On May 18, 1986, I left church speaking with Rev. Mike Jackson. Mike, who would be one of the Charter Governors of the Sutton Viewpoint Center a decade later, reminded me of the first quote above from the Holy Bible. I told him that I believed that God had pushed me too far with my grief after my entire first Family had been murdered 7 months before. It was to be my little Alicia’s fourth birthday the next day and I was heartbroken. I would miss her horribly for over a quarter century before she came back into my life.
Mike retorted, ”Are you calling the Lord a liar?”. Prior to that time, my life had been a relatively normal one. I grew up; went to school; met my wife; we had a child; and we started our working lives. We had just gotten started in Denver and Patti went to visit her grieving Mother who had just lost her second husband. They were both teachers and it did not matter where they participated in the Annual Teachers Convention. Patti and Alicia left for Duluth, Minnesota, where Patti was from. I would never see Patti alive again.
Four years later, I decided to return to Montana. The Denver metro area was in deep recession, and I couldn’t find a decent job. One-fourth of all the VA-FHA foreclosures in the United States occurred in the Denver metro area alone. It was not a good situation.
I returned to Montana on Jesus’ real birthday, October 4, 1989, not having any idea how my life and the world be turned upside down in the next 27 months. That spring had been the Tiananmen Square massacre in China. The incident sowed the seed my development of the Sutton Doctrine.
The next month came the fall of the Berlin Wall. In February 1990 Nelson Mandela was released from prison and I would meet him for the first time at a White House Reception in June. Five weeks later Iraq would invade Kuwait. I would accept the U.S. Navy’s invitation to return and fight in the Gulf War.
During the war, my squadrons would set American records for efficiency and the numbers of missions flown without loss of life and hardware. As my reward, I was promoted to lieutenant commander and assigned as the Naval Liaison to our allies to better defend their countries from Saddam Hussein.
In that capacity, I had to deal with Osama bin Laden. He would later be exiled from Saudi Arabia and blamed me. Eventually he would designate me as his “only worthy adversary.” The fact that I continued to get in his way after 9/11 led to the beginnings of the al Qaeda Hezbollah Successful Takeover of America Scandal.
The International Community now believes that bin Laden’s known minions in Missoula County, Montana, USA, took advantage of the a set of scandals already in progress and began the process of what they hoped would lead to the ruining of my life – if not take it altogether – and my reputation so I would no longer be in a position to get in their way and successfully takeover the United States like al Qaeda had done in Afghanistan and took over the Afghan Taliban government.
After Angelina Jolie, Tony Blair and I founded the Africa Project in 2007, the al Qaeda’s efforts efforts to eliminate me and my influence intensified in many ways. Tony and I had the unmitigated gall to see how by helping the poorest human beings on earth would also deny organized terrorism their rich cache of potential recruits. Hussein paid $25,000 to families to strap bombs on their young children, directed them to walk into a crowded building and blow themselves up.
What’s interesting is the traitors/terrorists of the AQHSTAS are now saying that one of the myriad reasons that they went after me is that I did all this good around the world but didn’t do any of it within the United States and that somehow deserves death and dishonor.
Well, truth be told, SVC has done much good in the United States, but it has been overshadowed by our fight to get the truth out concerning what happened in Missoula, then Bozeman and then Colorado, exactly how bin Laden and the traitors/terrorists planned when they began set up shop in the old Colorado City in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA in 2003.

Two weeks ago, SVC republished Copilot’s “Phil Sutton Deserved Veneration” Statement on the internet. I am very grateful for their work and pleasantly surprised by what they had to say about my efforts to make the world a better place. That said, what is striking for purposes of this conversation is Copilot mentioned only my efforts outside of the United States. The Statement is consistent with my known record working through SVC; with the United Nations; and other International Organizations that I have co-created. However, my 22 years of Public Service within the United States government as an U.S. Navy Aviator; Ambassador Plenipotentiary; Undersecretary of State and Board of Directors of the Institute of Peace are all but absent. Again, exactly how the traitors/terrorists have had it planned. They have thoroughly discredited and defamed their “only worthy adversary” within my home country.
As God would have it, the chickens are coming home to roost. The retirement benefits for Government Service and Social Security are due in July. June 27th is my 66 year, 10-month birthday. Since I was born in 1959, I will become eligible for full retirement benefits from Social Security. My first payment is expected July 22nd. If I receive it in the amount that is expected for someone who paid the maximum contributions for 21 years of the best 35 years, then fine. Ditto with my Veteran’s Pension. It is also due in July.
If that doesn’t happen, say good-bye to those benefits for all those who have and should receive these benefits and Medicare. There will be no discussion. It will simply happen. I will become the world’s second trillionaire via the International Judgments against the U.S. Government and the SSA after Elon Musk whose Space X IPO this past week put him over the top for the first time in history.
