At the Truman Presidential Library SVC President, Phil Sutton, had a great time recalling 15 years of his series SEEING THE HAND OF GOD! Some of his recollections are powerful. Over the years, millions of others have exchanged their experiences where they know the Creator has directly intervened in their lives!
When SVC's President first developed the Sutton Doctrine, he had the Chinese in mind because they always utilized China’s National Sovereignty to rebut charges of Human Rights abuses. He created a five-step plan to allow the International Community to remove despotic regimes, and it became the basis for the International Responsibility to Protect Principle. Now an ironic scenario is developing which involves China and the United States.
Chinese President Xi Jinping has been in power in Beijing for almost as long as the Sutton International Complaint has been active. While Donald Trump called his last Summit with Xi “12 out of 10 success”, Xi warned Trump about the planned Chinese International Economic Sanctions if he does not put down the AQHSTAS (al Qaeda Hezbollah Successful Takeover of American Scandal)!
For almost exactly four years now Chinese Attorneys have been calling SVC's President about those Sanctions and the drumroll to put them in place cannot be ignored. They are ready to move!
During their Summit May 14 & 15, 2026, Xi will once again warn Trump of his and America’s precarious situation. Xi will not mince words and will be the promoter of the Sutton Doctrine. You can readily see God’s hand in this!
Of all the crimes the traitors/terrorists have committed which are considered the worst offenses of all are those where Public Officials – elected and appointed – and Public Employees have betrayed and are betraying the Public Trust, beginning with the last three U.S. Presidents and their Administrations who have not protected American Citizens as required.
The Chinese are harping about the Trowbridge beating, the Kushnir poisoning, and the thousands of police killings which are outright murder in the United States. They simply ask: And you had problems with our alleged Human Rights violations? You have some nerve!
The Chinese and Russians have been Siamese twins from the beginning. The Russians attempted to embarrass SVC's President concerning the fact his fellow Americans cared more about Alexei Navalny than they did about him. Alexei and Phil are friends and are crusaders for Justice and Human Rights. Both were poisoned and survived. In his Presentation, SVC's President utilized Jesus’ many confrontations with his distractors and his fierce rebuke of their hypocrisy to illustrate how the Creator will use irony to expose evildoers for what they are. When Phil does it he calls it his “sarcasm spasms”, which are great fun for everyone except the targets of his righteous indignation!

If the traitors/terrorists do not magna mea culpa by May 13th, then the “community punishments” are scheduled to commence. The most likely targets will be the primary offending universities in Colorado and Montana: University of Colorado, Colorado Springs; University of Colorado, Denver; and the University of Montana, Missoula. The timing is perfect because all three hold Commencement Exercises this weekend and next. This should provide ample funds to make sure SVC's President and SVC's Security Chief will not become homeless again and pay for any surgery Phil may need. It is high time that the traitors/terrorists know what it is to be financially destitute, homeless, and without hope of a dignified life which they took great pride and glee to deny their 11,000+ Victims.
The photos of the injuries sustained by SVC's President during the Trowbridge beating were published to eliminate any controversy over the fact that the beating did occur and was paid for by Engstrom, Engen and Van Valkenburg through public funds. There is no statute of limitations for attempted murder in Montana or at the U.S. Federal and International levels.
Further, many have of you have been bright enough to discern that the U.S. Federal Court Partners are targeting Trump so he can be removed two ways: either through the 25th Amendment if J.D. Vance agrees to finally pursue the Final Kibosh of the (AQHSTAS) post haste or by simply turning in Trump's pre-inaugural resignation letter and SVC's only President will become the 48th President of the United States.
The real aspects SVC is working on is building the our new Nation – International Independence State of America – and launching the 21st Century Marshall Plan along with Divine Mind at Work Project. This will be the true focus for SVC from now on! The AQHIS will simply run its course now one way or another!
