WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT!
This SVC International Compliance Committee Conference began with a Prayer Request to a Retired Army Chaplain by President Phil Sutton:
Social Security is holding my first payment because SSA is saying that they are concerned about overpayment and having to clawback, so I am supposed to receive two payments in August…
My Veterans Pension will take a year to complete. As you will recall, I started working on it with Senator (Steve) Daines last August 11th... The Senator says I will receive my August payment on 1 September 2026.
That should have happened 7 years ago on the same date when I turned 60. I am out over $400,000 in benefits and probably will never recover these losses along with all the other financial losses I have suffered.
Congress is holding Hearings on VA Staff intentionally holding back Veterans Benefits in States where Trump lost in 2024. That explains what has happened with the (HUD-) VASH Program. It is what the local VASH Staff have been telling us. I first started with the VASH Program on 22 September last year.
Obviously, I need prayer because I have not only suffered financially but my separation from my family and time I will never get back is my greatest loss!
Just reading this says volumes about who President Sutton really is and not what the traitors/terrorists of the al Qaeda Hezbollah Successful Takeover of America Scandal would have you believe. The traitors/terrorists have convinced at least three million Americans that he is a rogue and he alone is SVC. There are only 1.75 billion SVC Allied Advocates worldwide and we adore him for all he has done for Humanity!!!!!!!
That said, unlike most of President Sutton’s losses during AQHSTAS, the losses he is discussing here could have happened to any American regarding Social Security and any long-serving Veterans regarding his Pension.
It is an outrage that the Trump Administration is withholding any Veterans Benefits based on who carried the State of Colorado in the 2024 Presidential Election! Roughly 75% of Veterans Vote Republican.
Then we can begin to talk about President Sutton’s losses which are by no means common to most Americans. How about $4.7 million in Medical Expenses incurred through the beating by Kurt Trowbridge and still growing? If it were not for another Veteran who led him to an excellent private health insurance program for Veterans while he was trying to sell a Final Expense product to him and his wife, he would have had to file for bankruptcy long ago.
It was bad enough that former University of Montana President Royce Engstrom concocted a scheme where he; late Missoula Mayor John Engen; and former Missoula County Fred Van Valkenburg paid at least $50,000 and gave other assorted benefits to Missoula Police Officer Trowbridge to beat President Sutton to death, organized terrorism started by Osama bin Laden has inflicted an estimated $378 trillion by the World Trade Organization in additional damages because President Sutton survived and managed to move to Colorado where he is the sole Victim when he had 11,000 fellow Victims in Montana.
During the Conference, Counseling Vice President Diane Freola made sure the Special International Prosecutors mean business concerning making sure the traitors/terrorists are brought to Justice and intending to end Donald Trump’s Presidency if he doesn’t get with the program ASAP and put down the AQHSTAS! The question about who will replace him has now been answered, if necessary: President Sutton.
The resolution of the controversy over former Chief International Prosecutor, Karim Khan, is a relief. The two decisions that put him on the map: successfully going after arrest warrants for Russian President Vladimir Putin and, later, Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu in 2023 as well as signing off on the deal with Trump that allowed the latter to run again for President, let alone serve again. All three moves dragged the ICC into confrontations with three of the world's most powerful governments and drew intense global attention to the ICC and President Sutton’s Foreign Policy Doctrine. They were Nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.
Those warrants and Agreement still stand. The Judges issued them independently, so Khan's ouster changes nothing there. Now, Justice can be delivered in all three cases.
There are those who believe President Sutton should activate his Law License and serve as the next Chief International Prosecutor! There are others who would like to see President Sutton as the new Secretary General of the United Nations! They are unimpressed with the current Candidates to succeed Antonio Guterres.
Most importantly, this reaffirms that the International Responsibility to Protect Principle will be universally enforced whether any Nation is a signatory to them. The rift that Donald Trump created by placing Sanctions on the International Criminal Court, the Former Chief International Prosecutors, et. al., will be handled in ways the 45th & 47th U.S. President will wish he had never dared to question The Hague’s authority, let alone disband the ICC as he now is doing. Trump’s insolence and disrespect for the Rule of Law he has exhibited at all levels of government will not be tolerated any more than the rest of his fellow American traitors and/or foreign terrorists’ crimes will be!
