The Articles caused much joy for those who appreciate the hypocrisy of it all and want something done about it. First, Israel is acting like Nazi Germany in what they are doing to the Palestinians and wondering why there is so much uproar in the world. The Holocaust caused the modern nation of Israel to be created out of worldwide sympathy for the Jews and now the Jews are doing the same for the Palestinians.

 

Israel is now planning to take over Gaza City, sarcastically asking where the capital of Palestine and all the Foreign Embassies will be? On the West Bank, doofuses! Or better yet, withdraw recognition of Israel, remove its sovereignty under the Sutton Doctrine and the Responsibility to Protect Principle, cede all of Israel’s land to the Palestinians, and put the Palestinian Capital in Jerusalem where they always wanted it and the Jews will be without a nation again. It is possible under International Law! Netanyahu and company had better watch it!

 

Second, …Traditionally, the United States and Israel have been viewed as protagonists during International Crises, but now they are viewed as the villains. Both Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu are technically outlaws from International Justice, thus heightening the necessity that Trump put down the AOTO by 27 August 2025.

Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter and SVC President Phil Sutton are often regarded as the only two Americans who consistently have supported the Palestinians and the two-state solution in the face of their own government's opposition.

At the same time the United Nations Adopted SVC President’s Responsibility To Protect Statutes, now Principle, in 2006, President Carter published his book, PALESTINE: PEACE NOT APARTHEID. Both Men warned of the hypocrisy of creating Israel after World War II and not allowing the Palestinian State to form as mandated by the same UN Resolution passed in 1947.

 

SVC's President went further saying that the United States dare not prove Osama bin Laden right. Bin Laden wrote in his letter to the American People explaining his motivation behind the 9/11 attacks and why the United States lost its security: "the day you made the Jews victorious in occupying our land and killing our brothers in Palestine... The blood pouring out of Palestine must be equally revenged. You must know that the Palestinians do not cry alone; their women are not widowed alone; their sons are not orphaned alone."

 

Suffice it to say, the current injustices done to innocent Palestinians in Gaza only validate the right of revenge claimed by bin Laden in his letter under the Qur'an and the Old Testament in the Holy Bible. 

Osama bin Laden would be spinning in his grave if he had one. The man he named as his "Only Worthy Adversary" is spearheading the push for a Palestinian State while at the same time blazing the trail to secure Justice for himself and his fellow Victims of the AOTO in the United States after al Qaeda has successfully infiltrated America. 

The key here is that SVC's President is not hypocritical when most all those around him in the United States are. In Hebrews 13:8 Paul wrote: "Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever". So is SVC's President. 

The Carter and Sutton Viewpoint Centers oversaw the Palestinian Elections in 2006. Hamas won a majority of the seats in the election. One of the provisions for Palestinians to finally gain Statehood is that Hamas, as a known terrorist group, must be permanently disbanded, consistent with SVC President's No Tolerance Terrorist Policy which was embraced by the UN when his International Complaint was adopted in 2014.

This is a splendid way to expose the hypocrisy of the traitors/terrorists of the American Organized Terrorism Opprobrium. If the traitors/terrorists believe SVC’s President deserves all that they have done to him, then they also believe America deserved 9/11. They simply agree in both cases with bin Laden. That is the only conclusion that can be drawn!

 

Of course, that is what they would believe ultimately as al Qaeda operatives dutifully following the al Qaeda Script, which they incontrovertibly are, and they have done. They are guilty as charged!

 

It also proves everything the traitors/terrorists have stated about SVC’s President is definitely suborned with terrorist intent and all that the International Prosecutors and Investigators have affirmed about the traitors/terrorists has to be true. There are no two ways about it!

 

SVC’s President recalled what two of his Academic Mentors, former Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, Carl Albert, and Western Illinois University President & University of Montana Provost Donald S. Spencer, PhD, had to say about his Peace & Democracy Doctrine when he was writing his Doctoral Dissertation on “Economics, Foreign Policy & Trade” at the University of Oklahoma. His Academic Committee required him to call it the Sutton Doctrine.

 

Speaker Albert commented that it took a tremendous amount of courage to propose a Doctrine that gave the International Community power to remove the likes of Adolf Hitler, Josef Stalin and Benito Mussolini peacefully. Speaker Albert was a World War II Veteran and loved the idea that the Sutton Doctrine could have prevented that war!

