Your SVC International Outreach Committee met today. SVC President Phil Sutton got us off to a rousing start recalling the incredible history of this place and this day in history:

This time of year, holds a special reverence from me. On June 4, 1940, British Prime Minister Winston Churchill gave his “We Will Never Surrender” speech. Four years later, on June 6^th Operation Overlord began and the future of the world hung in the balance on D-Day. Three years later June 5^th, General George Marshall first proposed the Marshall Plan. But probably none of these events in our relative recent past can compare to what occurred here in Philadelphia 250 years ago today.

My fifth-generation grandfather, Richard Henry Lee, returned to Independence Square and proposed his Independence Resolution from Virginia. It split the Second Continental Congress right down the middle. The initial vote for President John Hancock to entertain debate was 6 Colonies for; 5 Colonies against; New York abstained and New Jersey was not present.

Opponents maneuvered to force any Resolution in favor of Independence would have to be unanimous. It passed when Delaware had a tie vote within the Delegation and therefore abstained requiring Hancock to break the tie.

When South Carolina called the question and defeat of Virginia’s Independence Resolution was imminent, John Adams proposed that a Declaration be written to explain the proposed separation from Britain to a “candid world”. New Jersey’s new Delegation showed up, providing Hancock the opportunity to appoint the Declaration Committee and set a deadline of July 1^st for the DC to report on its findings.

The members of the DC are Robert Livingston (New York); Roger Sherman (Connecticut); Benjamin Franklin (Pennsylvania); Adams (Massachusetts) and Lee. Lee had to return to Virginia on personal matters and his Second Cousin, Thomas Jefferson (Virginia), is appointed to take his place.

Jefferson wrote the Declaration to defend the Independence Resolution. He did so in admirable fashion. The most memorable line in the Declaration was the best ever written in a political document: ‘We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.’

In recent years when SVC has Commemorated Jefferson’s Birthday at Monticello, I have stated that Jefferson was the only one these truths were self-evident to, him and our Creator who inspired him to write it. I do not believe we can truly appreciate how Jefferson turned history on its head when he wrote that famous line 250 years ago.

I have always believed Jefferson wrote this line in rebuttal to Pennsylvania Delegate John Dickinson’s statement that King George III had power to grant and withdraw rights at will and he could not understand how his fellow Delegates could get so upset when their rights were rescinded. That was the deal.

Believe it or not, in their time, Dickinson was right; Jefferson was wrong. Jefferson made the fantastic argument that Human Rights did not derive from any government or sovereign, but from the fact we simply are a child of Almighty God! No one ever dared even think much less write such a radical idea! It forever changed the way we look at ourselves and each other!

At this point, a standing ovation continued for 25 minutes and President Sutton got very emotional. It was not the first time he has made these points – not by any means - but the combination of when and where he made these points proved overwhelming.

Indeed, his study and research of the American Revolution he started in earnest with America’s Bicentennial in 1976 has spawn all that he has done in his life. One of the ways he knew he was going to live an extraordinary life at age 9 was when he first discovered that he thought and wrote just like his second cousin several times removed. To this day his favorite famous relative of which he quite literally has dozens, Thomas Jefferson, remains his favorite.

On April 29, 1962, President John F. Kennedy delivered remarks at a White House dinner honoring all living Nobel Prize winners from the Western Hemisphere. In his opening words, he declared: “I think this is the most extraordinary collection of talent, of human knowledge, that has ever been gathered together at the White House, with the possible exception of when Thomas Jefferson dined alone.”

After recovering from the adulation of President Sutton's remarks, the SVCIOC Conference dove into the business at hand. From the beginning of the conflict to have SVC-TV and its Networks on American television screens that began in 20 years ago in May 2006, the confusion over why that has been so difficult; why cable, satellite and internet outlets have not been required to carry it when they are ordered to do so and fined when they didn’t; and why the FCC can rule on issues of Equal Time and not have any power given to it by the U.S. Congress to enforce their rulings has been a mystery and has been extraordinarily frustrating to deal with.

Truth be told, the FCC fracas has been a microcosm of the larger issue of enforcing International Law, the Sutton International Complaint and the apparent control that organized terrorism has over the U.S. Government; American Mass Media, social media; the Publishing Industries; et. al.

The equal-time rule was conceived at the dawn of the broadcast age. It was included in the Radio Act of 1927 and revised in the Communications Act of 1934, which established the Federal Communications Commission. Of course, SVC has gone one step further and appealed the matter to the International Tribunals & their Partner U.S. Federal Courts. They filled in the gaps left behind by weakling FCC through granting Civil Judgments against CNN and Fox News. The Federal Courts will serve those Judgments and SVC-TV will replace CNN’s channel; SVC-TV International replace HLN; and the new SVC-TV News Channel will appear on Fox News’ old channel!

