Because the tenants of International Law were just emerging and not well accepted, even as the Nazis were being judged at Nuremberg they could claim that their being brought to Justice is happening only because others have proved more powerful militarily and so are able to sit in judgement over them. Verdicts intended to uphold the rights of the weak and helpless became impugned as "victors' justice". All of the Nazis still believed their cause was right and what they did was right when they couldn't possibly have been right! Sound familiar.
Eighty years ago it was the Nazis who thought and acted that way after murdering millions of innocent human beings. Today, it the organized terrorists and it was the communists in between. The world has always has had these people to contend with and individuals like Kofi Annan and Phil Sutton said enough is enough and attempted to do something about it! They have been rare birds, unfortunately!
That's the real reason nothing has been done about the al Qaeda Hezbollah Invasion Scandal. The last three U.S. Presidents and political subdivision governments have either capitulated entirely to the traitors/terrorists or have joined the organized terrorisms in at least their stochastic terrorism and need to be brought to Justice as those who have betrayed the public Trust.
When SVC's President, a multi-decorated Combat Veteran of the Gulf and Afghan Wars, rose and explained in 10 minutes to an International Conference how the blockage of the Strait of Hormuz by Iran could be terminated in two to three days by U.S. Sailors and U.S Marines and relieve the International Oil Crisis, everyone knew the wrong man was President of the United States. Trump has been using his Iran War as his latest excuse not to put down the AQHIS, not seeing the obvious hypocrisy that everyone else views as the real reason Trump must go. He is reckless, confused and worst of all, dangerously incompetent!
Meanwhile in Colorado Springs, the minor traitors/terrorists are still at it, believing like the Nazis, they are right. The magnanimous offer by the International Community to withdraw the "community punishments" if these people mea culpa is soon to be withdrawn and the Judgments against Public assets will soon be executed post haste to relieve serious financial difficulties of SVC's President and his fellow 11,000 Victims! What else can they expect?!