 

Dr. Spencer reminded SVC’s President about the importance of prioritization and learning from history in Foreign Policy. He wrote, “The Carter Implosion: Jimmy Carter and the Amateur Style of Diplomacy.” Dr. Spencer outlines in detail what the consequences are of a President whose Foreign Policy was driven by personal philosophy and not by history and principle.

 

The two men died back-to-back days in February 2000 just before their Protégé’ completed his Dissertation and gave his defense. Both men would be amazed and very pleased by the impact the Sutton Doctrine and its accompanying No Tolerance Terrorism Policy would have on history which began just 19 months later beginning with 9/11.

 

During the SVC International Outreach Septimal Conference, more incontrovertible evidence has emerged that there was a mass conspiracy against SVC's President permeating a large portion of the University of Montana, City & County of Missoula Administrations.

 

The new evidence, videos and testimony transcends the simple fact that University of Montana President Royce Engstrom, Missoula Mayor John Engen and Missoula County Attorney Fred Van Valkenburg raising $50,000 from Public Funds to hire Missoula Police Officer Kurt Trowbridge to assassinate SVC's President, but the conspiracy involved dozens of other individuals in University of Montana, City & County of Missoula Administrations in Missoula, in the Montana State Government in Helena and in Colorado beginning in 2003.

 

Charles Couture, PhD, Dean of Students at the time, oversaw disciplining Students through the Student Conduct Code. He did expel male students for their alleged role in sexual assaults on campus. An Investigation took place, and the Report was Submitted on 31 January 2011 by Diane G. Barz, Attorney at Law, Associate Justice Montana Supreme Court (ret) & Montana District Court Judge (ret).  

 

The Report was submitted two days prior to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder’s speech at the UM Law School and 33 days prior to SVC President’s expulsion from the campus for specious reasons. The new evidence indicates a massive conspiracy in Missoula against SVC's President led by Royce Engstrom. After 44 years of service, Couture suddenly resigned as Dean of Students just as the U.S. Justice Department Announced its Investigation of the Sexual Assault Scandal in April 2012. A day later, SVC's President is suddenly released from jail after the co-conspirators determined that he was not going to die of his injuries inflicted by Trowbridge, on Holy Thursday, 5 April 2012, as expected and would appear in open court with the repulsive pictures of those injuries taken by a State Investigator. https://www.svctrailblazerpublications.com/injustice-beyond-belief-ii

 

A similar incident occurred 27 months before when Engstrom's predecessor, George Dennison, announced his abrupt retirement in January 2010. There was never any doubt who would succeed him as UM President. Indeed, the other two Finalists withdrew when they learned it was a fixed deal and the Board Regents only considered Engstrom in the October 2010 Vote.

 

After the SVC Freola Commission had uncovered the Public Funds Embezzling; Make Victims Units; the illicit drug trafficking and sexual assaults scandals in 2009, Dennison knew the wheels were coming off on the cover-ups. The key here is that Dennison had been at Colorado State University for 18 years (1972-1990) before he returned to his native State and alma mater to be UM President for 20 years (1990-2010). His Son, Rick, played football for CSU and then played for and eventually coached for the Denver Broncos.

 

SVC's Security Chief & Investigator first surmised that there is and has always been a connection between the Dennisons and what happened to him and SVC's President in Colorado. Now, Investigators have irrefutably proven that the al Qaeda connection between Colorado Springs and Missoula started in 2003. An early indication came of the future debacle in Missoula in the Summer of 2003 when SVC's President proposed a Book Signing during Homecoming at UM on 4 October 2003. Dennison and Director of Alumni Relations, Bill Johnston, turned him down flat.

 

"Revival of the American Dream" had become a runaway International Bestseller in May 2003 and had already began to make history with the Adoption of the Rome Statutes, Creation of the International Criminal Court and U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell coining the phrase "regime change" to describe the hoped for result of the invasion of Iraq in March 2003 to remove Saddam Hussein, exactly what the Sutton Doctrine is designed to do. 

 

The success of a such book written by a Graduate of UM normally would inspire all kinds of accolades by the Alumni Association and a simple book signing considered a no-brainer, but SVC's President was not only denied it, his proposal was rudely rejected. The World Trade Organization Lawyers and Investigators believe this was the impetus to the publishing blacklisting of SVC President's books, other writings and SVC Publications. It did not begin in earnest until SVC-TV went on air in 2006, the same year that the Responsibility To Protect Statutes are adopted by the UN; the Make Victims Units began targeting him and Engen became Missoula Mayor.