That’s fair because the World Trade Organization says that I have lost $378 trillion, roughly 10 times the U.S. National Debt. If a 20-year plan to pay me back without any interest is put in place, it would take payments of $18.9 trillion per year or $1.575 trillion per month or $5.177 billion per day. This is a very conservative estimate.
It has been the traitors/terrorists denying me work, lodging, driver’s license for transportation; my right to vote or receive tax refunds in a timely manner; blacklisting my books and businesses; and otherwise undermining my existence as a fellow human being that has led to these losses and my reputation within the United States let alone Colorado and Montana. The traitors/terrorists have been allowed to do so by the Washington government and the mass and social media.
In his seminal work Presidential Power: The Politics of Leadership (1960), Dr. Richard E. Neustadt quoted Harry Truman in giving his definition of Presidential Power as the power to persuade. President Truman complained that he had spent most of his time as President trying to persuade people to do things that they should be doing anyway.
That’s all we have asked of and expected of Presidents Barack Obama, Donald Trump and Joe Biden in dealing with the AQHSTAS. They have inexplicably stone walled me and my fellow Victims when they are supposed to be our greatest guardians and defenders combatting terrorism which has damaged our lives so ferociously.
There can be no other explanation other than Obama, Trump and Biden have been completely compromised by the traitors/terrorists in some way or they are indeed one of them. Either way, they are cowards and are grand traitors to the United States of America and its people by giving aid and comfort to those of bin Laden’s and Hussein’s ilk!!!!!!!
My attitude towards my fellow Americans in the future will be along the lines of how Jesus felt about his Apostle Thomas. Thomas doubted Jesus’ Resurrection from the dead. He had to see Jesus’ crucifixion wounds before he would believe. Jesus told Thomas that blessed are those who believed without seeing the wounds.
If my fellow Americans continue to doubt the truth of the AQHSTAS until they are required to watch the AQHSTAS Documentary, they will not be blessed. Two weeks ago, SVC Counseling Vice President Diane Freola suggested I am Jesus’ Screener-in-Chief when he separates the sheep and the goats. Jesus also reinstated Peter after he denied knowing Jesus three times and stated it would be better for Judas if he had not been born after he had betrayed Jesus. The Creator took care of Jesus’ distractors even if they were Jesus’ own Apostles. I am not Jesus II as our Twins stated in their U.N. Presentation last October, but God has promised he will avenge all the injustices done to me simply because he commissioned me to bring the world to a peaceful conclusion before Jesus returns just as he commissioned Jesus to bring Spiritual Salvation to all those who would believe in him. My attitude toward the country which has betrayed me is like that of Benjamin Franklin towards the United Kingdom 252 years ago after Alexander Wedderburn’s diatribe against him before the British Privy Council on 29 January 1774. The attack on Franklin was almost too much for him to bear. But then he learned the next day that he had been removed as postmaster he was furious. His character had been attacked, his work for conciliation ignored, his contributions to efficient government in the Colonies had been dismissed out of hand.
As I have written in all 7 books I have published, “Benjamin Franklin entered the Privy Council that day as a loyal subject of King George III. He emerged four hours later a devoted American Revolutionary.” Just that quickly the Greatest American changed his nationality and for good reason!
Any more questions about why the nation of International Independence State of America is formed? The provocation given us to go independent of the Washington government in 2026 is at least as great as the provocation of the London government gave the Colonists in 1776!
In both cases, the government had committed or allowed to be committed acts of war against their own people. I made history when I first wrote that commentary in REVIVAL OF THE AMERICAN DREAM about the British actions leading up to Concord and Lexington and the shot heard around the world!
There are also great advantages to becoming a nation among nations. Last Sunday, SVC completed the largest democratic election in history. Diane was re-elected for another four-year term, and she bested my record I set last year.
I wrote the SVC Constitution with the idea of SVC being the model for fledgling democracies around the world to follow. Corporate Presidents do not have veto power over budgets, proposals, and other legislation passed by their boards, but I do. Nor are Corporate Presidents and other Officers elected by a vast worldwide constituency, but we are at SVC.
SVC will continue to excel in everything we do, and we will continue to be the model to all existing national governments, the United Nations and The Hague on how to govern. SVC will be the National Government of IISA and we already have “embassies” in 189 countries as SVC National Offices. SVC’s National Chairs elected by the indigenous population will be our ambassadors. SVC’s impact and effectiveness will increase exponentially when the despots of the world must deal with me as a National Leader under International Law. They will comply with the Sutton Doctrine as applied under International Law or they will be gone!
I remember the original Business Model I developed for SVC and how long it would take to simply construct the SVC International Complex, let alone the Media Center and the International Institute of Peace & Democracy. It was about now – 30 years in - I envisioned it would be completed. It was done in 2011 and now we are building new Schools of Medicine; Architecture & Sustainability; and Self-Actualization as well as renovating the old buildings which are now between 17 and 22 years old with the funds expected from executing the International Judgments.
