The International Prosecutors hailed the courage of SVC's President, Phil Sutton, and SVC's Chief of Security & Investigations, Gary Norman. They know their lives are on the line, but they know they are doing the Creator's work. SVC's President has suffered every kind of loss known to a human being and it has all been part of the Creator's Grand Design so he could best prepare the way to Jesus' Second Coming, to all intents and purposes to a Peaceful world. 

 

The analogy of what is left of the old State of Colorado and Missoula County, Montana, as the modern Sodom and Gomorrah is for a reason. Sodom and Gomorrah were two cities destroyed by the Creator for their wickedness in Genesis. The extent of their maltreatment of SVC's President is the basis by which the Creator will deal with the traitors/terrorists and fellow travelers. Given their track record, the traitors/terrorists are headed for utter and total destruction just like Sodom and Gomorrah!

 

Never lose sight of why this has happened to SVC's President. The Creator has placed our Leader in the position to do great things and bring the world to a Peaceful conclusion. His commitment to this goal "has been extraordinary" as the Creator himself has said!

 

What must happen next is the direct result of al Qaeda terrorism. Terrorism in all its forms must be eliminated from civilization. What has happened to the Victims of the former al Qaeda-gate and why all the measures have to be taken to defeat organized terrorism are necessary. A clear, unequivocal message must  be sent to those who practice the al Qaeda script that they are not welcome and their actions will be met with swift retribution from now on! The International Community and their U.S. Federal Court Partners all share the urgency of the Victims for Justice and due compensation for their losses and suffering. The Doctrine of the Separation of Powers, however, prevents the Judicial Branch from usurping the powers Executive Branch to enforce the law. Therefore, it comes down to the President of the United States and his Administration.

 

When SVC President's personal legal problems began with the Make Victims Units in 2006, Bush was President. When Albertson's failed to produce their alleged video of him shoplifting, U.S. Attorney General Alberto R. Gonzales appointed an Investigator and sent him to Missoula. Because the case lingered in City Court, not much was accomplished. Ironically, Gonzales resigned as a result controversies surrounding his handling of the "War on Terror" four days before the Poe Meadows Incident on 17 September 2007.

 

Gonzales' successor was Federal Judge Michael B. Mukasey. He was wonderful. The Albertson's case was dismissed with prejudice, meaning it could not be refiled, two months later. Mukasey immediately saw the MVU's as "thugs in uniform" and placed SVC's President in the Witness Protection Program when Justice of Peace Karen Orzech refused to dismissed the State of Montana charge against SVC's President after he had been acquitted in the Federal case in the Poe Meadows case. 

 

Orzech then revoked SVC President's bail, had him arrested right before she went on her two-week vacation and told the jailers not to release him until she got back. She would "handle him personally." During his 19-day wrongful incarceration when his Family was not notified and they thought he had died, an IED exploded in Iraq that SVC's President could have easily foreseen and prevented if he were not in jail, killing 17.

 

Orzech and all those involved with this case will be held responsible for the 17 murders and be judicially executed as though they committed the murders themselves. They are not getting away with anything! Nor are any of other Public Officials and Employees who have used the power of their office or job to hurt SVC's President in any way, shape or form!

 

Mukasey also impaneled a Federal Grand Jury, but time ran out on the Bush Administration. At first, the new President, Barack Obama, and his Attorney General, Eric Holder, gave encouragement that Justice would eventually be done. In 2009, Ron Halvorson, SVC President's first Special Agent Double, and the SVC Freola Commission, broke the case wide open. In March, the Public Funds Embezzling Scandal was uncovered; in June, the MVU's activities were confirmed through Court Documents; and in August, the illicit Performance-enhancing Drugs Scandal and Sexual Assault Scandals were revealed.

 

In a White House meeting on August 1, 2010, the Suttons had lunch with the Obamas, the Bidens and Holder and his wife Dr. Sharon Malone. The Suttons were absolutely reassured that Justice would be done and that the Grand Jury would soon be handing down Indictments. The Indictments came. Some 1,100 in all, but Holder did not pursue a single one of them.