Our new Nation, the International Independence State of America, is created 4 July 2026. Under the 1933 Montevideo Convention, a state needs four things: 1) A permanent population; 2) A defined territory; 3) An effective government; and 4) The ability to enter relations with other nations.

The effective government is SVC’s Constitution and governance that’s been in place since 1996 and is now the largest democracy in the World! SVC International Counseling Vice President Diane Freola has just won re-election in the largest democratic election in Human History today. It is truly a remarkable achievement!

The defined territory is approximately 14,000 acres or 21.875 square miles of the International Independence Creek Properties plus additional lands from the U.S. Government and Colorado State Government as per the Judgments.

The advantages of SVC becoming a sovereign state just as Vatican City are myriad, but most importantly SVC will have its own security, can order U.S. Troops to put down the (AQHSTAS) through the International Judgment against the U.S. Government and do whatever is necessary to assure that the United States is in full compliance with UN Reforms without the need of messing with Donald Trump or removing him as per his Agreement with the International Community, although that can be done if necessary.

Not to mention, it places IISA and SVC President, Phil Sutton, in an ideal position to orchestrate Jesus’ Peaceful Second Coming as he has been Commissioned to by the Creator to do!

The traitors/terrorists have been taunting him like the soldiers did when Jesus was on the cross in Matthew 27:42: “He saved others, but He cannot save Himself. He is the King of Israel! Let Him come down now from the cross, and we will believe in Him.”

President Sutton has helped 150 million people around the world to a much better life, but he cannot help himself in his home country because of what the traitors/terrorists have done to him and no one in authority has helped him as they are required to do so under International and U.S. Federal Law.

One of the priorities now is to get everyone at SVC compensated for the great work they do! For instance, the highest-paid nonprofit CEO in 2026 is Ernie Sadau, CEO of Christus Health, with a total compensation of about $133.9 million. With all do respect to Mr. Sadau, Phil is worth at least as much. So am I. So is Diane. So is Bob. So are the Seven Executive Directors: Pam; J.C.; Kris; Erica; Elder Jack; Calista; and Beth G.!

Speaking of the SVC-TV and SVC-TV International Networks, they will continue to emanate from the SVC Media Center in IISA, with SVC-TV News Channel emanating from offices of Fox News and CNN in New York City and Atlanta. SVC-TV C-SPAN will emanate from Washington, D.C.

Phil Sutton's Earned Veneration

Phil Sutton’s reputation is built on decades of human rights advocacy, public policy leadership, and global humanitarian work. What’s important to note here, the U.S. Court Partners will soon begin the Final Kibosh and are making sure the Final Kibosh will happen in at least three ways. First, Courts are authorizing targeted execution on U.S. Government assets to defend IISA and President Sutton will be Commander-in-Chief of all IISA if not USA forces, if necessary. If President Sutton does not become the 48^th U.S. President before long, he might as well be in terms of ordering troops to putting down the AQHSTAS!

Second, the offending States, Counties, Cities and the District of Columbia can be locked down indefinitely, further enhancing the assurance that Justice for the long-suffering Victims is imminent.

For example, one of the premises set by the International Tribunals for closure of the University of Montana; University of Colorado Springs; Colorado Springs PPLD Libraries; Bozeman and Missoula Public Libraries; and the Public Transportation Systems in Missoula, Bozeman and Colorado Springs is if President Sutton and his fellow Victims are not welcome there or on the buses, then no one can be and they must be permanently shut down immediately if not sooner.

Most of the crimes have occurred in public places to maximize the humiliation and intimidation of and embarrassment for the Victims. The traitors/terrorists have been brutal towards the Victims and thus the return on such behavior must be extraordinarily severe as punishment fitting the crimes. It is punishment to fit the traitors/terrorists crimes!

Further, the misdeeds of law enforcement in Missoula and Colorado Springs can only lead to their discontinuance and replacement by U.S. and/or U.N. Troops. The Make Units in Missoula set the standard for traitors’/terrorists’ systematic ruining of lives. Every single dime plus treble damages lost by the Victims due to these misbehaviors must be paid by the traitors/terrorists themselves and/or the entities they work for or did work for upon the perpetration of the crimes.

Of the current 59 assassination attempts on President Sutton's life, 46 have been committed by El Paso County law enforcement. The Colorado Springs police have violated the Federal Restraining Order at least 45 times, 28 times in the past three weeks.

The police officers automatically become three-time convicted Federal Felons: two counts of Federal Felony Contempt of Court; and one count attempted murder. Under Federal Law and any exceptions are void under the Restraining Order, no one can be convicted Federal Felon and be in law enforcement, thus the offending law enforcement officers are dismissed upon the commission of their crimes and no longer have the normal authority of law enforcement or any notion they have any kind qualified immunity as law enforcement.

