TIME HAS COME: SVC NORTH AMERICAN NATIONAL CHAIRS SUMMIT

The focus for the SVC North American National Chairs Summit once again this year is what to do with the United States and the American Organized Terrorism Opprobrium (AOTO). Canada is the only G-7 Nation which holds National Elections in 2025. By the conduct of the Canadian Elections, scheduled for Monday, indicate America's northern neighbors just despise Donald Trump and cannot understand Americans.

In 2021, then-Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau stated during the SVC World Democratization Conference that there must be a way to free SVC President Phil Sutton from American influence and control if he is to be successful in bringing the world to Peaceful conclusion. Ultimately, the reason for the AOTO has been to reduce SVC's President effectiveness and influence in world affairs if not eliminate him all together. It has not just been his ideas which have threatened the establishment and their terrorist comrades. This Project has been in progress ever since.

Donations to SVC as a percentage of total from Americans have done from 14% to 3% over FY 2022-2025 (1 July 2022- 30 June 2025) and Membership has gone from 4% to 0.7% who are Americans. Membership has always been free, but a rigorous background check and certain amount of activity in Public Policy interests and service to SVC are required.

As everyone knows by now, the powers that be in government and business in the United States have done everything in their power to fight reforms in the USA and have worked to destroy SVC's President reputation and credibility. Thus, the best way to break through this morass is to take a universal aspect of American life like Social Security and encumber the program so American will have no alternative but to reform their Nation as International and U.S. Federal Law require. Otherwise, it will be the same old same old in the USA and nothing will ever be right again. That too is in limbo and Social Security faces numerous challenges to its survival that have nothing to to do with the International Judgment against it and Americans don't seem to care, anyway. It is bewildering to say the least!

The International Community and SVC have been waiting for the U.S. Congress to reconvene and Confirm Air Force Secretary Designate, Dr. Troy E. Meink. Once that happens, Trump will Announce the move of Space Force Command to Huntsville, Alabama, from Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The U.S. Space Force is comprised of "Guardians," a term used for both military and civilian personnel. Concomitant with the move, the 14,000 Guardians will also make arrests of and execute Judgments against the AOTO traitors/ terrorists. The Guardians will transport the traitors/terrorists to the Partner U.S. Federal Courts to make their Court Appearances and probably sentence them. In any event, this will save millions in Legal costs that them U.S. Government is responsible for and fits the DOGE mission to promote government efficiency.

Quite bluntly, none of this would have become necessary if the past three U.S. Administrations had in any way fulfilled their obligations to protect Americans from such terrorist incursions in their lives as required by International and US Federal Laws! Immediate action is necessary. The terrorists/traitors are stepping up their activities in attempts to forestall the inevitable and are still at it as the general videos from Colorado Springs, at the Social Security Administration and East Library conclusively show.

The worst of the latest incursions has been barrage of phone calls - over 20 a day - to the phone of SVC's President in Colorado Springs this past week. There has always been a few of these calls made when SVC's President is not where the traitors/terrorists expect him to be; to inform him they have seen him and his alleged efforts to evade them has failed; or something has appeared on the web that they object to.

This time, a good number of the calls came from would-be employers. Investigators believe this is being done to rebut that the traitors/terrorists have denied work and services to SVC's President and they are not responsible for his unfortunate circumstances, knowing full well he would not be offered work or he could actually pursue for myriad of reasons of their making. It only confirms their cruelty and sadistic maltreatment of SVC's President instead of exonerating them from it!

Meanwhile, the Investigators are running down the phone numbers and those who have been assigned those numbers will soon be at hard labor. If the traitors/terrorists have utilized someone else's phone numbers, then they must explain to the owners why they must go to hard labor and lose everything, just like the State of Colorado must explain to all licensees and degree earners from the Colorado University System since December 2018 why they will lose their licenses and/or degrees and never allowed to practice in those professions and pursue degrees elsewhere. We are not messing with these people anymore!

Of course, anybody who remotely wants to blame the Victims of the AOTO and say that they somehow deserve it might as well as plan on joining the traitors/terrorists at hard labor. Given all that's happened with the AOTO alone, Americans must come to grips with the unmitigated disaster that their nation has become and begin the difficult reforms that can lead America back to International prominence by other than the size and power of its Military. It is their choice!

The kicker is that the traitors/terrorists are accusing SVC's President of narcissism, which is a personality trait characterized by an excessive sense of self-importance, a deep need for admiration, and a lack of empathy for others. It is another example that when the traitors/terrorists have nothing else to justify their maltreatment of SVC's President they have always resorted to his alleged "mental health issues."

