IT REALLY DID HAPPEN

(EDITOR'S NOTE: Below is an Article on SVC INTERNATIONAL VIEWPOINT published 7 February 2013, shortly after the discovery of the Soviet Gulag Technique being used by paid assassin Kurt Trowbridge in the beating of SVC President/CEO, Phil Sutton, on Holy Thursday, 5 April 2012. 

Even as SVC won a major victory in Federal Court for all pre-retirement Americans to be able to correct errors made on their Contributions Record with the Social Security Administration, the traitors/terrorists are still being allowed to cause continued homelessness and financial hardship for SVC's President or for SVC's Security Chief. 

SVC's President may require a sixth surgery on his leg and back so he can continue to walk without pain and reduce partial paralysis. The Hague and their U.S. Federal Court Partners will make sure he is never homeless again or is threatened by bankruptcy due to his Medical bills.)

International Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda outlined the discrediting effort against SVC's President. She noted he never did anything to any of these people, yet they made Phil Sutton the target of the most savage array of terrorist attacks ever endured by a single Individual.
 
The terrorists doctored every conceivable record to make this Model International Leader appear to be what they, in fact, are: poor excuses for Human Beings.
 
Attached is a Special Report by Tony Blair written soon after the SVC President nearly died of Rhabdomyolysis. A Missoula Policeman by the name of Kurt Trowbridge inflicted these bruises following a Soviet Gulag technique designed to cause the victim to die a slow and painful death by kidney failure in prison. The terrorists have attempted to tell their recruits that these bruises somehow managed to develop on the Victim's body because he has "mental health issues" or the World Famous Picture is faked in some way. These pictures were taken by a Montana State Investigator. Below there are more than 30 pictures taken of Phil's injuries. 
 
Many of the recipients of these Reports are Attorneys and are professionally responsible to report known crimes and pursue prosecution of such crimes or be subject to disciplinary actions themselves.
 

