SVC's President, Phil Sutton, started the proceedings of the SVC International Finance Committee Septimal Conference with a brief Statement:
The traitors/terrorists believe they essentially have me cornered. They know Donald Trump is one of them or they have him cornered and he does not have the courage to oppose the traitors/terrorists even as President of the United States.
It is probably the former because we know he personally checked SVC’s Public Website from Malaysia after Marti’s and Jack’s United Nations Presentation on UN Day. Apparently, Trump has told no one about his Agreement International Community and is hoping to God we do not submit his Resignation Letter to Secretary of State Marco Rubio, the Senior Cabinet Member, to end his second Presidency.
In 2011, I began to understand that Barack Obama did not practice the basic Presidential Ethic that each President from George Washington to George W. Bush had followed. Each of the first 43 Presidents sought to conduct themselves and their office to enhance the best interests of the United States, regardless of party, regardless of ideology, and most certainly, regardless of personal interests.
Obama led the most scandal ridden Administration in American History. It isn’t even close, but the American People do not know it because he is the darling of a corrupt press corps. SVC will soon correct this by replacing many of the corrupt Broadcast Journalists and networks with SVC-TV, SVC-TV International, SVC-TV New Channel and SVC-TV C-Span and the truth will be laid bare for all to see.
If it was obvious with Obama, Trump put an exclamation point on it. Trump is the most selfish person to ever occupy the White House. That too isn’t even close. I am a Presidential Scholar and know all this for certain, especially with the recent revelations that prominent American Leaders have been or are currently actual al Qaeda/organized terrorism operatives.
One way or the other, the AOTO must be put down and strenuously. If two Presidents and maybe a third, Joe Biden, have betrayed the United States and its interests in such profound ways, what can America’s future be?
While this may not seem real or possible to you, I remind you about how you first felt when you heard about the 9/11 attacks. Right. This cannot be real. It isn’t happening, but it was!
I recognized from the get-go in dealing with Osama bin Laden in 1991 that he was a “diabolical genius” and he was not to be taken lightly. While his fellow terrorists may not be as bright as he was, they are certainly just as determined to hurt and may be even destroy the United States of America. Keep in mind, 3 million Americans or almost 1% of the population have already joined them and must be taken into custody. We know that with absolute certainty!
SVC is done warning Americans. We are not cowed, and we are by no means cornered. According to International Law, it must be the National Government of an offending nation which must act against violations of and comply with International Law, and as we have arranged with The Hague’s U.S. Federal Court Partners, U.S. Federal Law. When the National Leaders do not act or are the perpetrators themselves, the regime must be removed after a sequence of efforts to secure compliance.
In January through March 2014, the United Nations and its Security Council passed a series of Resolutions that Authorize International Intervention and force, if necessary. We have done everything to secure compliance. Indeed, we have taken unprecedented actions to even remotely procure American compliance over the tenure of the last four Administrations from 2009 to the present.
Again, it was the Administration George W. Bush which last complied with International and Federal Laws as normally expected of all nations around the globe. We have understandably lost patience. Our Twins reported on UN Day that our Family has lost a minimum of $40.41 sextillion. Do I need to say more?

Those of us who are oriented to care more for others than we care for ourselves are rare and all too often we suffer defeat by and maltreatment from those very people who benefit most from our work. Few have existed in Human History who know this better than I. Just as Martin Luther King stated: "In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends."
Just as Ted says, my work goes on no matter what, the cause endures, my hope still lives, and my Dream of a Peaceful conclusion to the Earth’s existence as we known it will never die!
During the SVC IFCSC, there has been a complete consensus reached where SVC is headed and it does not include acting as the world’s and, particularly the United States’, Chief Law Enforcement arm. The American Organized Terrorism Opprobrium will be put down pulling out all the stops, if necessary.
The AOTO is now viewed as the major obstacle to the creation of the new SVC Dream Weaver Now Program, 21st Century Marshall Plan and bringing the world to a Peaceful Conclusion.
SVC will now operate as it was originally intended, not in the shadow of the AOTO. This means SVC’s President and his Personage will no longer be used as a human punching bag and those who have will suffer dire consequences.
Almost a half century ago on U.S. Constitution Day/Montana Citizenship Day, 17 September 1977, Montana District Judge W.W. Lessley reminded those in attendance who had turned 18 the previous year what Citizenship meant.
The Judge, who was the longest serving Judge at any level in Montana History, defined and explained Justice, Liberty and the rights and responsibilities of a Citizen to faithfully uphold the law. He had a very strict reputation as a Judge and probably struck a little fear in any wayward teenagers in attendance.
The Judge also inspired confidence in the Judiciary and stated they could count on Justice being done. What would Judge Lessley say about what has transpired in Missoula and Bozeman, let alone the rest of the United States in the 21st century? He couldn’t say what he did in 1977 48 years later with a straight face, especially concerning the case of a young man he had distinct respect for, Phil Sutton!
