WHAT MUST HAPPEN IN AMERICA

The Special International Prosecutors know they now have reasonable cause to summarily end Donald Trump’s Presidency. The question is who will replace him? The Victims of the al Qaeda Hezbollah Successful Takeover of America Scandal are in no mood to go through another President who will fail to uphold U.S. & International Law!

Because the Biden, Trump and Obama Administrations refused to grant the Victims even the most basic Human Rights in the United States and cover the damages to their lives which are so egregious, the International Tribunals are determined to do a thorough job of compensating the Victims and/or their Families in every way possible!

The Special International Prosecutor acknowledges that the Sutton Family is the only exception. There is no way Justice can be done for the Suttons. The Sutton Family could never be restored to the position they would been if the al Qaeda Hezbollah Successful Takeover of America Scandal had not occurred. In terms of finally attaining Justice, you must understand what that means.

Worse, the AQHSTAS traitors/terrorists are far from being repentant and to this moment believe they will getaway with what they have done. Especially, if your body had been violated like the 350 sexual assaulted Women has been or President Sutton who is nearly being beaten to death by law enforcement. 

To these Victims, it almost is worse to know Justice will never be done by them than the brutality and disgrace they suffered through the violent event itself. There are great frustrations and complete distrust towards those in power, suggesting that their actions and decisions are biased, corrupt, or fundamentally incapable of delivering on the Constitution’s guarantees of upholding their inalienable Rights!!!!!!!! 

Given the Trump Administration has yet to put down the AQHSTAS as required by International and U.S. Federal Law as wells Trump’s Agreement with the International Tribunals, the International Judgments granted the Victims will now be served and executed forthwith. 

The job losses involved with the closure of major businesses and financial companies and institutions will cause 24 to 26 million job losses, making the unemployment rate a staggering 14% to 15%. As of July 18, 2026, the International Judgment against the United States of America stands at approximately $10.552 quadrillion. This is about 42 times its original value of $250 trillion and growing at approximately $30 trillion per diem. The Biden Administration had the opportunity in August 2023 to settle the matter for $1.4 trillion per annum but never responded to the offer!

The U.S. “gross” national debt is about $39.20 trillion as of June 3, 2026. This is up $3 trillion from a year ago and $11 trillion from five years ago during FY 2021 in the middle of the covid pandemic. The debt is estimated to be 124% of GDP. The settlement amount as Proposed in July 2023 with a deadline of August 3, 2023, is incredibly reasonable considering these numbers! Why didn’t the Biden Administration do it?

Now it’s a colossal mess. The Federal Court Partners have readied all major individual and entity Judgments for immediate execution. President Sutton has requisitioned all the security materiel and command of sufficient U.S. Sailors and Soldiers needed to adequately defend International Independence Democracy of America and execute the International Judgments utilizing the International Judgment against the United States. He can attain supplemental materiel and Personnel, when necessary, regardless of what Trump or the new President does if it isn’t him.

SVC, as the IIDA Government, is closely monitoring what will happen with President Sutton’s Social Security Benefits and Veteran’s Pension. The Federal Judges are quite serious about denying all Social Security and Veteran’s Benefits if the President does not receive all his entitlements as he should! It is basic!

Further, the video of the incident awakened the entire world to what is transpiring in Colorado Springs. The SVC Asian National Chairs and their Staffs watched what was transpiring in Colorado on the evening of 9 July from Manila the morning of 10 July.

The entire world, save the United States itself that is! That’s the point. CNN’s, HLN’s and Fox News days are now definitely numbered. One of the ways the traitors/terrorists have managed to get away with all they have is the mass and social media are their lackeys beginning with the covering up the Obama’s Administration many scandals, easily the most scandal-ridden Presidential Administration in U.S. History!

Normally, when an incident like Grant gets out and the videos are played on television, the powers that be are confronted by the press and the public and action is taken against the law enforcement involved. That’s how it should be!

However, the videos of quite literally thousands of police killings are never played and the public is unaware that a few of their law enforcement officers are murderous thugs in uniform, as U.S. Attorney General Michael Mukasey called them in Missoula, Montana, USA, more than four years before the Missoula Police Officer Kurt Trowbridge, University of Montana President Royce Engstrom, Missoula Mayor John Engen and Missoula County Attorney Fred Van Valkenburg assassination plot against President Sutton. It has been a known quantity for 17 years now and the police killing numbers have only increased. What’s wrong with this picture? The only reason this is happening is Americans are accepting it. ONLY REASON!

