NO TOLERANCE NONSENSE POLICY REPORT IV: THIS IS PATHETIC

I just tried to call Otter Self Storage about the matter of having to have a vehicle to access the facility at Oro Blanco and I was hung upon. No one is fooling anyone here. No one has ever heard of a storage facility that did not have an inside code box to leave the facility, much less requiring a vehicle to have any access in and out.

Otter is attempting to criminally intimidate me to leave prematurely before rent is next due. This is a crime. Under law, a rental space entity can send a proper notice if rent is late, point to the lease, or begin a formal eviction process. Those are lawful steps. But the problem begins when that entity skips the legal processes and instead tries to force a lessee out through fear.

Further, Otter is not compliant with the law in other ways.  I am 70% disabled and Otter must make the appropriate changes to its property to make access unfettered for lessees in a vehicle or on foot now and in the future if it wishes to remain in business. Otter has opened up a Pandora's box here.

This matter has already been turned over to appropriate International and Federal Jurisdictions. Please use a little common sense!

In the end, this could be good because this indicates how desperate the traitors/terrorists are getting. They are not getting away with anything anymore!
