SVC Security Chief Gary Norman sent a message to Otter Self Storage for clarification:

Hello!

Otter needs to provide a more detailed explanation of what's happening here. From a legal standpoint it makes no sense. In fairness we are requesting this response. Whatever explanation you send BACK will be presented to the International Tribunals and their Federal Court Partners tomorrow. 

All issues pertaining to me are an International Issue and no Courts in the United States have Jurisdiction save the Federal Court Partners. Because of the Civil Rights involved, no Colorado Courts at any level would have Jurisdiction, anyway.

Otter Self Storage did not send a reply and the situation in Colorado Springs is getting very dangerous. SVC Security Chief Gary Norman doesn’t believe he can access his storage unit safely. The International Tribunals has granted a $500 million Judgment against Otter Self Storage and the Federal Court Partners will now review to meet the “due process” requirements under the U.S. Constitution before the Judgment can be executed.

The Special International Prosecutors know they now have reasonable cause to summarily end Donald Trump’s Presidency. Trump himself says his Presidency will be over after the election if Republicans lose majority control of the U.S. Congress, which now corresponds with the Federal Court Order to start the Final Kibosh for the al Qaeda Hezbollah Successful takeover of America Scandal. But as SVC has asked before, the question is who will replace him, if necessary?

Under the Court Order, Trump states he will finally do the job that the U.S. National Government and its President should have done beginning 17½ years ago after the Public Funds Embezzling Scandal was first discovered at the University of Montana, Missoula, in March 2009! He complains he cannot attend to this Presidential Duty until after Midterm Elections in the United States which is 3 November. But it must happen or Trump will be out this time.

Because the Trump, Barack Obama and Joe Biden Administrations refused to grant the AQHSTAS Victims the most basic Human Rights in the United States and the damages to their lives are so egregious, the International Tribunals are determined to do a thorough job of compensating the Victims and/or their Families in every way possible!

The Special International Prosecutors acknowledge that the Sutton Family is the only exception. There is no way Justice could ever be delivered to the most persecuted Human Being in History, President Phil Sutton.

The idiocies now transpiring within and by the USA has given SVC no alternative but to acquiesce completely to the Reform-minded International Community. No one can justifiably defend the United States and its Leadership at all levels anymore!

The Special International Prosecutors also acknowledges that International Policy towards the traitors/terrorists of the AQHSTAS. The Hague and their Partner Federal Courts will have the traitors/terrorists work not only to help their Victims rebuild their fractured lives, but to rebuild the infrastructure of the States and/or Nations they betrayed and Non-Profit Organizations and Schools so that these entities better can help all unemployed People with Reeducation and Training for new jobs and basic survival needs. Further, President Sutton is dealing with the AQHSTAS for the last time. On Tuesday night (10/27/2026) after the last Otter Self Storage incident occurred, Chief Norman was very depressed. President Sutton is simply disgusted by the whole mess and for so long the traitors/terrorists have had control of events. Chief Norman’s action of sending the note to Otter Self Storage shows he is no longer willing to play the game by the traitor’s/terrorist’s rules and giving the management a chance to explain themselves is something the rest of the traitors/terrorists will wish they had had, but because Otter Self Storage refused to respond, the other 3½ million Americans will be so lucky!

When President Sutton permanently left a friend's home on 16 May, President Sutton was exposed to the COS Police the next two days. There were no incidents. When he left for Miami for the SVC International Children’s Day General Conference, Chief Norman took over on May 18^th. On the way from what was then the new storage facility, Chief Norman proceeded to go and get the laundry done on May 19^th. Under current legal guidelines, COS Police attempted to murder Chief Norman who they thought was President Sutton 13 separate times in one day. The COS Police had their first true shot at murdering President Sutton in six months.

At the time, the number of assassination attempts was 28. It is now 84. All 56 attempts are by COS Police and once by a El Paso County Sheriff Deputy. That’s why Chief Norman is so concerned. If he cannot use the storage unit as needed he is not only far more vulnerable to murder by police, but he also cannot get into publicly owned places where he can do his work and earn some income.

As SVC has stated quite literally thousands of times before, if SVC’s Dynamic Duo are not able to make a living in Colorado Springs and be safe or the past few months, receive President Sutton’s Social Security and Veterans Pension Benefits, then the only answer is to begin to close public facilities and sell the assets to highest bidder! No other choice! That really goes double now!

Name any other storage company that does not have code boxes on both sides of the fence and force people on foot to call the office to get out! Naturally, this is Chief Norman’s fault and if he doesn’t like it, he can move on. Being a good business student, President Sutton has checked Otter Self Storage’s financials. It is a company with less than $5 million net worth with ten employees. Added to this, President Sutton was not paid his expected Social Security payment on October 27^th or his Veteran’s Pension today. This can no longer continue!

According to the Federal Court Partners, Social Security and Veterans Benefits are all but gone for all Americans. What can Americans expect? Decades of “in vain pleas” for help and no Americans outside SVC have responded like Americans did for George Floyd and his Family! 

This is the line the Federal Court Partners have drawn in the sand. George Floyd died by police violence and his family has been paid $27 million in damages. According to the World Trade Organization, President Sutton has lost 5,518,518.5 times that or $147 trillion over past quarter century. Multiply that by at least three for punitive damages or $441 trillion. Get the picture?

Bottom line, did President Sutton have to die in Missoula in 2012 for Americans to care or does Chief Norman have to die in Colorado Springs now? There have been over 14,000 police killings in the USA since Kurt Trowbridge’s brutal attack on President Sutton and only about 14% followed the justifiable homicide guidelines. Further, Muslim Americans readily ask President Sutton for help whenever they are oppressed in the United States. How ironic it is that President has been utterly rejected by his fellow Americans because of Osama bin Laden’s personal vendetta against him and all the damage it has done to President’s life and reputation and yet those who follow bin Laden’s religion like U.S. Representative Ilhan Omar (D-MN) request his intervention in her current deportation fight with the Trump Administration. 

This speaks volumes about the kind of man President Sutton is and how very wrong the impression of him is that the traitors/terrorists have built over the past two decades against him. One of SVC’s Founding Governors, Rev. Mike Jackson called President Sutton a "practicing Christian."

In other words, President Sutton is not like many who are great on Sunday mornings when they are in church but are very different the rest of the week. Mike used to tell the story about Mahatma Ghandi saying he thought about converting to Christianity but watched Christians he knew and was quite unimpressed. Ghandi would have been impressed with President Sutton. 

What will be next? As of October 30, 2026, the International Judgment against the United States of America stands at $15,275,149,200,000,000. This is 61 times its original value of the Judgment of $250 trillion and growing at approximately $49.7 trillion per diem. The U.S. National Debt is over $40.5 trillion, of which $1.7 trillion goes to Social Security and not quite $1 trillion goes to National Defense. 

The Biden Administration had the opportunity in August 2023 to settle the matter for $1.4 trillion per annum but never even responded to the offer! 

Because the American People and their National Government failed to ever rally behind President Sutton, his fellow 11,000+ Victims, and acknowledge their sacrifice for the United States of America against organized terrorism, it now appears all Americans will pay a horrible price for the successful takeover of their country by the same!
