The Federal Court Partners of The Hague are going to remove heads without the benefit of anesthetic. It is not going to be pretty. They are tired of the American People living in horrible delusion concerning the al Qaeda Hezbollah Successful Takeover of America Scandal.

Delusion is defined as a false belief or judgement about external reality, held despite incontrovertible evidence to the contrary, as a symptom of serious mental illness.

Anyone who continues to live in the delusion that the AQHSTAS is not real and almost all that the traitors/terrorists have said is false and everything that SVC and its President have said is true, then appropriate legal will take place.

No one – particularly the traitors/terrorists – will be allowed to live in their delusions and if they have harmed the Victims of the AQHSTAS by representing their falsehoods as true, they are not going to believe the consequences for doing so!

The Federal Court Partners are very angry at the Victims for not having the heart to execute the Judgments; the United Nations for not putting down the scandal as per the Resolutions that the UN Security Council passed; and Obama, Trump and Biden who have not done their jobs as President to protect 11,000 of us who are American Citizens from terrorist activity and the systematic destruction of our lives.

Now the Courts have taken the matter into their own hands. You cannot blame the Courts, either in the USA or at The Hague. They have found over 3 million Americans guilty of al Qaeda Script Serial Crimes and granted and reviewed as an Appellate Procedure about 2.7 civil cases and no one has done anything with them.

In his Arlington Speech, Phil gave us an idea of what the military action to put down the AQHSTAS will look like. It will set the standard for the defeat of organized terrorism worldwide!

Once all the traitors/terrorists in Colorado, the District of Columbia and Montana are apprehended, the action will expand to New York State and Atlanta. They will be locked down to secure CNN and Fox News for SVC-TV and then assets that will become the Dream Weaver Trailblazing Publishers Guild will be seized. Finally, the traitors/terrorists in other locations will be apprehended and all sentenced to community service from 40 years to life dawn to dusk community service or in some cases, will be judicially executed just as the Nazis were after the Nuremburg Trials.

The basic premise of the traitor’s/terrorist’s punishment will be “what you have done unto others will be done to unto you.” In other words, they can have no jobs, money, cars or homes. Phil looks forward to when it is 20 below zero with six inches of snow on the ground and the traitors/terrorists must be out in it at night with no opportunity to get inside like he had to. Most of the traitors/terrorists must die in a snowbank somewhere in horrible social ignominy just as they conspired to do to their Victims.

The assets of the traitors/terrorists and the entities they work will be seized and used to compensate the Victims and then pay for SVC bills and expansion of the Dream Weaver Plexus Programs. Phil plans to “maximize my ROI on my suffering.” Figures a guy with two graduate degrees in Business would put it that way!

SVC’s presence on the Internet will be greatly expanded after all the black listers are in custody and at community service or closed for good if an entity. All SVC Officers will have Wikipedia pages. Of those officers who do not already have Wikipedia pages, Angelica and Phil are the only ones who probably have achieved noteworthy accomplishments that ordinarily would have one.

Phil’s choice of the portrait on the page will be interesting. By tradition, it should be his official portrait at the State Department as Undersecretary of State, but he prefers his U.S. Navy Captain & Aviator portrait.

For about a decade, Phil was the highest-ranking civil officer to serve in the U.S. Government from Montana until Ryan Zinke became Interior Secretary. Ryan chose his Navy portrait in between his stints as a U.S. Representative from Montana on his page. A pair of proud Sailors on this Memorial Day Weekend!

SVC Financial priorities are as follows:

1) Creation of the International Independence State of America by 4 July. The new country has been expanded by 5,100 acres beyond the current International Independence Creek Properties to build a community for residents of the nation. Vatican City is not even an acre, but IISA will be 21.875 square miles.

2) Initial appropriations of $200 billion for the 21^st Century Marshall Plan. Phil chose to honor his Randolph Cousin George C. Marshall by naming the modern version of the war recovery plan for Europe after him. George rose to Secretary of State when he proposed the original Marshall Plan. Any portrait of him made by his choice, he is wearing his U.S. Army uniform. Must be a family trait.

3) SVC-TV and SVC-TV International have replaced CNN, HLN and Fox News and SVC-TV News Channel and SVC-TV C-SPAN are established.

4) Dream Weaver Trailblazing Publishing Guild is established and operating. The Guild will be made up of the offending Publishers and outlets who blacklisted or allowed the blacklisting of Phil’s Revival Series of books. DWTPG will easily be the largest publisher the world has ever seen.

Already a Second University Book Tour like the original 2002 University Book Tour created by the University of Oklahoma Press is planned. Phil will lecture in classes at each university on the tour as he did 24 years ago along with conducting Book Signings for his newest book, YOU MUST REMAIN THE TRAILBLAZER.

5) Of course, the four Dream Weaver Plexus Programs will be better than ever with the huge influx of funds from the International Judgments:

(A) The Africa Project (B) Trailblazer Education & Training Program

(C) Living Security (D) Economic Democracy

The boycott concerning Living Security and Economic Democracy in the United States will be lifted once the Final Kibosh of the AQHSTAS is complete and the U.S. Congress passes appropriate reforms and an Enabling Act to create Economic Democracy.

6) Complete Renovations of the SVC International Complex & Media Center; and the SVC International Institute for Peace & Democracy. The Apex Building and Peace Auditorium are now 21½ years old.

7) Construction of SVC Medical; Architecture & Sustainability; and Self-Actualization Schools. Once opened and in operation, SVC will set the standard for Medical & Environmental Science and Personal Development in the world on the SVC International Institute for Peace & Democracy Campus.