 

Later in 2003, SVC's Vice President paid for a Lifetime Membership to the Alumni Association for her husband as a birthday present. The $400 disappeared without a trace along with over $800 of fees paid for the locker rental in Schreiber Gym over 12 years and his unceremonious ouster shortly after Engstrom appeared on campus as Provost in 2007. This became one of the impetuses for the formation of the SVC Freola Commission 18 months later and the discovery of the Public Funds Embezzlement Scandal early in 2009.

 

Additionally, the Missoulian where SVC's President had worked until 1997 and KECI-TV where SVC's Vice President had worked until 1999 knew of the former's beating by Trowbridge on the night of 5 April 2012 and buried it. That is how then-Missoula County Attorney Fred Van Valkenburg and then Montana State Attorney General Bullock knew of the private videos that were taken and paid hush money in the six digits to keep them under wraps.

 

Further, to this day the known traitors/terrorists in Colorado insist that Engstrom was correct in saying to at least five witnesses in UM Main Hall that "Sutton must die" and that all of the discrediting misinformation about SVC's President is true, justifies their maltreatment of him and they most certainly have delivered on their threat that SVC's President would wish he had died rather than go though what they had in mind for him. The list of those who will be judicially executed has grown exponentially because of the 24 known murders Trowbridge has committed and the 20 attempts on SVC President's life in Colorado since November 2018.

 

In addition, Engstrom, Engen and Van Valkenberg provided a salary increase; pension increases; a promotion to Training Officer and free tuition at the University of Montana for Trowbridge and his Family.

 

Then, SVC's President recorded his International Complaint, making it necessary for the Obama Administration's direct involvement because Barack Obama-Joe Biden Democratic National Ticket were running for Re-Election and Bullock would win the closest Gubernatorial Election in Montana History on November 6, 2012.

 

"The Fixer" Jim Messina, Obama's campaign manager in 2012, made sure the whole matter would be hidden from Public view through the negotiating with al Qaeda by William J. Burns to conduct the Benghazi raid to deflect media attention from the Sutton International Complaint.

 

It is now known that the entire University of Montana, Missoula City & County Administrations in 2012 through 2025 are complicit in the Trowbridge plot and/or cover-up. That's why there has been no public denials by anyone in Missoula of anything that has happened to SVC's President and no negotiations to settle the International/Federal Judgments. That will cost them dearly.

 

To top it off,  Trowbridge is Missoula's top cop and over 5,700 UM Alumni have signed Petitions to the United Nations which demand UM's closure because they know what their alma mater has turned into! It speaks for itself...

 

FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION A THREAT TO NATIONAL SECURITY 

 

For the first time, the FCC’s continued existence is in danger. By the FCC’s own Statement: 

The Federal Communications Commission was created for many reasons, including for the purpose of national defense and promoting safety of life and property through the use of wire and radio communication. The Commission has taken a number of actions to protect the national security of the United States, or the security and safety of United States persons, and the integrity of communications networks or the communications supply chain. The Commission has also implemented the Secure and Trusted Communications Networks Act of 2019. 

 

By failing to acknowledge the national security threat CNN and Fox News Network pose, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has endangered its own existence. There can be no excuse for allowing such biased coverage and not allowing opposing voices to be heard.

 

EQUAL TIME RULE

 

The Federal Equal Time Rule requires Broadcasters to treat a Candidate for the same Political Office identically to every other Candidate for that Office. If a Radio or Television Station sells airtime to one candidate, the Rule states that it must offer to sell the same amount of time to other Candidates for that Office.

 

The same stipulation applies to free airtime. Although many argue that the Equal Time Rule is a reasonable means to regulate the Public airwaves and prevent Broadcasters from using their Media power to promote a particular Candidate.

The Equal Opportunity Section (315) of the Communication Act of 1934 attempts to further First Amendment freedoms by providing that broadcast licensees must permit equal use of broadcast facilities to all legally qualified Candidates for Political office and that the broadcast licensee may not censor the Candidates’ messages.

 

Often confused with the Fairness Doctrine - a Federal Communications (FCC) Policy concerned with the overall balance of broadcast programming and repealed in 1987-the Equal Opportunity Provision remains an enforceable Congressional Statute. The Law first emerged in the Radio Act of 1927 and was established by the Communications Act of 1934.

