SVC’s President, Phil Sutton, started the proceedings of the SVC International Finance Committee Septimal Conference and Emergency SVC International Board of Governors Session with a wonderful Presentation:
“Because of the American Organized Terror Opprobrium and its many facets, I have allowed SVC to diverge into many areas I never intended for it. It is now time to engage the original Goals I set for SVC almost 30 years ago now.
When I was notified this week that the IRS had red flagged me for a possible audit, I first laughed at the proposition (given my very definite economic destitution that the traitors/terrorists have placed in) and what could be gained except to further attempt to intimidate and discredit me and dissuade me to pursue the Final Kibosh.
What it has done is to further infuriate the International Tribunals and their Federal Court Partners, making it likely they will end Donald Trump’s second Presidency. Evidently, the Trump Administration believes I have any true say in the matter. I do not. All Trump has managed to do is make it quite likely that the full wrath of the International Community will now come upon the United States.
I am reminded of Jim Rohn’s story that turned his life around. Jim answered a knock on his door and saw a cute little Girl Scout was selling cookies. He told her he appreciated her offer but already had plenty of cookies in his cupboards. She left and he closed the door ashamed of himself. The reason he refused her was he did not have the two dollars to pay her for a box of cookies. He vowed that would never happen again. Jim had had his “I have had it day.”
Suffice it to say, that day has come for AOTO and all those who are responsible for it. The traitors/terrorists have finally pushed things beyond any sense of credulity and reason. Civilized Society simply cannot allow them to continue!
As I was walking into Bozeman about 11 years ago along the Sourdough Trail, a trail I helped build as a teenager, I found two little does dead on the trail. The bitter Montana winter had already taken two yearlings lives and that's why the hunting season occurs about that time so more of the wildlife can survive the winter and not freeze or starve to death.
When Lewis & Clark arrived in what is now Montana, those same deer were predominantly on the eastern plains. Civilization has forced the wildlife into the mountains the past two centuries with sometimes tragic results like I have witnessed and reported.
On Labor Day weekend in 2000, I saw two families of deer huddling between the Forestry and old Journalism School on the University of Montana Campus. On the Journalism building side, I saw a healthy adult doe with her male and female fawns. On Forestry School side, I saw a weak adult doe and buck alongside a healthy doe.
That night I had what I have dubbed my “Doe Dream”. I learned the first deer family represented the human family I have with Angelica and the second one the family I had with Patti.
The rains that fell that night did the job five Weeks of firefighting could not in putting out the now infamous Bitterroot fires of 2000. About a month later, a Colleague and I stopped at the Rest Area on Lost Trail Pass and the burned-out crags had lush green grass growing around them where all that devastation had occurred. The forest was already making a comeback when most of nature had gone to sleep for the winter.
The message from that Dream was from the Creator: "Sometimes I must destroy and sometimes destroy completely so that something better can be created in its place.”
Nature's resilience is a very definite sign of the Creator's presence in our lives and a lesson that whenever we are not grateful for the Creator's Grand Design - no matter what the hardship involved - we have trouble.
Twenty-one years later almost to the day, the Creator promised me in Japan, "I have allowed Satan's people to shatter your life and now I am building something better in its place." I have focused on that promise ever since.
CLAIMING MY DIVINE AUTHORITY
Another dream on August 10, 2018, emphasized I have yet to claim my authority. Authority can be defined as: "The power to influence others because of one's commanding manner or recognized knowledge about something."
We are all subject to human authority, but few realize that there is a Spiritual Authority (Christ's authority) that transcends even that of world governments. As the world grows Spiritually darker at the end of this age (Isa 60:2), it is vital that that Christians recognize the Spiritual Authority and power given to them by Christ. True soldiers of Christ must engage the Spiritual forces of wickedness through authority and power (Ephesians 6:12).
Satan claims to hold all the cards (Luke 4:6): "The Devil said to Him, 'all this authority I will give to you ... for this has been delivered to me, and I give it to whomever I wish' "
Here, Satan claims authority over all the kingdoms of the world. Note that Jesus didn't challenge this statement, but He said that (shortly) "the Ruler of this World will be cast out" (John 12:31). By this He meant that through His death and resurrection He would break Satan's hold on humankind - the power of death (Hebrews 2:14). Now, Satan's power and authority cannot stop Christ's Church, which has been given supreme power and authority (Matthew 16:18). Satan cannot stop the spread of the good news of God's Salvation in Christ (Colossians 1:13).
So during this age of grace Satan's power and authority is limited. But Satan is still "god of this World" and he tries to veil the Gospel. And at the very end of this age he will give his "power and great authority" to the coming World (Revelations 13.2). Only in the Millennium will Satan be bound (Revelation 20:1-3) and relinquish his Earthly Kingdoms (Revelations 11:15).
It is important to understand how Satan got such authority. Who 'handed over' authority to him? Recall that man was created "a little lower than God" (Psalm 8:5) [here the Hebrew 'Elohim' is properly translated 'God' rather than 'the angels']. Man was second in the hierarchy of beings, and all angels were in third place below God! Man was to rule over creation (Psalm 8:6, Genesis 1:28). But as a result of Man's disobedience (The Fall), Man handed over his God-given authority to Satan, who then placed himself in second place under God. So it was rebellious Man who gave Satan authority to rule the World in this present age.
