What a wonderful day for this Celebration! I don’t have to tell you about the personal significance of this day, the 250 Anniversary of the Adoption of the Declaration of Independence. The American Bicentennial 50 years ago today began an intellectual journey for me that continues and probably always will.
Independence Day has always been my favorite holiday. I have fond memories of it dating back to when I was just three years old in 1963. Angelica and I married 24 years ago today, obviously one of my brightest moments! It is our ancestral ties to the American Revolution which led us to marry on this Special Day at the Old North Church in Boston, her hometown church!
We named our Son, Jack, John Thomas George, after the first three U.S. Presidents. We named his Twin Sister after their Wives, Martha and Abigail. Because Thomas Jefferson and George Washington decided to marry widows named Martha, we could not name Marti, Martha Abigail Martha, so we chose to name her after her Mother, whose middle name is Elizabeth; and the two English/British Queens she is most certainly related to me on my side of the Family. Elizabeth II is the fourth Generation Granddaughter of King George III.
In January 1776, John Adams, Angelica’s Fifth Generation Grandfather, left Boston for Philadelphia, with a list of things to do when he returned to the Second Continental Congress.
John failed to raise much interest in his Declaration and by April it was decided that someone else had to pick up the crusade of Independence. John and Benjamin Franklin decided they would ask my Fifth-Generation Grandfather, Richard Henry Lee, to Propose Independence to the Virginia House of Burgesses.
They reasoned that because the Old Dominion was the first English Colony anywhere in the world and Virginia was both the largest Colony in population and geographical size, that a resolution from Virginia would persuade the vacillating Colonies – New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland; North and South Carolina; and Georgia - to vote for Independence.
On May 15, 1776, Richard was successful in Williamsburg. He arrived back in Philadelphia on June 7th and the Continental Congress Voted to debate the Resolution 6-5 with New York abstaining and New Jersey absent:
Resolved, That these United Colonies are, and of right ought to be, free and independent States, that they are absolved from all allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain is, and ought to be, totally dissolved.
That it is expedient forthwith to take the most effectual measures for forming foreign Alliances.
That a plan of confederation be prepared and transmitted to the respective Colonies for their consideration and approbation.
June 7th was a Friday and the debate continued Monday, June 10th. On June 11th, South Carolina called the question. The new pro-Independence Delegation from New Jersey arrived and the Independence Resolution was sure to pass by Majority Vote.
Chief Loyalist, John Dickinson of Pennsylvania, then made a Motion that any Vote for Independence had to be unanimous. The Vote was evenly divided with New York abstaining. Angelica’s Second Cousin eight times removed, President John Hancock, broke the tie in favor of Unanimity.
It was then that the idea of the Declaration of Independence first came to the fore. Massachusetts, of course, Proposed that the Independence Vote be postponed in order that a Declaration could be written. Again, the President broke a tie Vote and John Adams; Benjamin Franklin of Pennsylvania; Robert Livingston from New York; Roger Sherman of Connecticut; and Richard were appointed to the Declaration Committee.
Richard had personal reasons to return to Virginia and his Second Cousin and mine seven times removed, Thomas Jefferson, was appointed in his place because it deemed appropriate that “a Virginian should be ahead of this business.”
Actually, Thomas’ Mother passed away on March 31st and he also returned to Virginia on personal matters. The two Cousins rode together to Harper’s Ferry no doubt discussing what should be in the Declaration, with Richard going south to Arlington and Thomas traveling west to Charlottesville from there.
Upon hearing of Richard’s return and after the Declaration is adopted, the Virginia Royal Governor, Lord Dunsmore, attempted to disband the Provincial Legislature. The Burgesses said fine, moved over to a local tavern, and reconvened as the National Legislature of the new Nation of Virginia. This is essentially what we have done with Creation of the International Independence Democracy of America. We are still Americans, but a very different, more patriotic version and truer to the Principles America is founded upon. This is one my favorite stories of the American Revolution!