All pretense is gone now and the AOTO must be placed in history books for good and for all time! The International Community and SVC have postponed the inevitable for years because hope remained that the Washington National Government would address the AOTO in the appropriate manner. All hope for that has vanished.
It is clear that the world simply can no longer wait for Americans to resolve their own internal scandals which has placed serious doubts upon what the world can expect from the United States in the future. That kind of instability is extremely dangerous and everyone knows it!
Case in point is Donald Trump continues to believe he omnipotent and can do no wrong. Trump has actually stated that in his trade negotiations with the Chinese he won big. Those knowledgeable concerning the negotiations say that Trump was made a fool by Xi Jinping and it is China which scored big.
Meanwhile, the same Chinese Law Firms which have contacted SVC's President for the past two years concerning massive International Trade Sanctions against the United States for its intransigence regarding the AOTO say they are ready to proceed. These Sanctions could lead to America's economic and financial ruin.
Worse, every nation on earth must participate because these Sanctions are authorized by the UN Security Council through the Adoption of the Sutton International Complaint in 2014. You wouldn't believe the number of UN Members who have been anxious to retaliate against the United States for various reasons, especially after Trump tariffed the world! Americans have no conception!
When it comes to the AOTO, non-Americans have a difficult time understanding why putting down a known terrorist threat to America's National Security has been so difficult and the Washington Government balks at doing so. Most Foreign National Leaders are disgusted they have to continually mess with it when they have their own difficult problems to resolve, thank you very much! It should have been a no-brainer for Obama, Biden and Trump!
Of course, the AOTO traitors/terrorists are loving every moment of it! They are encouraged that then-U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder's promises 15 years ago that if they continued in their activities that they would not only be harming themselves, but their families, their communities, their states have been empty and from a paper tiger.
In his speech to the nation when the Gulf War began, U.S. President George H.W. Bush quoted several U.S. Armed Service Personnel. Marine Lieutenant General Walter Boomer stated, "There are things worth fighting for. SVC's President fought with Walter. Walter led all Marines in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm during the Gulf War. Phil Agreed with him that the Gulf War was worth fighting, so much so he volunteered to return to the U.S. Navy after nearly an eight-year absence.
In an interesting twist of fate, after the war Phil became the only known westerner who had to deal with Saddam Hussein, Osama bin Laden and Muammar Gaddafi "eyeball-to-eyeball" as Naval Liaison to America's Allies during the war. This laid the groundwork for his work in Diplomacy, International Economic Development and SVC and the Africa Project. Just like the International Community, SVC and our Founder have lost patience and want to move on. The consensus is that the International Independence Creek Properties be declared an independent nation by the United Nations similar to the Holy See at the Vatican rather than partition Colorado and create the State of Jefferson.
Of course, this would mean that instead of everything in roughly the 25,000 square miles that is proposed to be left as Colorado State be sequestered, the entire 104,000 square miles of the State minus the 14 square miles in IICP would be sequestered. This would mean the entire Colorado University System would be permanently shutdown and assets sold at auction; no professional licensure or certification would be allowed, thus all professional establishments such as hospitals, law offices, financial services offices, etc., would have to be shut down for good and Coloradans would have to go out of state for these services. Further, Colorado must be driven straight into the ground economically and financially as an example of never, ever again.
The enormity of the task of bringing approximately three million Americans to Justice is the other difficulty. Fortunately, the UN Troops and U.S. Federal Judiciary has been prepared since 2021 to handle it and all is required is to apprehend the offenders ASAP. SVC Personnel in Colorado Springs need to exchange places with the traitors/terrorists ASAP. Winter is soon approaching and the traitors/terrorists must begin their lives forever outside at night since this is what they did to SVC Personnel and their fellow Victims in Montana and SVC's President in Colorado.
SVC's President reenacted a scene when Daughter Marti bawled him out for not making it home for Christmas and he cried in public feeling fortunate to have Christmas dinner at the Fork & Spoon in Bozeman. A man of his caliber should never been subjected to such grief and that's why the traitors/terrorists will never be allowed to see their families again after they have been apprehended.
Also, until the major Judgments can be served, assets seized and sold at auction to provide funds, SVC Personnel should be allowed to draw from the United States; State of Colorado; State of Montana; Missoula, Gallatin & El Paso Counties; and Cities of Colorado Springs and Missoula Treasuries to pay essential bills to survive. After all, former University of Montana Royce Engstrom; Missoula Mayor John Engen; and Missoula County Attorney Fred Van Valkenburg felt it perfectly appropriate to draw $50,000 from these treasuries collectively to pay Policeman Kurt Trowbridge to murder SVC's President. If this doesn't work, then immediate closure of public entities to relieve SVC Personnel will have to take place.
Also SVC has $40 million worth of repairs and renovation costs at the SVC International Complex, Media Center & Institute of Peace & Democracy that must be paid. Not to mention there are 10,500 Victims who have patiently waited for relief for over decade now. It is time this matter gets the full attention of the American People and their Government. This matter is not going anywhere. It will only get worse. Much worse.