The fact of the matter is it is the traitors/terrorists who have made SVC's President important in ways he never wanted nor would anyone else want it. If this is not so, why have they ganged-up on SVC's President like they have? What has made him so important that they are obsessed with abusing him at every turn and just cannot give it up? What?! Obviously, the traitors/terrorists are the ones self-inflicted with serious mental illness. And they are not going to get off by claiming insanity because they know exactly what they are doing and they enjoy hurting others! It is just a fact!

Further, to gain support from Americans, the International Community and SVC could have claimed that what has happened to SVC's President could happen to any American. That's not true. No other American is as important as SVC's President in the eyes of the traitors/terrorists!

So far in the United States, al Qaeda has won just as it did on September 11, 2001. America’s defeat now will be complete all because the last three US Presidents on down in the governmental bureaucracy and corrupt Business interests have acquiesced to al Qaeda and their “domestic servants” within the United States. No other interpretation can be placed on it!

Four of every seven residents on the Continent live in the USA. The contagion of violence created by the organized terrorism within the United States can and has spilled over to other countries and cultures. The AOTO presents a very real and present danger to all North Americans. The United Nations, The Hague and the International Community must pay as close attention to America's complete and total public disgrace (definition of opprobrium) as they do to the Russians invading Ukraine; Hamas attacking Israel, etc. and take commensurate action!

SVC's President reminded those present of the incredible events and their significance that occurred between November 9, 1989 and December 25, 1991. They simply changed the world and human history forever. First, the demolition of the Berlin Wall began on November 9, 1989. It was just one day after Montana’s Centennial as a State. The Berlin Wall was erected in 1961, shortly after President Dwight D. Eisenhower left the White House.

Second, Nelson Mandela was released from prison on February 11, 1990 after 27 years of captivity. Apartheid in South Africa would finally end. SVC's President would meet President Mandela at a White House Reception in June and they became fast Friends.

On May 10, 1994, President Mandela, at the age of 77, was inaugurated as South Africa’s First Black, majority President and Former White President F.W. de Klerk became his Deputy.

Third, Iraq invaded Kuwait on August 2, 1990. During Operation Desert Shield (August 2 - January 16, 1991), U.S. President George H. W. Bush would amass a 35-Nation Coalition to eject Iraq from Kuwait.

UN Resolution 678 on November 29, 1990, Stated: “Authorizes member states to use all means necessary to uphold the above resolutions and restore international peace and security in the region, unless Iraq fully complies with the above resolutions on or before January 15, 1991.”

It would be the second of three such Resolutions ever passed by the United Nations. Suffice it to say, Iraq would not comply and Operation Desert Storm was initiated. (January 16-February 28, 1991) After some five weeks of continual bombardment by Allied Forces when over 20,000 sorties were flown (3,465 were flown under SVC President’s Command), Allied ground Troops marched into Kuwait and completed the Mission in roughly 100 hours. It was America’s most “efficient” war effort ever.

SVC's President, of course, queried why the world did not react the same way to the Russian invasion of Ukraine as it did 31½ years earlier with Iraq invading Kuwait. There was no firm consensus.

The first such Resolution was passed on June 27, 1950, involved the United Nations Security Council Resolution (UNSCR) 83 declared North Korean actions constituted a breach of peace, recommending UN members provide assistance to South Korea to repel the attack and restore peace on the Korean Peninsula.

While Peace was restored, the two Koreas are still technically at war. The Korea War ended with an Armistice in July 1953 and no formal Peace Treaty has been adopted and signed to this day almost 72 years later.

The third and last such Resolution was Resolution 2133 Adopted by the Security Council at its 7101^stmeeting, on January 27, 2014 stated: “The Security Council, Reaffirming that terrorism in all forms and manifestations constitutes one of the most serious threats to international peace and security and that any acts of terrorism are criminal and unjustifiable regardless of their motivations, whenever and by whomsoever committed and further reaffirming the need to combat by all means, in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations, threats to international peace and security caused by terrorist acts…”

This Resolution is designed to primarily support the Sutton International Complaint which was Adopted on January 22, 2014, in the UN Security Council as well as eradicate worldwide terrorism. It was confirmed in December 2014 that al Qaeda was the primary force behind America's greatest and currently unresolved criminal scandal, the AOTO.

After Persian Gulf War was over, SVC's President was assigned the task as US Naval Liaison to help bolster Allied Defenses in the Persian Gulf so Saddam Hussein and Iraq could not threaten them again. In the process, SVC's President had to deal with Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda’s protests of “500,000 American infidels” on Saudi soil.