 

It was in November of that year Holder warned the traitors/ terrorists that if they persisted in their behaviors, then they would adversely affect not only their futures, but those of their Families, Community (Missoula) and their State (Montana). Almost 177 months later, the traitors/terrorists are still committing their crimes against SVC's President with impunity 1,000 miles away in Colorado Springs. After that, Holder virtually disappeared. He made a Speech at the University of Montana Law School on Ground Hog Day 2011 and he pursued an Investigation of the Sexual Assaults in Missoula in April 2012. He only did that because of the publicity it had generated; Obama was up for re-election; and SVC's President survived the Trowbridge beating and was about to present those horrible pictures of his legs in open Court so he could end his second wrongful incarceration.

 

Three days after Holder's letters to the City & County of Missoula announcing the Investigation, SVC's President was suddenly and mysteriously released. He did not know the disposition of the cases that caused his wrongful incarceration until 15 August 2023 when an Informant blew the whistle on Missoula's corrupt Law Enforcement and Judiciary. Finally, SVC's President recorded his International Complaint on 27 August 2012 when the USDOJ refused to take further action. 

 

The findings of the Investigations the past 13 years have been incredibly heartbreaking but necessary and informative, especially about the pusillanimity of the last three men in the Oval Office and the American People in general.

 

During the 2008 Presidential campaign, Obama mocked the Policy of the War on Terror. Well, sir, the War On Terror continues and it is primarily because of the malfeasance of your Administration!

 

The Kushnirs disclosed that al Qaeda has discovered American Public Officials, press members and Americans in general as easy touches for bribes, hush payments and gratuities to do their bidding.  

 

It is not like al Qaeda operatives such as the Kushnirs introduce themselves as such but instead they attack their victims with fantastic stories about what they said or did or should have done or if all else fails, they say their Victims are crazy. They tell such stories to anyone who will listen and pay the powers that be to create the situations that appear to make the stories true. 

 

The Kushnirs further implied that there is such a thing as the al Qaeda Script and if individuals consistently behave in such a way that betrays their terrorist beliefs, then they are indeed al Qaeda operatives.  The list compiled of the serial crimes committed is consistent with what is taught to al Qaeda operatives as stochastic terrorism.

 

Because of the corrupt Public Officials in Colorado wanted SVC's President dead, the Kushnirs had been working with hundreds of others setting him up for the Kushirs to poison him on 21 June 2019. It is by no mistake that the now infamous conversation between Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy that led to Trump's first Impeachment took place 34 days after the poisoning because SVC, like Zelenskyy, could not provide any dirt concerning the Bidens - the price Trump had set to put down the AOTO in 2019.

 

The date for the assassination attempt was chosen because SVC was going to conduct its annual Public Policy Forum at the SVC Colorado State Office and to successfully murder SVC's President Sutton where the U.S. Air Force Academy was in charge of security would have been a major coupe for the terrorist organization. 

 

The Kushnirs fled quickly and were out of the U.S.A. by dusk with no apparent difficulties with American Authorities, not knowing their plot had failed. They learned SVC's President had survived but with complications when Russian authorities arrested them outside of Simferopol four days later.

 

The Kirshner's testimony spurred renewed interest in what happened with the Benghazi raid and what motivated Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda. The latest has been about Former U.S. Senator & U.S. Ambassador to China, Max Baucus (D-MT) is getting interesting. Investigators are now saying the Baucus-Messina connection is more ominous than first thought. Baucus apparently ran interference for the Obama Administration in Missoula and its complicity with the Missoula Scandal.

 

Jim Messina, a prominent figure in American political circles, had a long and close working relationship with Baucus. Their connection spanned several key periods in Messina's career, starting in 1995 when Messina joined Baucus' staff. They developed a close, almost familial relationship, with Baucus describing Messina as a "son".