SVC SPECIAL REPORT

During his Annual Routine Physical Tuesday, January 29, 2013, Sutton Viewpoint Center Founder and President/CEO Phil Sutton, PhD, was diagnosed with Rhabdomyolysis. It is a condition in which damaged skeletal muscle tissue breaks down rapidly. The breakdown products of the damaged muscle cells are released into the bloodstream. The protein myoglobin is one of these products and it is harmful to the kidneys and could lead to kidney failure.
The symptoms Phil has experienced included severe muscle pains and spasms; limited vomiting during his wrongful imprisonment and while his body recovered from the injuries without appropriate Medical supervision; and periodic sensations of confusion, given the extent of muscular damage and the very real possibility kidney failure was developing.
The reason the diagnosis had taken so long is precisely because Phil was not seen by a Physician within the very same three Weeks he was Wrongfully Incarcerated (April 5 - April 27, 2012) and proper tests could not be taken, but in January the myoglobin has shown up in his bloodstream.
It is now believed that the Missoula County Detention Center Medical Staff knew this all along and when his cellmate nearly died of kidney failure the very same morning he was finally released, it spooked them. Suddenly, Missoula City Judge Marie Anderson finally entertained a Reduction of Bail Hearing after refusing Public Defender Scott Shefloe's requests for the same for over two Weeks. Previously, Phil's sudden release was attributed to David Shapiro's Lawsuits in the Sutton Family's behalf alone. Now it could have been this as well. They simply hoped Phil would die in jail, but Phil survived and the haters {now known as terrorists} knew they hadn't gotten away with it.
Last July, former U.S. Senate Majority Leader, Dr. Bill Frist, MD, suggested another possibility. Given the Results of a Study of Civil War Veterans, some have a natural physical constitution that allows them to survive multiple wounds when most die. Phil's Great-Great Grandfather, John Davison Sutton, survived four woundings during the American Civil War and lived to age 96. Fortunately, Phil inherited that constitution and it has probably saved his Life.
Phil was hospitalized overnight on January 30, 2013, undergoing a "flushing out" of his bloodstream, not unlike kidney dialysis. If that had worked, he would have no trouble going forward. It didn't and further surgery became necessary. 
A third surgery was performed on Phil's right leg and back February 2, 2013. Phil's right thigh is still weaker than before injuries were inflicted 10.5 months ago and periodically cramps up when jogging, hiking or climbing stairs. The Doctors attribute the continued deterioration in Phil's muscles due to the specific types of the injuries inflicted and their location by Missoula Police Officer Kurt Trowbridge. Trowbridge learned the murderous technique while as a Marine, ostensibly to identify indigenous populations who had been so injured and save their lives before it became too late. 
Given the recent revelations regarding Trowbridge's use of Soviet Gulag (was the Soviet Union Government agency that administered the main Soviet forced labor camp systems during the Stalin era) techniques upon Phil in an attempt to murder him has made just about every Nation in the former Soviet Eastern bloc and in Middle East feel uncomfortable because many of them have had an History of using these techniques against Political Enemies. Phil is considered a Political Enemy of the Obama Government according to the International Prosecutors, all of whom are from former Soviet satellite Nations.
Please refer to the attached pictures of Phil’s injuries inflicted by Trowbridge (those who have let SVC know they find these type of pictures offensive, they are only accessible by choice). It's the mildest one available for Public consumption. There are three distinct wounds. According to Forensic Analysis and the testimony of three dozen witnesses, Trowbridge kneed and kicked Phil three times at the top of his thigh lower back, three times above his knee and twice below his knee.
The bruises that formed are remarkably distinct, particularly when one considers Phil's body had a week to heal before the pictures were taken. Normally, the bruising would meld together as the dead blood clears out during the healing process. Instead, Phil's body formed the perfect mosaic betraying Trowbridge's brutal crime. 
The blows were all calculated to lead Phil to a slow and painful death by kidney failure. The International Court of Justice will not allow us to make public their information (the Soviets actually created a manual regarding how they could get rid of Political Enemies and Dissidents concerning the Soviet Gulag Techniques).
In order to save Phil's Life, the Surgeons grafted muscle tissue from elsewhere in Phil's body to the knee joint and the semitendinosus muscle in Phil's right leg. 
The semitendinosus muscle is one of the hamstring muscles and it is a long, band-like muscle on the back of the thigh toward the inside, connecting the ischium to the proximal end of the tibia. It is so named because it becomes tendinous in the middle of the thigh, continuing to its movable end as a long, cord-like tendon. It functions to flex and rotate the leg medially and to extend the thigh.
The surgery became necessary when it was discovered that a "hole" in the semitendinosus muscle had formed by deteriorating tissue between the semitendinosus muscle and the actual bone of the knee. This is where the Rhabdomyolysis originated and the myoglobin was being produced. The new muscular structure created through the surgery should help strengthen the lower thigh muscles and reverse the tissue deterioration, thus eliminating the production of the deadly toxin of myoglobin.
The levels of myoglobin in Phil's body reached twice the known tolerable levels, although that varies from Person to Person. Phil is fortunate to be alive. 
Phil now must acknowledge that the damage is permanent and he will never have full use of his right leg for the rest of his life. What did Phil ever do to deserve this? And why isn't a man like Trowbridge in jail? Those who believe the haters' side of the story must understand they implicitly approve of all of this.
Just as the sides were distinct after the 9-11-01 terrorist attacks in America, there is no middle ground and the current US Administration now stands on the wrong side of this particular Issue. The Obama Administration is harbouring fugitives from Justice just as the Taliban harboured al Qaeda in Afghanistan. The President, Vice President and Attorney General of the United States of America soon may find themselves considered International outlaws if they continue down their current path.
Phil is actually being asked to "let it go". Could you? And this is just "a tip of the tip of the iceberg" of what has happened to Phil and hundreds of known Victims and the thousands of unknown Victims in the Missoula Scandal {now al Qaeda-gate) alone.