Eventually, bin Laden and his al Qaeda organization would be exiled – first to Yemen – and then migrating to Afghanistan. There bin Laden successfully infiltrated the Taliban Government and began raising money through the opiate trade for al Qaeda’s terrorist activities.

Bin Laden would seek his revenge against both the United States and the American he perceived as his only “worthy adversary.” Both bin Laden and SVC's President would eventually build Worldwide Organizations in what they believed in – bin Laden, Islamic Jihad; SVC's President, Human Rights for all and World Democratization.

No two Men better defined what would become of the world in the 21^stcentury. Despite SVC President's warnings, al Qaeda has killed well over 330,000 fellow Human Beings; and successfully infiltrated the United States, turned Americans against Americans, created domestic terrorist groups and transformed the USA into a rogue nation in the same league as Pol Pot’s Cambodia, Josef Stalin’s Soviet Union, Adolph Hitler’s Germany and Omar Bashir’s Sudan.

The horrible example of Nazi Germany became the impetus of developing International Law after World War II. The three original Deputy Prosecutors assigned to the Investigation of the Sutton International Complaint immediately saw the comparisons between Nazi Germany and what has and is now happening in the United States. They were all in the 70's in 2012 and they just happened to be from Poland, Slovakia, and Ukraine. If you know your history, you'll appreciate the significance of this.

While bin Laden was busy building the largest organized terrorism organization in history and creating business out of terrorism, SVC had become the largest Public Policy Education & Advocacy Organization in History; SVC's President Created the Sutton Doctrine, which provides a Five Step Process to remove despotic regimes and bring Democracy to all Nations.

Now, something similar to those 777 days is transpiring. First, it was SVC's President in December 2022 who on his own Initiative began his call for the Universal Enforcement of International Law during the SVC Africa Tour XVII Public Policy Forum Series and the fact that any of the 70 Nations who are not signatories to the Statutes of Rome or his Responsibility To Protect Principle could no longer flaunt International Law and be immune to civil action and criminal prosecution by The Hague.

It especially woke-up Russian President Vladimir Putin who directly inquired to SVC's President about what he meant by his No Exceptions Initiative. The Russia Leader learned despite all the past kindnesses the Russian Government had extended to SVC, SVC could not support the Russia's war on Ukraine. That quickly achieved Brittney Griner's release from a Russian Penal Colony in exchange for arms merchant Viktor Bout so to improve Russia's war effort and attempt to create a racial, gender and homophobic row within the USA.

It is by no mistake the foreign nation most interested in SVC President's Resurrection Sunday Message is Russia. The total hits from Russia on SVC’s Public Website were only eclipsed by the interest in Washington, DC; Denver; Colorado Springs and New York City. Putin knows all too well that regardless of what Donald Trump does to put down the AOTO, it will enhance The Hague's ability to enforce their arrest warrants against him.

To make sure everyone in the world understood that SVC President's Initiative had been made part of International Law, The International Court of Justice augmented its previous Rulings and Judgments against the United States Government and its Political Subdivisions, Colorado and Montana on 14 March, 2023 (and subsequent Rulings on 21 April 2023); and then the International Criminal Court served the arrest warrant for Putin three days later. The International Criminal Court and SVC's President were Nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in 2023.

These are unprecedented acts by The Hague against two of the world's most powerful Nations, both of which have not Agreed to abide by the Statutes of Rome or Responsibility To Protect Principle and both have United Nations Security Council vetoes. It is a great moment in the cause of International Justice!

In the United States, the retribution for these acts of outright treason and Crimes Against Humanity will be punished most severely through the closures of the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs; University of Colorado, Denver and University of Montana and having their assets sold at auction.

These Universities and their host Communities will be obliterated from memory as witness to the horrible evils which have and still do infest them. The primary perpetrators of Missoula scandals who are still alive will be judicially executed. And there is no turning back!

Likewise, for targeting SVC's President, Colorado will be partitioned. This is where the traitors/terrorists bit off more than they can chew and the primary perpetrators involved will not only lose everything of value themselves and suffer the Scarlett Letter punishment for betraying the Public Trust, they will have the task of explaining to all these devastated Insurance Agents, Realtors, Mortgage Bankers, Securities Representatives, Lawyers, Doctors, Nurses, Degree holders, et al, why their Professional Lives have been summarily terminated forever just as SVC President's was!

Of course, these marvelous People are complicit in the Kushnir assassination attempt of SVC's President in June 2019 and could be Judiciously executed if they even begin to think they can justify what they did to SVC's President, his Family, Family home and SVC President's nearly 1,400 Financial Services Clients!!!!!!!

Ironically, the Kushnirs reasons for trying to kill SVC's President was that he supported what the Russians did with Crimea. Nothing could have been further from the truth!