President Sutton reiterated the established International Policy towards the traitors/terrorists. The Hague and their Partner U.S. Federal Courts will have the traitors/terrorists work not only to help their Victims rebuild their fractured lives, but to rebuild the infrastructure of the States and/or Nations they betrayed and Non-Profit Organizations and Schools so that these entities better can help all unemployed People with Reeducation and Training for new jobs and basic survival needs. This will be part of SVC’s 21st Century Marshall Plan and expansion of the Living Security Insurance and the Trailblazer Education & Training Programs!
President Sutton affirmed he has created a Insurance & Security Commission in International Independence Democracy of America. When the United Nations Reforms begin in the United States, he will become the “Super Insurance Commissioner” for the entire United States, with Colorado and Montana being the only States without Insurance Commissioners as per his International & U.S. Federal Court Judgments.
If the U.S. Congress decides to Federalize Insurance Regulation, then all State Insurance Commissions will be eliminated. If not, all IC’s must be elected by the People not appointed by the Governors and the strict guidelines that the Federal Court Partners have created and endorsed in order to permanently close the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies and the Montana State Auditor’s Office must be codified in all States and Territories with strict enforcement powers.
The IIDA ISC has taken over the regulation and franchising of Insurance Agencies producing Living Security sales and services in all nations where the Program currently exists and will eventually exist.
Cash Value Life Insurance in the United States will become illegal. There cannot be a mix of insurance and security-like products of any kind. This has led to corruption and mass gouging of consumers, but more importantly, will greatly enhance the necessity of procuring Living Security as the alternative and reducing and eventually eliminating material need and greed, key aspects of bringing the world to a Peaceful Conclusion.
The International Prosecutors, President Sutton and Counseling Vice President Freola informed everyone the best they could and to the extent they could because the case remains under active adjudication.
Perhaps the most important aspect of this for SVC is the healing that has occurred for all of Us. The International Community views SVC as the Leader for the rest of the World, regardless of what happens in the USA!
Then, President Sutton shared briefly his latest Dream with Jesus. The Dream started with a group of seven bucks and one doe wondering in the forest near him. Jesus reminded President Sutton of his vaunted “Doe Dream” in 2000 and its ultimate message from the Creator discussing the historically destructive Bitterroot fires in 2000: “Sometimes I must destroy and destroy absolutely so I can build something better in its place.”
The Doe Dream occurred after drenching rains finally ended the fires in the Bitterroot Range that seven weeks of firefighting could not. The Dream actually occurred between the old Journalism Building and the Forestry School on the University of Montana, Missoula, campus.
On the Journalism side were one adult doe and a yearling doe and buck; on the Forestry side were the same combination of deer, but that family was weak and sickly. The adult does represent Phil’s Wives. The strong family is Angelica, Marti Jack; the sickly family represented Patti, Alicia and their unborn Son that Patti was carrying when she was murdered.
President and Vice President Sutton were married 21 months after the Dream, and they had just gotten back together after being separated for almost two years. The President had left his beloved Montana to be with Woman he loved.
Jesus told the President that the prophetic Dream also portended all the grief he has gone through the past 25 years and eventual resolution just as the fires were. All the antlers on the bucks represent President Sutton’s Divine Empowerment to overcome the Pointed Crown of the antichrist and complete his Mission on Earth. Jesus ended the Dream by simply telling him, “Now you will see what this has all been about!”
President Sutton stated he’ll have more to tell us as he continues to interpret his “Buck Dream”, as he calls it, in interests of Gender Equality.

All three songs have to do with loss. The songs have been used to request help for President Sutton to metaphorically pull the sword from the stone; overcome the loss of loved ones and close associates who have passed away; and celebrating the victory of the creation of the IIDA and liberation from the labyrinth of the United States.
Then the President played the very last three minutes of Crocodile Dundee II: Crocodile Dundee II (1988) Ending
The utter joy that Sue Carleton feels when she sees her lover Mick Dundee alive after thinking he had been killed is the same Angelica expressed to Phil when she knew he had survived the Trowbridge beating and was released from prison. Linda Kozlowski and Paul Hogan eventually got married.
Phil stated that the joy of that scene would be replayed many times in the future! There was not a dry eye in the place!