 

Messina was in the thick of the Missoula Scandals and directed many of the efforts to cover up what was transpiring in Missoula and eventually forced SVC's President to record his International Complaint. Beginning in 2009, Messina was Deputy White House Chief of Staff and emerged as the “Fixer” for Barack Obama in more ways than one. Dan Pfeiffer called Messina "the most powerful person in Washington that you haven't heard of." Messina was integral to the passage on the Affordable Care Act as Baucus shepherded the Obamacare package through the U.S. Senate after U.S. Senator Ted Kennedy (D-MA) came down with a brain tumor in 2008.

 

The entire Kennedy Birthday Commemoration PPF Series was cancelled because of the Announcement of Kennedy's Medical Condition and SVC President's first wrongful incarceration. It is now known that Messina engineered the wrongful incarceration to eliminate SVC's President as a potential rival for Obama and John McCain in the 2008 Presidential sweepstakes.

 

Then when Messina was Obama’s 2012 Presidential Campaign Manager, he performed an encore when he was involved in the Conspiracy involving the Trowbridge beating. When SVC's President did not die a horribly painful death in prison as planned and subsequently recorded his International Complaint, Messina was directly involved with negotiating with al Qaeda concerning its Benghazi raid and deflecting public interest in the Sutton International Complaint. This is a big revelation.

 

Previous evidence did confirm the Obama State Department did negotiate with al Qaeda, but the conspiracy had no proven face. Now it does. Messina collaborated with Bill Burns, who was U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s Deputy at the time. Burns had been U.S. Ambassador to Russia and would become Joe Biden’s CIA Director. Now you know how the Obama and Biden Administrations kept Benghazi quiet and why Russian President Vladimir Putin has always had such interest in the AOTO.

 

Burns, however, left the Foreign Service just before Steve Daines won Baucus' Senate seat on November 4, 2014.  Although a Republican, Burns felt uncomfortable with the incoming Senator’s Childhood association with SVC's President and knowing the former University of Montana Students from The Philippines and Japan involved with the Mansfield Library Incident in 2011 were plotting to assassinate SVC's President in Manila and/or Tokyo a month later.

 

The Kushnir assassination attempt was the most serious by admitted al Qaeda operatives and the third overall. Former University of Montana Students from The Philippines and Japan were caught trying to enter SVC Public Policy Forums in Manila and Tokyo in December 2014. They readily admitted to authorities they intended to shoot SVC’s President, why and who they represented.

 

Within hours al Qaeda forces bombed Filipino troops in Syria to retaliate for being "outed." It was the first definitive event that confirmed that al Qaeda was behind the actions against SVC’s President in Montana from January 2002 through November 2018 and in Colorado since.

 

Speaking of Montana. The most serious assassination attempt was by Missoula Policeman Kurt Trowbridge 5 April 2012. UM President Royce Engstrom hired Trowbridge to murder SVC’s President utilizing a Soviet Union Gulag Technique he learned while a U.S. Marine. Engstrom enlisted Missoula Mayor John Engen and Missoula County Attorney Fred Van Valkenburg to raise $50,000 to pay Trowbridge. It is known now that he also was given a promotion, pension increase, and he has been the chief recruitment officer for the Missoula Police Department for several years.

 

SVC’s President survived because he has two good kidneys and a strong heart. He was diagnosed with Rhabdomyolysis. It is a condition where damaged skeletal muscle tissue breaks down and releases myoglobin, which can build up to the point of seriously damaging the kidney or shutting the kidney down and causing death. At the time of diagnosis, SVC President’s blood stream had twice the supposed lethal amount. The Doctors placed him on dialysis for seven hours to clear his system.

 

SVC’s President has had five major surgeries to repair the damage. To be able to live with the pain and inflammation requires very expensive medication and the total medical expenses have accumulated to nearly $3.5 million.