I have always believed Thomas wrote the brilliant preamble and ending of the Declaration in his mind while riding between Charlottesville and Philadelphia.
Meanwhile back in Philadelphia, John Adams acted as Chief Prosecutor and reviewed all the documents designed to curb the powers of the sovereign in England beginning with the Magna Carta. John checked off all the violations of George III and were included in the original Declaration. That’s why the Declaration reads as it does.
The Declaration Committee filed its Report on June 28th and debate began July 1st. The Resolution for Independence passed on July 2nd. That is America’s true birthday. About half of Thomas’ Declaration was eliminated or altered during the ensuing debate. My Responsibility to Protect Statutes suffered the same fate at the United Nations 229 years later.
The key aspect of the truncations came when South Carolina objected to Thomas’ Abolitionist Clause, banning slavery. When the Committee refused to eliminate the clause, all but Virginia and Delaware of the slave colonies bolted the Congress and American Independence was imperiled. Eventually, Jack’s namesakes gave in and, as John’s Second Cousin, Samuel Adams, commented, “If we give in on this issue, posterity will never forgive us. We will condemn future generations to fighting a war over this.”
Almost 85 years later, Sam’s prophecy would come true with the firing on Fort Sumter in South Caroline, where 80% of the Black slaves disembarked between 1619 and 1808, when Thomas’ Presidential Administration ended the Slave Trade in the USA.
Sam, Richard and John Hancock founded the Colonial Correspondence Committee which led to the creation of the Continental Congress. Are you beginning to understand why I believe our Twins have the closest ancestral ties to the American Revolution of anyone?
Just about everyone who played a major role in America’s Creation and quest for Independence are our relatives. It is amazing! That discovery for me started 50 years ago and is why I have spent so much of my adult life researching and writing about the American Revolution, particularly the reasons which brought it about and how America’s Founders formulated the catalysts for the creation of the greatest nation the world has ever known - The Four Founding Thematic Principles of the American Dream!
The Declaration ends with a powerful line, and I have utilized it before: And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
Of the three aspects the 56 Signers of the Declaration pledged in support of it, the most important one to them was the last one: their sacred Honor. They felt their honor had been greatly and sorely impugned, not only by George III and his Parliament, but by their British Brethren: ”We have warned them from time to time of attempts... to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us...
"They too have been deaf to the voice of justice... We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends."
It is startling Thomas wrote about their "British brethern" having been "deaf to the voice of justice". There couldn't be a better, more vivid or more accurate description of how the Victims of the al Qaeda Hezbollah Successful Takeover of America have been maltreated, or the U.S. National Government has allowed others to maltreat us.
History repeats itself because the lessons the Creator wants to teach us go unheeded or are twisted by evil people. As Edmund Burke said, "The only thing necessary for evil to triumph in the world is that good men do nothing." There has been a lot of that going on in the United States in the 21st century. The current generations of Americans simply lack the courage of past generations to stand for Liberty and Justice no matter what the cost like America’s Founders did.
Just like with the AQHSTAS, the British National Government demanded the Colonists behave and just accept their wrongful maltreatment when it was the King and company that were misbehaving and breaking the law. This analogy will not be lost to history. Former International Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda had some fun with this saying if The Hague had existed in 1776, John and Benjamin would have made a B-line to the Netherlands and recorded an International Complaint just as I have. George III would be judicially executed, along with Lord North, etc., just as the Nazis were after the Nuremberg trials. What does this say about how many Americans will get to meet the international hangman in their last moments before they are sent straight to hell by Almighty God?
Back to our story. Burke was one of the few supporters of America's cause in the British Parliament at the time. On American Independence, Burke wrote: "I do not know how to wish success to those whose Victory is to separate from us a large and noble part of our Empire. Still less do I wish success to injustice, oppression and absurdity". Amen!
