Disney, won’t miss it.
The equal-time rule was conceived at the dawn of the broadcast age. It was included in the Radio Act of 1927 and revised in the Communications Act of 1934, which established the Federal Communications Commission. The law was amended in 1959 to provide crucial exemptions, none of which apply here.

Of course, SVC has gone one step further and appealed the matter to the International Tribunals & their Partner U.S. Federal Courts. They filled in the gaps left behind by weakling FCC through granting Civil Judgments against CNN and Fox News. SVC will serve those Judgments and SVC-TV on CNN’s channel; SVC-TV International on HLN’s channel; and the new SVC-TV News Channel on Fox News’ Channel will soon appear, hopefully by the May Nielson Rating Sweeps.
Meanwhile, Elon Musk stated that Social Security is time bomb. SVC must agree. if the Social Security Administration does not get its act together, it will be forever closed by July 23rd, the day after Phil had better receive his first check of approximately $3,899 per month for contributing the maximum amount for 21 years that he can prove. The Federal Court Partners are expected to announce that the 15-month limit in correcting the SSA contributions will be thrown out, making it possible for SVC’s President and all other independent businesspeople to correct their records if they can prove there has been an error made within any necessary time frame.
Further, the U.S. Justice Department will be directed to prosecute any SSA personnel at any level if they knowingly mishandled the IRS transfer of FICA contributions to the SSA or utilize the incorrect data to deny benefits like they did to SVC’s President, Phil Sutton, in Colorado Springs, Colorado and San Francisco, California.