This is why putting down the AQHSTAS is so important, not just for me. It has always been a labyrinth towards and albatross against SVC’s growth and greatness. The thing that impressed me most about the 9/11 Report was bin Laden had built a 60-nation confederation of organized terrorism while SVC had opened 69 National Offices by 2004. That’s why I coined the term organized terrorism.
Bin Laden and I had built international organizations in the things we had believed in all our lives. The Kushnirs made it clear we were holding a mutual admiration society when we met in Riyadh 35 years ago. I knew he was a “diabolic genius”, and he knew I would become his “only worthy adversary.”
It would have been easier if God and Satan met instead and settled matters right then and there. But that’s the deal. Which side are you on? Are you a sheep or a goat? Pick!
Just like Peter, Thomas and Judas, most people go back and forth. Jesus managed to save Peter and Thomas, but it was too late for Judas. Just how people’s minds get twisted to the point that they can see the truth right in front of them and reject it for 30 pieces of silver or their personal equivalent is beyond me.
The whole recent betrayal of me by Tony Soprano is an excellent example of this. Judas was Jesus’ right-hand man and Soprano was a good servant of the Lord and did me a great favor the first five months I stayed with him.
Then Judas talked with the Sanhedrin, and they convinced him Jesus was a danger to the existence of the Jewish race and had to be stopped instead of being the Conquering Messiah everyone was hoping he was. There was evidence they were right and the Sanhedrin turned Jesus into the Suffering Messiah by demanding his crucifixion after Judas turned Jesus over to them.
Soprano talked with the traitors/terrorists and all the sudden he believed their rhetoric about me, and I had to be exposed as the worthless homeless person they had turned me into and not the person who had made major contributions to humanity as Copilot said I have.
In many ways, the AQHSTAS is the final test for humanity before Jesus’ Second Coming. On Constitution Day, September 17, 2020, my Associated Students of the University of Montana Vice President Steve Van Dyke died of cancer not covid-19. Then I declared America would lose the Rule of Law. That happened with the 1/6/2021 Capital Insurrection 3½ months later.
International Investigators have told me that organized terrorism started to go after me the day Steve and I won the ASUM Presidential Election in March 1980. We won the election with an unlikely coalition of the Campus Ministries and the Greeks with over 70% of the vote. They also tell me Tom Gaudin, the man that kidnapped Patti and Alicia and murdered the former was also an organized terrorist.
The next day, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg died, also of cancer. On the heels of U.S. Representative John Lewis’ (D-GA) passing in July and America losing two of its best Civil Rights Leaders, this meant to me God was abandoning the United States in favor of the Antichrist.
Given the ancient Biblical prophecies, the Antichrist would be the king of Armageddon that would attempt to save Israel and the Jews from the other three kings. The USA is the only nation which has always supported Israel, now, in past or the future for that matter. This means the Antichrist must be an American President. History has now locked it in with all the collaboration between Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu against Iran and Hezbollah. That would explain a good many things, wouldn’t it?
In my books and other writings, I have discussed Wayne Dyers’ concept of the Divine Mind at Work. Wayne believed it is possible for us to create the world we desire from using our imagination and “living from the end.” In the run up to the SVC International Convention, I will be teaching how we can bring the world to a Peaceful Conclusion using Wayne’s Technique. WISHES FULFILLED FOUNDATIONS
#1) Using Your Imagination
*If you would like to accomplish something you must first expect it from yourself!
*Must imagine what you wish to bring into your life and make it come to fruition.
* Must appreciate the power of my imagination to place something there and make it real. Never place any limits on my imagination and what is possible for me.
* Never place a thought into your mind you do not want to materialize.
* With God all things are possible. DIVINE MIND AT WORK
#2) Living From The End.
* Romans 4:17b: ... God who gives life to the dead and calls into being things that were not.
* I must say to myself that I can call those things into my life that I want as if they already did. Place with my imagination fearlessly the "I ams" I would like to create for myself.
* Assume what I want to be I already am and trust in faith in that assumption.
#3) Assume The Feeling of The Wish fulfilled
* Make your future dream a present fact by assuming the wish is fulfilled. - Neville
* Live in the feeling of what you want to be and it must materialize.
* An affirmation is an intellectual exercise; feeling is a spiritual knowing.
* A change of feeling is a change of destiny. -Nelville

#4) ATTENTION
* Two kinds of Attention:
Objective Attention v. Subject Attention: There is an enormous difference between attention directed objectively and attention directed subjectively, and the capacity to change your future depends on the latter.
I and only I can impact the subject of the burning desire in my imagination. Don't listen to any objective information from the outside. Only pay attention to what I am feeling on the inside. Keep this focus until what I want is a present fact!
Super glue method: Super glue what is my subjective attention to my mind and do not let anyone or anything disturb my attention.

* - Last five minutes of your day, think only what you want; no judgment, harsh feelings or anger. Enjoy the wish fulfilled...