The AQHSTAS has been incredibly unjust and absurd from any objective viewpoint. Its exact origins remain a mystery, but its proliferators have been the domestic traitors and/or terrorists we do know about who are ultimately aligned with the al Qaeda’s organized terrorism federation, the Taliban, Hezbollah, and the Mullahs in Iran going back to 1980.
The publication of the rewrite of the SVC TPCG Foreign Writers & Journalists Article,” Injustice Beyond Belief” the past few weeks as part of an International Sting Operation the past 40 days went exceedingly well.
The idea is to confirm America’s and Americans’ belief that the AQHSTAS is not their problem just as the British concerning the Colonists in 1776 and it would never adversely affect them or anyone or anything they cared about when, in fact, the British had to shift their colonialization pursuits, something they never did get right. The required public conversations will start with Barack Obama and Eric Holder explaining why they didn’t end the AQHSTAS in 2010 or early 2011 when they had a chance. The only plausible explanation based on what we know now is that it is their Black racism. Witnesses say Eric Holder stated about the Missoula Scandal: “Now those White boys are going to know what it is like to be Black in this country.” This is the U.S. Attorney General speaking, mind you!
It is also why the Benghazi raid occurred on the 11th anniversary of 9/11 resulting in the deaths of four Americans: U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens, Foreign Service Officer, Sean Smith and two CIA Contractors, Tyrone S. and Glen Doherty. Deputy Secretary of State Bill Burns and Deputy White House Chief of Staff Jim Messina negotiated with al Qaeda to conduct the raid and deflect public interest in the truth about the Missoula Scandal, the Obama Administration’s complicity in it and my International Complaint which would be published and released six days later at The Hague.
This will be the first of many such sessions when current and former Public Officials and Employees and their cohorts will be required to explain themselves in public and why they betrayed the Public Trust. I am really looking forward to it!
Don’t worry about their Constitutional Rights being violated. The traitors/ terrorists are already Convicted International Criminals and U.S. Federal Felons. By exhibiting the al Qaeda Script so precisely and consistently over nearly a thousand miles between Missoula and Colorado Springs, Colorado, and over the past two decades alleviates all concern they are innocent in any way, shape or form or there are mitigating circumstances in why they are involved.
There is simply no exculpatory evidence to acquit them and incontrovertible inculpatory evidence to convict them. They meant serious harm towards their Victims; enjoyed inflicting pain upon their Victims; and took pride taking credit for what they did like all terrorists do! The traitors/terrorists made it easy for the Courts and Prosecutors.
Seriously, the time has come for Americans to understand why the enforcement of International Law is so important. If we want Law & Order to be present in World Affairs, Americans cannot afford to be hypocrites. If we want the Russians, Iranians and Hamas to be brought to Justice, then Americans and Israelis who have been charged with and/or even convicted of their crimes already must also face the consequences for their actions. Why is there any conversation to the contrary? This is pharisaic and precarious.
Likewise, the absence of International Authority to remove despotic regimes and assert the Responsibility to Protect Principle has led to the proliferation of autocratic, nondemocratic regimes. Democracy worldwide has taken a giant step backward in the 21st century. The AQHSTAS has emboldened such regimes all over the world because America is flat on its back with the successful takeover of al Qaeda-brand organized terrorism.
Over the past quarter century since 9/11, al Qaeda has developed systems for very effective nonviolent terrorism that make their Victims wish they were killed during the collapse of the World Trade Center. Their lives are systematically and utterly destroyed by Public Officials and employees who are supposed to be the very people whose duties include protecting them. As Kamala Harris stated during Tyre Nichols’ Funeral: “And when we look at this situation, this is a family that lost their son and their brother through an act of violence at the hands and the feet of people who have been charged with keeping them safe.”
What’s really disgusting is the Memphis Five got off easily both at the Federal and State levels. The Memphis Police Department cannot confirm from the videos that Nichols had committed any traffic violation for which he could be stopped.