 

U.S. SUPREME COURT UPHELD RIGHT OF 'REASONABLE ACCESS'

 

In October 1979, CBS, NBC, and ABC denied the Carter-Mondale Presidential campaign’s request to purchase 30 minutes of prime time, stating that the 1980 presidential campaign was not under way. The Carter-Mondale campaign filed a complaint that eventually appeared before the U.S. Supreme Court. In a 5-4 Decision in CBS, Inc v FCC (1981), the Supreme Court upheld the Constitutionality of the campaign's right of “reasonable access” to the Broadcast Media. International Tribunals & Partner U.S. Federal Courts Ruled in Favor of SVC & the American Independence Party on this basis.

 

In a Ruling handed down by the International Tribunals and their Partner US Federal Courts on 15 June 2021, the Sutton Viewpoint Center’s Television Networks, SVC-TV; SVC-TV International and originally the Black News Channel, now the SVC News Channel have been Granted relief from American Broadcast Networks, Cable News Networks and Carriers blacklisting them from American airwaves.

 

In a previous Ruling, the Federal Communications Commission is Ordered to deny Licensing and Renewals to any Carrier who would not allow equal airtime to SVC Networks in all Media markets where the Licensed Networks had airtime.

 

Also, the American Independence Party has been Granted similar relief in receiving equal airtime with the Democratic and Republican Parties. The reason the Courts Rule against CNN and Fox News specifically is their egregious violation Federal Equal Time Rule, CNN in favor of the Democrats and Fox in favor of the Republicans.

 

All this is now academic. As of 21 April 2023 as part of the overall Judgment against the U.S. Government, it was confirmed that both the International Tribunals and their Partner U.S. Court Partners have been prepared to move forward and bring the wayward American press to Justice.

 

The SVC-TV will replace CNN; SVC-TV International will replace Fox News and the SVC-TV News Channel will be replace Headline News on all cable and satellite offerings. Nothing has changed as of 14 October 2024. 

 

CNN, HLN and Fox News Channel are now operating unlawfully. The FCC is in charge of the process of transferring these Broadcast Licenses to SVC-TV Network Channels.

 

SVC will continue to Report upon the progress of this epic transformation in American Television News & Public Broadcasting. The only question remains when CNN, Fox News and HLN will formally Announce their demise in favor SVC-TV, SVC-TV International and the SVC-TV News Channel, respectively.  

 

The FCC has been held in Contempt by the International Tribunals and their Federal Court Partners. A new Ruling in the lawsuit against FCC requires access to American airwaves for SVC-TV, SVC-TV International and the SVC-TV News Channel on 27 August 2025. SVC-TV plans the actual switch over on 6 September 2025 providing ten days for all satellite and cable companies to formalize the changes and possibly changing the channel number designations in local areas.    

 

These Rulings and applicable Judgments will also reform or eliminate other Media outlets of all kinds, Social Media, other online aspects of the Information Age Industries. TikTok will be eliminated for National Security reasons with Facebook and X on the bubble.

 

Publishing Companies which have been found guilty by the World Trade Organization of participating in the Blacklisting of SVC Publications, in particular SVC President's books, will become part of the new Dream Weaver's Trailblazing Publishers Guild. All Authors' contracts will be honored prior to the service of the Judgments against their Publishers. Once the Judgments are executed and become effective, those contracts entered into afterward must be renegotiated or abrogated. 

 

In addition, SVC will create a Nationwide Canvassing Organization that will seek to create a National Consensus of at least 55% of the regularly Voting Public which will override the Democrats and Republicans and provide the American People with the opportunity to reengage their control over their country's politics and reform the system so that the Revival of the American Dream once again becomes possible.

 

SVC STATEMENT CONCERNING INTERNATIONAL DEADLINE

 

The International Tribunals and their Partner Federal Courts have Ordered the Trump Administration to put down the American Organized Terrorism Opprobrium completely by 27 August 2025. There will be no further extensions. SVC's President, SVC's Security Chief and their fellow Victims are done suffering on the behalf of their fellow Americans.

 

U.S. President Donald Trump has the responsibility to meet this deadline. The Courts have left the manner in which the deadline is met entirely to the President, but it must be met. Trump's Presidency can be terminated anytime by simply turning his pre-Inaugural Resignation Letter into the Secretary of State. The United Nations has designated three Cabinet members who are most likely to uphold U.S. and International Law and will become the new President, if necessary. They will be asked to serve in their order in the line of succession.

 

The traitors/terrorists have made a point of having funds denied SVC's President in every way imaginable and the luggage obsession in Colorado Springs indicates serious and dangerous mental illness. To end the siege, and whether or not with UN Troop assistance, funds will be acquired by executing Judgments upon entities and individuals which will most quickly raise the funds effective immediately.
