Phil started the proceedings of the SVC International Finance Committee Septimal Conference with a brief Statement:
The traitors/terrorists believe they essentially have me cornered. They know Donald Trump is one of them or they have him cornered and he does not have the courage to oppose the traitors/terrorists even as President of the United States.
It is probably the former because we know he personally checked SVC’s Public Website from Malaysia after Marti’s and Jack’s United Nations Presentation on UN Day. Apparently, he has told no one about his Agreement International Community and is hoping to God we do not submit his Resignation Letter to Secretary of State Marco Rubio, the Senior Cabinet Member, to end his Presidency.
Beginning in 2011, I began to understand that Barack Obama did not practice the basic Presidential Ethic that each President from George Washington to George W. Bush had followed. Each of the first 43 Presidents sought to conduct themselves and their office to enhance the best interests of the United States, regardless of party, regardless of ideology, and most certainly, regardless of personal interests.
Obama led the most scandal ridden Administration in American History. It isn’t even close, but the American People do not know it because he is the darling of a corrupt press corps. SVC will soon correct this by replacing many of the corrupt Broadcast Journalists and networks with SVC-TV, SVC-TV International, SVC-TV New Channel and SVC-TV C-Span and the truth will be laid bare for all to see.
If it was obvious with Obama, Trump put an exclamation point on it. Trump is the most selfish person to ever occupy the White House. That too isn’t even close. I am a Presidential Scholar and know all this for certain, especially with the recent revelations that prominent American Leaders have been or are currently actual al Qaeda/organized terrorism operatives.
One way or the other, the AOTO must be put down and strenuously. If two Presidents and maybe a third, Joe Biden, have betrayed the United States and its interests in such profound ways, what can America’s future be?
While this may not seem real or possible to you, I remind you about how you first felt when you heard about the 9/11 attacks. Right. This cannot be real. It isn’t happening, but it was!
I recognized from the get-go in dealing with Osama bin Laden in 1991 that he was a “diabolical genius” and he was not to be taken lightly. While his fellow terrorists may not be as bright as he was, they are certainly just as determined to hurt and may be even destroy the United States of America. Keep in mind, 3 million Americans or almost 1% of the population have already joined them. We know that with absolute certainty!
SVC is done warning Americans. We are not cowed, and we are by no means cornered. According to International Law, it must be the National Government of an offending nation which must act against violations of and comply with International Law, and as we have arranged with The Hague’s U.S. Federal Court Partners, U.S. Federal Law. When the National Leaders do not act or are the perpetrators themselves, the regime must be removed after a sequence of efforts to secure compliance.
In January through March 2014, the United Nations and its Security Council passed a series of Resolutions that Authorize International Intervention and force, if necessary. We have done everything to secure compliance. Indeed, we have taken unprecedented actions to even remotely procure American compliance over the tenure of the last four Administrations from 2009 to the present.
Again, it was the Administration George W. Bush which last complied with International and Federal Laws as normally expected of all nations around the globe. We have understandably lost patience. Our Twins reported on UN Day that our Family has lost a minimum of $40.41 sextillion. Do I need to say more?

Those of us who are oriented to care more for others than we care for ourselves are rare and all too often we suffer defeat and maltreatment from those very people who benefit most from our work. Few have existed in Human History who know this better than I. Just as Ted says, my work goes on no matter what, the cause endures, my hope still lives, and my Dream of a Peaceful conclusion to the Earth’s existence as we known it will never die!
During the SVC IFCSC, there has been a complete consensus reached where SVC is headed and it does not include acting as the world’s and, particularly the United States’, Chief Law Enforcement arm. The American Organized Terrorism Opprobrium will be put down pulling out all the stops, if necessary.
The AOTO is now viewed as the major obstacle to the creation of the new SVC Dream Weaver Now Program, 21st Century Marshall Plan and bringing the world to a Peaceful Conclusion.
SVC will now operate as it was originally intended, not in the shadow of the AOTO. This means SVC’s President and his Personage will no longer be used as a human punching bag and those who have will suffer dire consequences.
Many years ago on U.S. Constitution Day/Montana Citizenship Day, 17 September 1977, Montana District Judge W.W. Lessley reminded those in attendance who had turned 18 the previous year what Citizenship meant.
The Judge, who was the longest serving Judge at any level in Montana History, defined and explained Justice, Liberty and the rights and responsibilities of a Citizen to faithfully uphold the law. He had a very strict reputation as a Judge and probably struck a little fear in any wayward teenagers in attendance.
The Judge also inspired confidence in the Judiciary and stated they could count on Justice being done. What would Judge Lessley say about what has transpired in Missoula and Bozeman, let alone the rest of the United States in the 21st century? He couldn’t say what he did in 1978 47 years later with a straight face, especially concerning the case of a young man he had distinct respect for, Phil Sutton!
All pretense is gone now and the AOTO must be placed in history books for good and for all time! The International Community and SVC have postponed the inevitable for years because hope remained that the Washington National Government would address the AOTO in the appropriate manner. All hope for that has vanished.
It is clear