International Investigators have re-entered the fray after over two dozen dangerous gas lighting incidents against me in Colorado Springs since I have technically become homeless for the nth time which once again brought into question the shooting death of De’Von Bailey in 2019. Bailey’s Cousin was later acquitted of the charges they both had been accused of. In addition, the officers did not know that Bailey was carrying a gun before they shot him, they only claimed that after the fact to justify shooting him in the same way ICE did when they shot Alex Pretti in January in Minneapolis.
It should be noted that the people of the Twin Cities of Minnesota were honored with a John F. Kennedy Profile in Courage Award in May for risking their lives to protect their neighbors and immigrant community members from an unprecedented federal law enforcement operation, peacefully defending the Human Rights and values that serve as the foundation of America’s Constitutional Democracy. Angelica and I were there.
International Investigators have also discovered that Nichols had been playing around with someone’s Girl Friend and for that he received the death penalty. In other words, the Memphis 5 and the COS officers had no legal reason to even engage Nichols and Bailey much less kill them.
This had and has prompted The Hague to reopen over 14,000 police killing cases in the United States since April 2012 when Missoula Police Officer Kurt Trowbridge was paid to assassinate me. Like Tyre and De’Von, I was accused of resisting arrest when I should not have been stopped in the first place.
I was supposed to die a horrible death of kidney failure in the Missoula County Detention Center. The Creator saved me from that fate, only to endure the worst barrage of crimes against me anyone has ever had to face in history. The traitors/terrorists promise me I would wish I had died. They most certainly have made good on that promise the past 14¼ years!
The resisting arrest gambit has become a known technique utilized by American Law Enforcement to justify killing targeted people all over the country. The Hague estimates that only one in seven of the 1,314 reported Law Enforcement killings in 2025 are justified under the legal concept of justifiable homicide. The other 1,190 or so are outright murder, plain and simple. There will be a good number American Law Enforcement including the Memphis 5, Trowbridge and those involved with the conspiracies to murder innocent Victims like Tyre and I which will have an appointment with the hangman. No one is going to get away with anything!
In February 2022 during my eighth Burning Bush Dream with my First Wife Patti told me to intensely watch the growing and obvious aggressiveness of Russia and China and that Russia President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping would readily take advantage of American weakness in International relations because the U.S. Government's hypocrisy concerning the AQHSTAS and not complying with International Law and protecting its Citizens against the infiltration of organized terrorism in the USA.
So that you think that it’s just not me that believes this, U.S. Senator Steve Daines (R-MT) has been hitting this subject hard ever since he visited America’s southern border in October 2023:

For purposes of disclosure, it is true Steve and I grew up together in Bozeman, Montana, and we obviously share the same concerns, but we have rarely corresponded. We came to our conclusions on these issues independently of the other. I think growing up in such splendor as we did teach us to see the world as it is and act accordingly.
Patti further asserted that if I called either President both would readily talk to me; if Joe Biden called them, they would think about talking with him and probably would not, at least not immediately. Indeed, Putin had proposed that I act as a United Nations, not United States Envoy to resolve Russia's conflict with Ukraine. It was the Biden Administration who nixed that proposal and five days later Russia invaded Ukraine.
In December 2022 during SVC's Africa Tour XVII, I asserted that International Law would be resolutely and universally enforced from now on – period! Having a UN Security Council Veto or not being a signatory to the Statutes of Rome would no longer save them from being brought to International Justice. In a rare moment, Russia inquired if I meant them, even after all the support that had given my International Complaint and had apprehended the Kushnirs when their American co-conspirators in Colorado and Washington, DC, had allowed them to escape the USA unscathed.
When I affirmed that I did, Russia moved very quickly to consolidate what support they felt they still had and negotiated the release a key military and arms expert Viktor Bout in exchange for American Black Lesbian Brittney Griner. At least, some good came of it.