Of course, the Territory/State of Jefferson will actually issue the Licenses to SVC's President. If the U.S. Congress does what they should and Nationalize the Regulation of the Insurance Industry, all this will be Academic, anyway.

Nobody ever wanted it to come to this, but the traitors/terrorists have kept on to this very moment insisting that they be punished in the same manner they treated others. Revenge is as distasteful as it can be to him and that’s exactly what he is concerned will be the Public reaction to what must happen in Montana and Colorado. That is why he has been so stressed-out. But he relies on the Creator's promise found in Corinthians 10:13: "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. This verse suggests that while we may face difficult challenges, God will never allow those challenges to be beyond our capacity to handle, and He will always provide a means of escape or strength to overcome them.

In probably the most inspiration moment of the Summit, SVC's President commented that he will cease discussing our "Gethsemane Moments" in our lives and discuss the "Resurrection moments." One of SVC's President most famous quotes is: "For the Christian, for every metaphoric crucifixion or very difficult time, there will be a resurrection. But we have to bear our cross, just as Jesus said."

UPDATE 28 APRIL: The ink on the SVC NORTH AMERICA NATIONAL CHAIRS REPORT was not even dry before a major violation of an understanding between Walmart and SVC's President came unraveled. An Walmart Employee went out of her way to confiscate SVC Security Chief's cart. She was told that a Manager at the Austin Bluffs store suggested that he use a Walmart cart to get around because he witnessed how pathetic it was for him to get into town with all his gear one morning. He has been a good customer for the store and has always brought the carts back.

She earlier saw a homeless person with two carts and did not do or say anything to them. It was obvious, as the traitors/terrorists have always done, targeted SVC's President for their unique brand of serial criminality. Most importantly, Rob Walton and SVC's President had Agreed to keep the Broncos in Denver and change the stationery to read Denver, Jefferson not Denver, Colorado. Suffice it to say the Broncos will now be moved altogether.

Further, if the traitors/terrorists are seriously disabled like both SVC's President and SVC's President are, then that would impact the work they are sentenced to do. Not anymore. These traitors/terrorists will know their pain in this way, too and this Woman will always be remembered as the straw that broke the camel's back!

UPDATE 29 APRIL: On 12 April SVC had its Annual Public Policy Forum at the College of William & Mary as part of the Jefferson Birthday Commemoration. Then PPF is held at the School of Law where President Thomas Jefferson attended in the 1760's. U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John G. Roberts usually attends in one form or another to participate in the conversation about the Bill of Rights.

The Chief Justice Confirmed that the Supreme Court fully supports the Partnership between the Federal Courts and the International Tribunals as it pertains to the Sutton International Complaint. The Federal Courts have completed a Review of all the Rulings and Judgments involved as part of the Appellate Process and have made just a few changes therein, none worth reporting here.

The AOTO traitors/terrorists believe that they can forestall any legal action against them endlessly in appeal. As the Martel case in Bozeman, Montana, USA, indicated, the local State District Court and the Montana State Supreme Court Ruled they have no Jurisdiction over Federal Judgments. This case served notice that the State and Local Courts cannot be utilized in this way and any attempts to do so will be met with further Sanctions.

The Federal Courts will not entertain any appeals and the Civil Judgments levied against and criminal sentences made against the traitors/terrorists are FINAL! The Right to Due Process has been adjudicated. The only way the Judgments and Criminal Sentences will be altered is if further Sanctions and punishment are warranted.

UPDATE 1 MAY: SVC New York State Chair Henry Yoshimura had a great surprise for SVC's President, Phil Sutton, during the Annual SVC Washington Inauguration Commemoration. Henry had played Passenger’s “Sword From The Stone. English Singer, Michael David Rosenberg, composed the song which is not a direct retelling of the King Arthur legend. Instead, it's a metaphor for the struggle to move on from a past love or relationship, feeling trapped in a cycle of remembrance. Henry suggested the song is emblematic of Phil’s struggle to break free of the pattern of abuse in his life and the AOTO in particular. Most of us who know Phil have simply believed Phil could handle the AOTO without any real support and have not supported him the way we should have. With great emotion, Henry stated Phil needs our help to pull the sword from the stone!

By the time the Public Policy Forum – which was primarily about the beginnings of the U.S. Government which has not supported Phil at all - was completed, the “Sword From The Stone” wave had started worldwide. It was incredibly inspirational!!!!!!!

The best part of it is the signed Petitions from all over the world demanding that Phil and the International Community stay the course and complete the reforms for the United States set by the United Nations, the International Tribunals and their U.S. Federal Partners.