American law enforcement at all levels are considered homicidal/genocidal murderers and cannot get within 500 feet of protected Americans. If they do, there is no acceptable defense. Too many times, American police killings occur due to a rush in judgment and six in seven do not fulfill the Justifiable Homicide Guidelines. It is murder plain and simple.

Many of the traitors/terrorists have attempted to excoriate President Sutton by saying all the Sexual Assault and other Victims have just gotten over it and gone on with their lives, so why can’t you? The fact of the matter is SVC Civil Rights Associate Director, Gary Shriver, has taken up the cases of 119 Sexual Assaults Victims and all 11,000 of those who have had their lives systematically ruined by the Make Victims Units and corrupt Judiciary in Missoula. They haven’t gone anywhere. These Victims are still demanding Justice as they deserve under the United States Constitution!!!!!!!!

Third, all those who have actively conspired to do the Victims harm, especially if they hold positions of authority over the Victims such as Elected and Appointed Government Officials; Public Employees or affiliated entities that do work for governments; or management in businesses/organizations where they work are automatically Class III Offenders involved in the AQHSTAS and will suffer the greatest penalties as they should!

The recent Soprano case is quite disturbing. Tony Soprano lodged President Sutton for about six months in his home (https://www.svctrailblazerpublications.com/maverick-preliminary-report-soprano-gambit) in south Colorado Springs. For the first 21 weeks things were going fine. President Sutton had stored his luggage at their church eight months. When President Sutton believed he was going to be moving out soon, he retrieved the luggage, donated one and took the larger one to Soprano’s house. It was about that time that a tin cart he was using mysteriously blew its wheels and was no longer usable. That meant President Sutton would have to use the luggage to transport his professional gear because he is 70% disabled and has no access to a car in Colorado Springs.

In normal circumstances, that would not be a big deal, but in Colorado Springs it is. The traitors/terrorists have gone out of their way to deny President Sutton work, lodging, food, transportation as well as the opportunity to rebut their discrediting and defaming efforts, costing the traitors/terrorists quite literally billion of dollars over the past 20 years.

The traitors/terrorists have used the publicly seen luggage in grocery carts to support their views of President Sutton as a social outcast. This is why the traitors/terrorists will be treated in accordance with the restatement of the Golden Rule and will know exactly the pain they have inflicted upon their Victims. They will have no jobs, money, vehicles, a place to stay and no court trials because they have no defense and they made sure their version of Victims was the generally held view of them by the public.

Soprano then agreed to join the terrorists and help ruin President Sutton. Within a week, President Sutton was told by the International Investigators that he was no longer welcome at their church. Believing he had been caught in the conspiracy, Soprano blew up and began to talk about paying rent and following the al Qaeda Script to perfection just as all the other traitors/terrorists have and do, even 1,000 miles in Missoula.

Then when President Sutton l had to walk to the bus stop two miles away in a blizzard, Soprano evicted him and was terribly anxious that President Sutton had not gotten the Notice when he got home that night. Then when he went to work the next day, everyone knew he had been evicted when it should have been a private matter. When the luggage was not seen in public after the eviction, all the traitors/terrorists went bonkers. That’s when the Colorado Springs police, etc. began their gas lighting and harassment and church members began to turn on him just as the Investigators predicted. It was Soprano all along. The Courts have given President Sutton a Judgment against Soprano, and he will be held out as an example!

Americans are challenged concerning their patriotism and good citizenship. That’s the last thing the traitors/terrorists want. They know if Americans assert themselves as Americans traditionally have, they have had it. The traitors/ terrorist’s plot to permanently commandeer the U.S. Government just as al Qaeda did in Afghanistan with the Taliban government will be foiled.

Further, CNN and Fox News will no longer be lackeys for the traitors/terrorists and cover up their true nature. When the SVC-TV Networks are available to all Americans, they will finally know what the truth is beginning with the required watching of AQHSTAS Documentary.

Just like American General Dwight Eisenhower forced the German People to tour the Nazi Concentration Camps to witness what they had allowed their government to do, the American People will be forced to deal with what they have allowed to occur in their country or they will never watch television again!

Adolf Hitler was elected German Chancellor just as Barack Obama, Donald Trump and Joe Biden were elected as Presidents of the United States. The four of them will go down in history alongside with Pol Pot, Josef Stalin and Omar Bashir as some of the most brutal despots in history because Obama, Trump and Biden are legally responsible for all the murders of al Qaeda, et. al., according to International Law and the U.S. Federal Conspiracy Rule coming down from none other than George Washington himself!

Naturally, the traitors/terrorists are attempting to drive a wedge between what support the Victims may have with their fellow Americans. Soprano is a poster child for that effort!

But the Victims have suffered decades now without relief and the only thing they can do is execute their judgments and let the chips fall where they may.