The Chinese have stirred up matters with their own favorite former member Province, Taiwan. Again, the new aggressive activity that Patti warned me about is entirely concerning American weakness and hypocrisy.
The spy balloon over Montana is a curious event for several reasons but the most important is that Montana has close to 40% of America's nuclear arsenal within its borders and it is obvious to me the Chinese wanted a clear view of the missile silos in the wheat fields along Montana's northern tier.
Malmstrom Air Force Base in Great Falls is only Montana's token Military Base and had a small role in America's NORAD Defense system. In 1958, the Pentagon decided to sacrifice the Rocky Mountain States in case of a nuclear war with the Soviet Union and based NORAD, ironically, in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
SVC has moved its State Offices from Billings and Boulder to Kalispell and International Independence Creek, respectively due to security concerns. The Chinese are sending SVC a message they too feel SVC and I owe them something for their support of my International Complaint.
SVC knew about the balloon not by reported sightings by Canadian Officials, but the fact SVC International's security circuit breakers shut down SVC’s computer systems when the Chinese tried to hack them just before the balloon first entered U.S. airspace. I knew as SVC President of the Chinese incursion 70 minutes before U.S. President Joe Biden could have! It was 4:40 AM Pacific Time over the panhandle of Idaho.
It is also interesting that then-US Ambassador-at-Large for Global Criminal Justice Beth Van Shaack all the sudden talked about enforcing International Law big time because the Biden Administration had no room to talk and were once again attempting to deflect attention from ongoing American violations of International Law and end the travesty of the AQHSTAS on American terms.
The Chinese and Russians also know they are fortunate I am not the person sitting in the Oval Office. President George H. W. Bush was the last American President who is a Decorated Combat Veteran and is a fellow Naval Aviator.
President Bush didn't put up with Saddam Hussein invading Kuwait and rallied the International Community to eject Iraq from Kuwait. My own participation in the Gulf War is what eventually positioned me to be in the role I have now: to bring the world to a Peaceful conclusion by the time Jesus returns.
Just like Moses speaking to the Burning Bush asking how it was he who was going to free the Hebrews slaves, I have asked the same question of the Creator about how I am to accomplish my assigned task. The answer was the same and you don't argue with the Creator.
For 13 years prior to the Adoption of the Declaration of Independence, King George III and the British Parliament had passed several Acts the Colonists deemed oppressive usurpations which led to the war. Almost in despair, the Colonists finally concluded that their relationship with Great Britain could not continue. They had nothing to lose and everything to gain by Declaring their Independence 91,330 days ago!
Now, a quarter millennium later the U.S. government has taken the place of George III's government. The Victims of the AQHSTAS know exactly what the Colonists knew when Thomas wrote in the Declaration: "In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury."
We cannot completely fathom exactly what Thomas is writing about, but we can certainly see it in our attempts at seeking Justice and all such attempts being abysmal failures concerning the AQHSTAS.
The American People are in a State of Denial that will destroy the United States if they are not careful and do not snap out of it. This is not hyperbole, it is fact. As Sam predicted regarding the continuation of slavery 25 decades ago, there are internal forces working which have divided Americans in ways not seen since the American Civil War. Abraham Lincoln declared that the United States could not endure permanently "half slave and half free," warning that the nation must become entirely one or the other.
South Carolina Delegate Edward Rutledge recognized the hypocrisy of the northern Colonies operating and profiting from the Slave Trade in 1776, but at the same time criticizing the southern Colonies for having slavery. It is high time the United States Government and its Leaders recognize their hypocrisy of allowing the AQHSTAS to continue unabated within America, while, at the same time, boast the USA knows best about how other countries should conduct its internal affairs and how these countries and its National Governments and Leaders have violated International Law or their Citizens’ Human Rights.