 

Compensating the Suttons for all they have lost financially is impossible, but the first priority for the International Tribunals is to do the best they can and is the primary reason for the high amounts of the Judgments Granted. Suffice it to say, the International Tribunals believe that this is why the City and County of Missoula must be sequestered from the rest of the world and the University of Montana in Missoula must be closed. The environment in Missoula is simply too toxic.

 

SVC's President all but owns the United States, State of Colorado and State of Montana Governments through the International Judgments and reviewed by their Federal Court Partners. Given the provocations on the State University campuses in both States, the entire University System could be closed. However, only UM, University Colorado Colorado Springs and University of Colorado Denver will be closed. The rest of the University units will become branches of the SVC International Institute for Peace & Democracy just as Rutgers is the official University System in New Jersey and will be centrally located in the new State of Jefferson.

 

In addition, because the U.S. Government took no action to mitigate the damage done and required the recording of the Sutton International Complaint, will be held financially responsible for all the fallout for all the Victims of the AOTO and their Families no matter what the total costs related to the Final Kibosh of AOTO. That is according to International Law. The idea that SVC's President can be monetarily compensated for what he has been through is a pasquinade of epic proportions! 

 

The fact that there are people reading this who will quite literally think: so what? defines the dire situation in the United States perceived by The Hague and the United Nations. How can people think that way?  

 

While it is not likely that al Qaeda will come after you personally like they have with SVC’s President, the fact they have been able to do what they have to SVC’s President and infiltrate the United States with impunity with the last three (technically four) U. S. Presidents act as though they are powerless to stop it should distress every American, let alone any world citizen!

 

The question that those of us working with the Hague, its U.S. Federal Partners and the United Nations are asking is why Americans haven’t cared about SVC’s President and what has happened to him. Phil Sutton is a National & International Hero and should be regarded as such!

 

Only al Qaeda could have any problems with him. When SVC’s President was always getting in bin Laden’s way, al Qaeda’s Founder dubbed SVC’s Founder his “Only Worthy Adversary.” That characterization of SVC’s President was made in bin Laden’s mind long before his public statement of it. This led to the AOTO as we know it.

 

At the time bin Laden founded al Qaeda in the late 1980's, the primary purpose was to help the mujahideen liberate Afghanistan from the Soviet Union. The U.S.S.R. withdrew from Afghanistan on 15 May 1988, 212 years to the day after Richard Henry Lee's Independence Resolution passed the Virginia House of Burgesses in Williamsburg, Virginia.

 

Actually, John Murray, the 4th Earl Dunsmore, the last Royal Governor of Virginia, had dissolved the House of Burgesses in 1774. In defiance, the Virginians simply reconvened elsewhere and eventually renamed the House of Burgesses as the House of Delegates later in 1776, the same name the lower house of the Virginia Legislature holds today. 

 

Lt. Cmdr. Sutton made the comparison between what Iraq had done to Kuwait and what the U.S.S.R. had done to Afghanistan. He hoped to convince bin Laden that the similarities between the two would make having the half million Americans in Saudi Arabia to liberate Kuwait as acceptable. Bin Laden refused to view it that way.

 

Saudi Arabia decided to exile its wayward Prince later in 1991. Bin Laden first went to Yemen where his Mother was from and then went to Afghanistan. Bin Laden would seek to commandeer the Taliban government.  Bin Laden raised money to expand his terrorist activities through the opiate trade in Afghanistan. 

 

The known evidence seriously suggests that al Qaeda has successfully commandeered the U.S. government just as it had the Afghanistan government. The fundraising this time came through utilizing the UM Skaggs Pharmacy School in Missoula and the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy in Denver to manufacture performance-enhancing drugs for sale to college student athletes at at least 47 Division I Schools.

