During the SVC International Roundtable on New Year’s Day 2026, the United Nations Representatives and the International Community unanimously proposed that a nation be recognized comprising International Independence Creek Properties where the SVC International Complex & Media Center is located.

The precedent has been set through the creation of Vatican City a century ago with the Pope acting as its Head of State. Vatican City is fully a sovereign nation with its own governance, legal system and International Recognition.

SVC is already the largest Democracy in the world and the conversion over to a nation state would virtually be automatic with “Ambassadors” (National Chairs) in 189 of the 193 countries currently recognized by the United Nations.   

U.S. President Donald Trump responded within the next week by withdrawing all support of the United Nations, pulling USA support for 33 UN Organizations, removing Nicholas Madura in Venezuela and characterizing the UN as feckless and not living up to its potential. Trump presses his Board of Peace as the replacement for the UN. Fittingly enough Pope Leo XIV, a native born American, has told Trump to take a flying leap regarding his membership on the Board of Peace, warning Trump not to turn National Leader into Kings.

Then there are the matters of Trump’s Pre-inaugural Resignation Letter and his Agreement to put down the AQHIS as he is obligated to do under International Law, UN Resolutions and U.S. Federal Law as President of the United States.  

Trump has been daring the United Nations to remove him and replace him with someone like SVC’s President. SVC’s President no sooner wants to be President as he wanted to be Trump’s Secretary of State. As many of his supporters have told him for over a decade it would be a waste of his time and talents for him to be President. He can achieve and has achieved much more where he is.

Phil Sutton's leadership against terrorism

Phil Sutton's leadership against terrorism is marked by his commitment to the No Tolerance Terrorism Policy and the Sutton Doctrine, which he first introduced in his doctoral dissertation. These principles have adopted by the United Nations Nations and The Hague, impacting international Law and the treatment of organized terrorism. Since SVC’s President is deemed unworthy of enjoying the same rights and prosperity every American is supposed to have, it is appropriate to remind Americans how another American Internationalist, Benjamin Franklin, felt about his disenfranchisement from rights by the British Crown 250 years ago:

Then the man SVC’s President considers to be the Greatest American ends the argument: Higher, certainly, than she feels for them. Never was such a valuable possession so stupidly and recklessly managed, than this entire continent by the by the British crown. Our industry discouraged, our resources pillaged... first of all, our very character stifled. We've spawned a new race here, Mr. Dickinson… We require a new nation.

Benjamin Franklin and Phil Sutton have a lot in common, each in his own time, don’t they? Both had been publicly humiliated and disgraced by the very government with the tacit agreement with their fellow citizens that was supposed to uphold their rights, dignity and appreciate their contributions to their country and civilization.

The traitors/terrorists of the AQHIS and Trump, if they are not one in the same, preyed on SVC President’s patriotism. He cannot continue to be loyal to a country and its leadership which quite literally set out to destroy his life, reputation, fortune and legacy any more than Benjamin Franklin and the rest of the Colonists could in 1776.

At least, Benjamin Franklin was wealthy, an estimated $10 million to $90 million in today’s dollars, and had the means to survive no matter what came. Phil Sutton, on the hand, has lost at least 137 to 1,240 times that amount in today's dollars.