The real issue for the International Community is how to deal with the rogue nation, the United States of America. A good number of the required United Nations Reforms can be found in UN Resolutions as well as President Sutton’s books, but what must specifically occur with the Washington National Government, in Colorado, and Missoula County, Montana, are of particular importance.

Most importantly the traitors/terrorists must be utterly put out of business forever, the key to bringing the world to a Peaceful conclusion. People that think, talk and act like they do must not exist or at least not be at-large in civilization to wreak havoc for the rest of us! Hopefully, we can all agree on at least that!

In Colorado, specifically, all professionally Degreed, Certified and Licensed Individuals by the State of Colorado are forever, abruptly disbarred from their Professions just as President Sutton was in Financial Services after 32 years; and all Montana Insurance and Securities Licensees are likewise forever disbarred.

Peter Frigo, Angela Seaberg, Steven Giampaolo, Michael Conway, Matthew Norwood, and the Colorado Governors John Hickenlooper and Jared Polis and State Attorney General Phil Weiser that appointed them; Matt Rosendale, Jeannie Keller, et. al., must explain to the people of Colorado and Montana why. That ought to be good!

Montanans can easily survive without having insurance and securities offices locally in the State, but the State of Colorado will simply be unable to function. Coloradans cannot have hospitals because Colorado cannot have Doctors and Nurses; Colorado cannot have judicial systems because they cannot have Attorneys and Judges with Troops being Colorado’s law enforcement and Military Tribunals become the Courts; plumbers, insurance agents, security brokers, etc. cannot practice in the state.

Of course, this also means no colleges or schools for Colorado. UCCS and UCD were already scheduled to be closed for other legal reasons, but no Teachers can be Certified and the closure of the universities in both Colorado and Montana are always possibilities because of the Skaggs Pharmacy Schools on University of Montana and UC Denver Campuses producing performance-enhancing drugs to be sold to Student Athletes to raise money for al Qaeda’s terrorist activities in the United States just as al Qaeda engaged in the opiate trade in Afghanistan.

The University of Montana is a special case in many ways. It is where the Make Victims Units started with the campus police at the behest of George M. Dennison. Dennison was UM’s President 1990-2010 and an actual al Qaeda operative. His Son Rick played football at Colorado State University and played football and coached for the Denver Broncos.

On February 18, 2025, the Seattle Seahawks hired the younger Dennison to serve as the team's running back-game coordinator. He was part of the coaching staff that won Super Bowl LX over the New England Patriots 29–13 last February. The Dennison’s are the link between Missoula and Colorado and where the idea of producing and selling the performance-enhancing drugs came from in the first place.

The elder Dennison abruptly announced his retirement in January 2010. The SVC Freola Commission had uncovered the Public Funds Embezzling in March 2009; the MVU’s in June; and then performance-enhancing drug and the growing sexual assault scandals in August 2009. Dennison knew the wheels on all the cover-ups involving his al Qaeda activities were rapidly coming off.

Dennison’s self-appointed successor and hatchet-man, Provost Royce Engstrom, went after President Sutton the moment he hit the UM Campus in 2007. To prove our point, Engstrom never had any serious competition for the job. When the other two Finalists for the 17^th UM Presidency discovered it was all fixed for Engstrom, they withdrew. The Board of Regents had no other choice in October 2010 but to choose Engstrom.

As the Creator would have it, it took all of one month for everything to begin to fall apart for Engstrom – and the Obama Administration. Dennison somehow knew that would happen and left the scene going back to Colorado where al Qaeda is based. In November and December 2010, the Sexual Assault Scandal came into full bloom and U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder vowed to put down the whole mess in Missoula and prosecute 1,100 Indictments from a Federal Grand Jury.

Then Holder came to UM to make a speech at the UM Law School on Ground Hog Day 2011 and would not talk with President Sutton. He would not prosecute any of the 1,100 Indictments, an unprecedented event in U.S. Judiciary History.

Exactly one month later and five years after the Albertson’s Incident, President Sutton was expelled from the UM Campus for using hand sanitizer on the keyboards on the computers in Mansfield Library. Later that month then-U.S. Marshal Gary Norman was arrested for criminal trespassing when investigating the Skaggs Pharmacy Building producing performance-enhancing drugs.

Obviously, UM was in full cover-up mode, and Campus Security made it sound like they were Sherlock Holmes’ uncovering a great crime. Then they added other weird stories to enhance their case including accusing President Sutton of assaulting a person in the University Center when he wasn’t even in the country!