 

While bin Laden has been gone for 14 years, his surrogates have carried out his personal vendetta against SVC’s President. The 3,000,000 Americans who have thrown in with al Qaeda and the organized terrorists have been caught committing the 15 crimes identified as the al Qaeda Script quite literally hundreds of millions of times over the last two decades! It has been remarkable how the traitors/terrorists in Missoula and Colorado Springs have emulated each other's behavior with the two cities nearly 1,000 miles away and the incidents seven to 13 years apart. There is no other conclusion that can be made. How else can all the hostility towards SVC’s President possibly be explained? How?!

 

The al Qaeda Script was developed by Federal and State of Montana Judges as well as a Federal Grand Jury while reviewing videos of UM students terrorize SVC's President and his two U.S. Marshal Doubles perpetually in UM Mansfield Library. The Judges and Grand Jury created a "Serial Crimes List" of the crimes committed by the students and staff repeatedly. Some of the students committed over 100 Federal Felonies an hour!

 

It should be clarified here that under law in most jurisdictions and governmental levels many crimes which initially are considered misdemeanors morph into felonies if repeatedly committed numerous times. Thus, when the International Community Reports there have been 437 million felonies committed against SVC's President, the actual number of crimes committed are quite literally in the billions.

 

The traitors/terrorists in Colorado Springs have mocked the fact that they do not believe their activities constitute crimes, let alone felonies, not realizing this and most of them are truly serial criminals. They do everything they can to harass, to intimidate, to defame, to gas light, to taunt SVC's President and SVC's Security Chief 24/7.

 

Most of the traitors/terrorists have done this dozens of times and worse, they show their disapproval in gleeful, vehement and hate-filled ways towards their victims in very public venues for maximum effect. There can be no doubt what their intent is and it is most certainly criminal by any definition recognized.

 

Another classic is the use of their job descriptions to excuse their criminal behavior. Librarians, security personnel and Law Enforcement are the worst offenders. International Prosecutors and Investigators are appalled how these traitors/ terrorists claim that they are "just doing their job" when they are in fact knowingly committing crimes that any objective observer would recognize as such.

 

SVC Security Chief has consistently Reported that the traitors/terrorists are still exhibiting their Stage III Psychotic Denial concerning what their fates are. The whole point of this conversation today has been that these profound criminals have not learned their lesson, but they must.

 

The traitors/terrorists have caused the circumstances that have made SVC's President and Security Chief look like vagabonds and “worthless” people. That's why the roles will be reversed soon enough and the traitors/terrorists must regret the day they were born just like they intended for their Victims. The Creator and Justice demand it!

 

Blind hatred is characterized by an intense, irrational, and unreasoning animosity towards a person, group, or idea, usually denoted by a lack of understanding and objectivity. For at least 24 years, SVC's President has experienced unprecedented blind hatred towards him. He certainly has never intentionally done anything to hurt anyone and his track record indicates he is a very different Man than the traitors/terrorists would have you believe!

 

The supreme irony in all this is that the traitors/terrorists have created their own monster in the personage of SVC's President. If they had left him alone, then his claims concerning who he is would fall flat. In John 1:46, Nathanael famously asks, "Can anything good come out of Nazareth?", reflecting a commonly held perception of the town as insignificant. However, the passage highlights that Jesus, the Messiah, was from Nazareth, demonstrating that good can indeed originate from unexpected places. 

 

All the things that happened to Jesus was by the Creator's Grand Design. Ditto for Phil who is tasked by the Creator with bringing the world to Peaceful conclusion. There is essentially no difference, historically speaking, between Joseph ben Caiaphas and Osama bin laden. Both Men saw Jesus and Phil as bitter enemies and a threat to their hegemony as the Jewish High Priest and the Supreme Leader of Islamic Jihad, respectively.

 

When Phil first met Nelson Mandela at a White House Reception in June 1990, Nelson told Phil he always knew he would die in prison as a martyr and his martyrdom would be enough to topple Apartheid or what actually happened would be the end of "a policy or system of segregation or discrimination on grounds of race." Nelson knew no matter what that the Goal  the Creator had given him would be achieved. Phil knows the same thing about his Divine Destiny!
