What would you think? Tony Soprano is the kind man that lodged SVC’s President Phil Sutton for about six months at his home close to Peterson Space Force Base in southeast Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA. That ended on 16 May at Mr. Soprano’s behest. He stated in a 10-Day Notice to Quit dated 6 May that his situation had changed, and he needed to have his room back. We now know that is a ruse.

The Preliminary International Investigator's Report on Mr. Soprano suggests that that he joined the traitors/terrorists of the al Qaeda Hezbollah Successful Takeover of America Scandal and become one of the individuals that he stated endless times does not exist in President Sutton’s life.

The traitors/terrorists recruited Mr. Soprano with the idea of making President Sutton homeless, exposing and subjecting him to public ridicule that he is a worthless human being and deserved to have his life and reputation ruined and have to endure 24/7 harassment with impunity.

President Sutton did stay outside over the nights of 16 & 17 May before moving most of his belongings he had in Colorado Springs to Sutton Manor where he now officially resides. SVC Security Chief Gary Norman is now doubling for the President and will be until Mr. Soprano and over 397,000 El Paso residents are in custody.

Colorado Springs has now become the base for al Qaeda worldwide so they could concentrate on defeating President Sutton and achieving his Divine Destiny of bringing the world to a Peaceful Conclusion by the time Jesus returns.

Of course, Colorado Springs Police jumped at the chance to inflict emotional distress and fear upon President Sutton. Under law, the CSPD made no less than 13 attempts on the President’s life in just two days.

SVC’s President is a decorated War Veteran of the United States and lived 17 months of his life in Middle East war zones. He has often stated that it bothers him more that they think they are bothering him than they do!

On 24 April 2026, an International Investigator advised President Sutton that it would be ill advised for him to continue to attend the church where he first had met Mr. Soprano. He sent a message to the Prayer Chain that he regretted what he was told.

The Lead Pastor and four other Parishioners informed him very definitely to the contrary and that he was welcome at the church. Within 40 hours the matter was behind for everyone. That is everyone but Mr. Soprano.

Mr. Soprano showed up at the President Sutton’s bedroom door that night and laid into him, stating he would be required to pay rent for the first time, exactly five months into his stay.

The following evening at midnight after the President returned from a rare visit with his Wife, SVC Vice President Angelica Sutton, Mr. Soprano continued his diatribe and stated he was not sure about the President’s mental state and he needed medicine, a common ploy by the traitor/terrorists when they have nothing else to use against the President. Worse, Mr. Soprano did not know if he would allow the President to stay at his house any longer.

At first, Mr. Soprano responded positively to the overture. Then, he said quote: “You almost had me. It says SVC stated this.” Not exactly, CoPilot simply referenced SVC’s Public Website as a source. This is generally required whenever we must give credit to the original source on a term paper in school, etc.

President Sutton, a former Mental Health Counselor, began to wonder about Mr. Soprano’s mental health. To reject incontrovertible evidence of facts is delusion and Mr. Soprano definitely was exhibiting the symptoms of mental illness.

The conversation with President Sutton ended by saying he had agreed to meet with two Parishioners after the service the next morning and it would get straightened out. It was and the International Investigators are impressed with how quickly the church dispatched the issue.

On 6 May, the Vice President called her husband to inform him that certified mail from the Social Security Administration had arrived informing him that the record of his contributions had been corrected as Ordered by a DC Federal Court on 4 May. President mentioned that the new size of the benefits amount along with other retirement income as a Veteran might allow him to eventually compensate Mr. Soprano about $2,000 for the first five months of living at his house. About 30 minutes later, Mr. Soprano evicted President Sutton. This was not the first time or last time Mr. Soprano stomped on the President’s good intentions the last three weeks he stayed at Mr. Soprano’s.

Previously, the two gentlemen agreed that the tenant would start paying $85 a week which would be roughly the equivalent of what he would pay when the VASH voucher program kicked in and would be due each Saturday beginning 9 May.

When that day came, Mr. Soprano took off before President Sutton could pay him. The Vice President and President once again met and went to their home west of town through the kindness of a friend who lives relatively close to their property.

Then the opportunity to pay for the sump pump and get the well working arose. The President paid the bills with the money he set aside to pay Mr. Soprano on 9 & 16 May, his eviction date, believing that he no longer needed to pay Mr. Soprano because of the eviction and he showed no interest in collecting the first rent payment that morning. It is safe to say most people would have gotten that impression.

The Creator was looking out for the President because this allowed him to move to Sutton Manor when he became homeless as the result of the eviction, thus foiling the traitors/terrorists and Mr. Soprano’s plot to humiliate and disgrace him with homelessness again and replace him with Chief Norman so he would be in a position to initiate the Final Kibosh of the AQHSTAS in Colorado Springs.

The following morning before they left for church, Mr. Soprano all the sudden demanded payment and when he was informed that the rent went elsewhere given he had evicted the President, Mr. Soprano became threatening, “I will never forget this, Phil.” They rode to church together for the last time on Mother’s Day without saying a word.

Hours later, Mr. Soprano paid at least twice the agreed upon rent and paid for six to 12 lunches. The President instead left alone to eat. Mr. Soprano pays for the lunches to achieve eternal validation, not so much out of the kindness of his heart. As has now been discovered, the church is his primary source of external validation he deeply craves. Mr. Soprano’s immature personality is also considered signs of mental illness.

President Sutton’s last time at the church was 23 May. His reception was very cold. This is because Mr. Soprano has maliciously lied about President Sutton and given Parishioners the idea he is irresponsible, ungrateful and never intended to pay rent when the entire subject even now is at best a month old, not six months old as he has been telling people.

What happened last night with the calls at a very inappropriate time of day occurred because Mr. Soprano got wind of the Preliminary Investigation of him. The fact is that had started with President Sutton’s Reports on 24-26 April about Mr. Soprano’s erratic behavior and his very unexpected change of heart about President Sutton 34 days ago.

This quite literally came out of the blue and fully indicates Mr. Soprano had begun talking with the wrong people, confirming it by following the same al Qaeda Script that people in Missoula, Montana, USA, a thousand miles away from Colorado Springs have been following for at least the past 23 years.

The FBI Agent calling on his cell phone is an ominous sign of the government corruption involved. The International Investigation will continue.