Knowing they couldn’t possibly prove their case and avert a massive lawsuit, UM conspired just as Albertson’s did concerning the shoplifting case, with City Judge Don Louden and Missoula City Attorney Jim Nugent to fix the case. Louden’s office sent a summons to appear on the same day he had to appear and snail mail didn’t deliver it until three days later. This would deny President Sutton his Right to Jury Trial, set the stage for the trial in absentia, and cause the issuing of a warrant for his arrest.

When President Sutton’s Attorney contacted Louden and told him what happened, Louden told both of them the case was dismissed and they no longer needed to worry about it.

Three weeks later, retired State District Judge Don Harkin substituting for Louden held a trial in absentia, knowing full well the Defendant would not be there. Later, President Sutton, bruised and beaten in jail, discovered the trial was set for 3 PM on a Friday. Right…

Naturally, President Sutton was convicted and sentenced to six months in jail, the maximum for the crime and President Sutton has never had even so much as a speeding ticket in his 52 years then and nearly 67 years now.

Eight months later when the sentence and arrest warrants had long since expired, Missoula Policemen Chris O’Leary and Kurt Trowbridge stopped him invoking the warrant. Trowbridge started to beat President Sutton with the intent of killing him and was paid at least $50,000 from public funds by Engstrom, Valkenburg and Engen, who has since passed away while in office.

There is no question about any of this – period!

Because the Obama Administration did nothing to stem the tide in Missoula and President Sutton had exhausted all his legal remedies within the United States, he recorded his International Complaint at The Hague with the Commonwealth Nations as the National Government Sponsors on 27 August 2012.

Indeed, the Obama Administration was in cahoots with al Qaeda as demonstrated by the Benghazi Raid 15 days later, 11 years to the day after 9/11. Deputy White House Chief of Staff and Obama Campaign Manager in 2012, Jim Messina, a fellow Grizzly, put Bill Burns up to negotiating with al Qaeda to make it happen and deflect public interest from what is transpiring in Montana!

Another aspect of UM that is pertinent here is President Sutton’s expulsion from the UM campus caused the International Tribunals to Rule that if the President is not welcome on the campus, no one is, thus the campus must be vacated, UM closed, and assets sold at auction. So, it must be to follow the law!

The same is the case for all public facilities in Missoula, Bozeman and Helena, Montana; and the Denver metro area, and, of course, Colorado Springs, President Sutton is not welcome and/or has received maltreatment. President Sutton or his assigns own these facilities through the lawsuits and can trespass any of the offenders and or governments and/or private entities at will!

Thousands of traitors/terrorists in Colorado Springs, mostly elderly, have admitted they based their initial maltreatment of President Sutton on the bogus information from Missoula, thus fully justifying the al Qaeda Script Prosecutorial Theory being utilized by The Hague and their U.S. Federal Court Partners. The traitors/terrorists are co-conspirators 1,000 miles apart!

Only one problem, even after the Missoula Informant spilled the beans on everything three years ago, the maltreatment in Colorado Springs has continued to this day. The Grant Park Incident and the situation in the PPLD Libraries are current examples.

Each and every week of the past nine since SVC Security Chief Norman has entered East Library after a six-month hiatus he has been given grief about his portfolio bag and two others he must carry with him and store in the lockers. He must do this because he has no car, is 70% disabled, and should have a walker to use.

The security guards only give him grief and no one else. Other patrons of PPLD carrying full backpacks, etc., entered with no problems. It is obvious the guards are trying to frustrate Chief Norman to the point he will get so frustrated he will not come back. This is discrimination and a violation of his Human Rights, which constitute Federal Felonies.

The Federal Court Partners have fined PPLD $3,000 for three incursions at $1,000 per incursion. The Courts will trespass everyone out of the 14 PPLD libraries if there are any more incursions. The assets will be sold so President Sutton and Chief Norman can afford safer private facilities while in Colorado Springs and no longer need to use PPLD. If there are any more incursions and/or PPLD refuses to pay the fines, Chief Norman is Ordered to close PPLD forthwith.  

The hope is that the American people will finally respond and demand Justice for the Victims of the AQHSTAS just like they did for George Floyd or things could get very ugly.

President Sutton pointed out Benjamin Franklin’s sentiments on the subject: “Justice will not be served until those who are unaffected are as outraged as those who are.” Amen! America and Americans will be judged on this basis!