Jesus stated what his authority is this way: "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth" (Matthew 28:18)
The Greek word used in Matthew 28.18 is 'exousia' meaning 'Authority, Jurisdiction, Liberty, Power, Right and strength'. So authority here is closely linked with the concept of power, and the Holy Bible uses the word power rather than authority. However, the Greek differentiates between the right or authority to use God's power ('exousia') and the power itself ('dunamis') e g: "He called the twelve together and gave them power (dunamis) and authority (exousia) over all the demons" (Luke 9.1)
So the difference between the two is that Spiritual authority refers to the right to use the Creator's power. I am Jesus’ surrogate on Earth and now I must claim His Authority as my own to make the Mission Statement of The SVC International Dreamweaver Plexus a reality!
Almost exactly a year before on August 13, 2017, the Creator reaffirmed this message that the Former Montana Scandal had destroyed My Life completely, but something far more beautiful would replace it. I had no idea the devastation was yet to be completed. The now seven-year loss of My 32-Year Career in Financial Services finished the job.
I have often mused that so many build their Homes in the Western United States in the Wilderness, carving out a space in the forest with great cathedrals of pine trees adorning their properties, evidently not understanding that Mother Nature will eventually be back to reclaim what is hers.
Pine cones which bear the seeds for all pine trees can only be opened and released by intense heat. The only way Nature can have pine trees is through the ravages of forest fires. Every pine tree that is out there is there naturally got there through fire - it's only way it can happen!
In 1988, five fires simultaneously burned in Yellowstone Park, the World’s oldest National Park and just 90 miles south of Bozeman. Mother Nature was making up for lost time because these fires were the first since the Park opened in 1872.
Exactly thirty years before this Conference with Jesus on October 4, 1989, I returned to Montana, went to Yellowstone Park and found the same thing I saw 11 years later south of Missoula, with lush green grasses growing around the burned out crags in late October. There is an obvious metaphor here. All these devastating fires occurred south of Montana’s two scandal-ridden University towns.
The Creator promised he would make sure the terrorists of former al Qaeda-gate would be inflicted with the fires of a guilty conscious for the rest of their Lives here on Earth and feel the heat of being on the outside looking into Jesus' Kingdom in the next Life.
The Creator also promised that all the Victims of organized terror would have their Lives restored similar to the way Job’s Life was restored if they obey and do their best to rebuild their Lives. How beautiful!
The first thing I did when Angelica & I purchased the International Independence Creek Properties was to hire a Lumber Broker who in turn cleared out the roughly 8,900-acre property of all the threatening dead wood so the SVC International Complex and Sutton Manor West would never be threatened by forest fires.
We used the proceeds from the timber sales to pave the dirt road into the property, not believing the two County Governments the IICP straddles in Colorado would ever get around to it, especially when they would have to share in the cost of doing so and the inevitable arguments about who would pay for it would ensue.
For nearly two Years this highway was literally one to nowhere. Everyone wondered about my sanity when I stated that SVC would build what would become the now renown SVC International Complex out of the proceeds from my first book, REVIVAL OF THE AMERICAN DREAM.
What no one understood that this is my version of the American Dream and just as I have always taught, one must do whatever it takes to realize your Dreams. I have always led by example and look where my Dream is today!
I now want to expand on that Vision and return to being the Educator and Counselor I was always meant to be. It is time we share the success of the SVC International Dream Weaver Plexus in Africa primarily through the Trailblazer Education & Training Program that to date has helped 125 million people to a much brighter future than they ever would have had been possible for them if SVC had not intervened with the rest of the world, even with our haughty fellow Americans.
One of the greatest mistakes individuals make is to believe that when their formal education ends that they no longer need to be students and continue to educate themselves. I am 66 years old, attended college for 11 years, have two doctorate degrees but never have ceased being a student.
SVC will begin offering Business & Personal Coaching to all our clients and the International Institute of Peace & Democracy will build a Medical School, hospital and a School for Environmental Sustainability. I am looking forward to these challenges in ways that have not been true for me in almost two decades!
As per the SVC Constitution, the SVC International Executive Committee has been called into Emergency Session to act on behalf of the SVC International Board of Governors and have unanimously Resolved to put the American Organized Terror Opprobrium down without delay! SVC will now pursue the accomplishment of World Democratization; Economic Democratization and universal utilization of SVC President’s Living Security Program to bring the world to a Peaceful Conclusion!
The provocations of the U.S. Government just this past week alone mandates immediate International Intervention. Independent parties pursued legal action against the Social Security Administration in District of Columbia Federal Court on behalf of SVC’s President, Phil Sutton.
The IRS had frozen all records pertaining to the contributions made to the Social Contribution Trust Funds by SVC’s President and further refused FOIA requests when it was disclosed that the IRS had diverted portions of those contributions to other accounts or outright embezzled the funds.
This whole episode was triggered by SVC’s Counselling Vice President, Diane Freola, a Tax Attorney by trade, when her own research indicated not only SVC President’s but other Clients of hers mysteriously were not given full credit for their contributions.
Suspicion was heightened when Social Security Commissioner Frank Bisisnano was appointed the first-ever Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the IRS in October 2025 by Treasury Secretary and Acting IRS Commissioner Scott Bessent not two weeks after SVC’s Counseling Vice President first disclosed her findings. To top that off, the IRS served notice that it has red-flagged SVC’s President for a possible audit.
Of course, all these actions have just transpired and it will take time to sort out fact from fiction, but suffice it to say it is clear the Trump Administration has now put SVC’s President on its “enemies list” and no longer will meet the requirements of Trump’s Agreement with the International Tribunals to put down the AOTO. What this simply means is Trump must go with the only question being who will replace him and meet America’s obligation under International Law to protect its innocent Citizens. There will be no messing around now!
