Good Citizenship is expected of all Americans. That would seem to be an article of faith. But the United Nations, International Tribunals and their U.S. Federal Court Partners have not witnessed it and will now be moving to engage meaningful ways to change that!

SVC went so far as to turn off the website for a couple of days to see what would happen. It simply didn't matter. SVC received some complaints from our Foreign Friends who do not have one the 18,795 SVC International Subscription Websites, but that was understandable and we actually appreciate the fact they noticed it and cared enough to let us know!

Americans no longer have the luxury of sitting back and believing it will all take care itself.
