This is the 173^rd SVC International Finance Committee Septimal Conference and certainly the most solemn one in 25 years. During the 172^nd SVC International Executive Committee General Conference, it was Announced that SVC will withdraw all Economic Development and Growth Programs from the United States of America which will lead to an estimated loss of 4.9 million jobs.

The U.S. Labor Department has just announced the number of job layoffs have hit the highest number since the Great Recession. According to the U.S. Labor Department, U.S.- based employers announced 108,435 job cuts in January 2026, a 205% increase from December and the highest for any January since 2009 at the height of the Financial Crisis. This has risen the unemployment rate from 4.4% to 4.6%.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, unemployment rose to 14.7%. This decreased rapidly after the lockdown was ended and the Great Resignation occurred, but the worst inflation in over 40 years ensued. While inflation has returned to normal levels according to the Federal Reserve, the impetus for higher inflation remains.

Given the Trump Administration has yet to put down the AOTO as required by International and U.S. Federal Law, the International Judgments granted the Victims will now be served and executed forthwith. The job losses involved with the closure of major businesses and financial companies and institutions will cause 9 to 10 million additional job losses, making the unemployment rate a staggering 14% to 15%. In addition, a regimen of International Economic Sanctions could be imposed at any time. America’s hypocrisy concerning the AOTO will probably be its undoing. SVC’s Vice President brought this vividly to light when she reminded us of what happened to the Jews after they demanded the crucifixion of their own Messiah. For their hypocrisy against the Creator’s chosen Messenger, the Creator’s wrath was to exile the Jews from the Holy Land for almost 19 centuries. What will America’s comeuppance be for this latter day hypocrisy and rebellion against the Creator? The world is getting ready to find out!

UPDATE 11 FEBRUARY 2026: This morning SVC's President learned he had been defrauded out of another contract for his writing skills for the amount $104,000, but by a foreign entity. It was another scam. Normally, an American Citizen could file a Complaint with the U.S. State Department and U.S. Justice Department to prosecute the perpetrators. It would be particularly important for the Trump Administration to do so given its America(ns) First Policy.

We all know that SVC's President would be wasting his time to do so because he is Phil Sutton. Fortunately, he can attach the matter to his International Complaint and receive Justice. There could not be a better and more ironic example of what has been transpiring with the AOTO. The U.S. Government has the Constitutional, legal and moral obligation to defend U.S. Citizens in such circumstances, but as we know SVC's President has been exempted from this protection for still unknown, unexplained reason(s) for the past quarter century.

The priority of the execution of the International Judgments will be altered in order to relieve the chronic financial stress SVC's President and his Family are sustaining and to fund and equip UN Peacekeeping Troops to do their work. It is also quite obvious that the current National Security Team in Washington must be removed because of the temptation to use U.S. Military force to squirm out of their responsibilities.