Another aspect of our vaunted ancestry is I am the first born of my biological parents as Jesus is with his. Traditionally, primogeniture is the right of succession belonging to the firstborn child, especially the feudal rule by which the whole real estate of an intestate passed to the eldest Son. I am 28 generations down from William I, The Conqueror; Jesus is 28 generations down from King David. Both 26th Generation Grandsons of the Great Kings have had to live in abject poverty during our Ministries and is the primary reason for our rejection by our Countrymen and Women.
Much is made of Jesus’ relations with King David in the Gospels, yet Jesus suffered the swiftest fall in popularity known to history. On Palm Sunday he was heralded as a great hero with his entry into Jerusalem; five days later, the very same people were demanding his crucifixion. Just how and why these people made this inexplicable reversal in judgment about Jesus remains a mystery, but one thing is sure it is all part of the Creator’s Divine Design.
As is the AQHSTAS with me. What has happened to me is horrific and without any reasonably understood causes, but it has happened. Because I have survived the numerous attacks upon my life, the traitors/terrorists have resorted to attempting to convince their recruits none of the maltreatment of me happened and/or was justified, which, of course, is nonsense.
Further, they recruit new traitors/terrorists by informing the would-be recruit of all the wonderful things which the International Tribunals, International Prosecutors and their U.S. Federal Courts have in store for traitors/terrorists and telling the recruit they must stop me to save their sorry hides from the punishment they have brought upon themselves, their Families and their communities, their States and the United States of America. Again, it is all part of the Creator’s Divine Design and I, for one, will not question it.
The Holy Bible tells us to “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths.” Proverbs 3:5–6.

George is a direct descendant of Henry I, fourth son of William I. When Henry’s only son died in a shipwreck crossing the English Channel it created a succession problem that would plague England for two decades. The resolution, at least initially, was his older Sister, Saint/Princess Adela, would choose one of her Sons to succeed Henry on the throne.
My Great, Great Grandfather, John Davidson Sutton, wrote the First Sutton Family Genealogy in 1921 when he was forced into retirement as County Judge in Braxton County, West Virginia, at age 77. I first perused it in 1976, and it is one reason I took so much interest in the Revolution. JD was pretty sure we were direct descendants of The Conqueror, but he couldn’t get around the fact Historians believed Adela was a Catholic Nun, not a Catholic Saint.
As it turns out, Adela married Stephen II of Blois at age 15 and had 10 Children with him. Nuns don’t have 10 Children. This was not completely confirmed until I came across a Monument to Adela in Cardiff, Wales. SVC ran a Public Policy Forum Series in all the Provincial Capitals of the United Kingdom in the run-up to the Coronation of Kings Charles III. I was very moved by the Monument and what her Father the King and her Son the King stated about her. She was The Conqueror’s favorite Child and he read poetry to his little girl. Not exactly the picture Historians have given us of William, is it? I did the same with Alicia and Marti. All three of us inherited Adela’s blue eyes and blond hair. She was an incredibly beautiful Woman, as well.
Adela’s eldest Son, William, was incapacitated and the Second Son, Theobald the Great, turned down his Grandfather’s throne with the possibility of becoming the French King. Adela’s third Son, Stephen, took the throne. It is Theobald from which the Suttons are descendant. Sir John Sutton married Margaret de Somery and they became Lord and Lady Dudley. Margaret was the Great Granddaughter of Theobald. Jack is the 10th John Sutton in our Family line.
When the Crusades were started by Pope Urban II in 1095, Theobald accepted the call and eventually became King of Jerusalem, the City of David. Theobald eventually became the King of the Franks due in part to his Wife, Matilda of Carinthia, was a direct descendant of Charlemagne.
One more interesting aspect concerning our Family History, King Charles joked in his speech to the U.S. Congress in April that the American Revolution was “The Tale of the Two Georges.” It is the two Americans, George Washington and I, who are direct descendants of William I, The Conqueror; the two Hanovers, George III who wore William’s crown and Charles III who is wearing it now, are not.
