The SVC International Roundtable XXVIII Sessions at the SVC International Complex & Media Center are especially emotional for everyone. The sense of urgency has never been higher because UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres will be term-limited at the end of 2026 and no one wants to leave his successor with all the unfinished business that exists Internationally now.
SVC's President completed his writing of the International Responsibility to Protect Statutes 20 years ago about this time in 2005 when Kofi Annan was in a similar position. At that time, former U.S. President Bill Clinton was being considered for UN Secretary General as SVC's President is now. The tradition of electing a World Citizen as UNSG who is not a resident of one the five Permanent Member Nations of the UN Security Council eventually nixed the idea for Clinton. In 2026, there is also the sense that the time has come for the first Woman UNSG to be elected.
When the American Soldiers first engaged the Germans in North Africa in 1942, U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt simply Reported to the American People, “We are fighting back.” SVC's President Affirmed his Cousin’s words during the SVC Africa Tour XXI General Conference in Marrakesh, Morocco, making it analogous to the American Organized Terror Opprobrium, adding a word, “We are finally fighting back.”
Tony Blair’s analogies to SVC President's warnings about organized terrorism’s growth in the World and infiltration in the United States to his predecessor as British Prime Minister, Winston Churchill’s “The Gathering Storm” warning concerning the Nazi threat was also discussed. Then all that has happened to free SVC from our dependence on American resources and power and how key that has been to freeing SVC's President to accomplish what he must.
With movements to formally recognize a Palestinian State and Somaliland - the partitioning of Somalia in 1991 - as well as creating the new Nation of the International Independence State of America - recognizing the International Independence Creek Properties as a sovereign country similar to Vatican City - is definitely on the table.
Because the creation of IISA has followed the pattern of the successful creation of Vatican City in 1929 and South Sudan in 2011 and SVC's role in the latter, the formal recognition of IISA in 2026 is far more likely than Palestine and Somaliland. The advantages of having SVC's President as the newest National Leader in the world is readily recognized by most other Nation States and his International reputation and influence as a Head of State would be immeasurably enhanced.
Further, the pressure to put down the AOTO would should entirely upon the U.S. Government where it should be and the Sutton International Complaint would also be augmented as a complaint recorded directed by an UN Member State, not as one sponsored by a group of Nation States to uphold the International Human Rights of helpless Americans under the Responsibility to Protect Principle!
Obviously, the success of SVC's President's Living Security Financial Services Product in the British Commonwealth, France and Germany has been huge. While the US Government is fighting over the viability and efficacy of Obama/Bidencare, the first cradle to grave insurance product everybody wants in the United States is fittingly out of reach for Americans and will be until America and Americans gets their act together!
The 2025 SVC International Declaration of Concerns Report verified the conspiracy to kill SVC's President has been between the Information age establishment, International organized terrorism and those who oppose World Democratization, both Economic and Political, and Development of International Law & Universal Human Rights.
Those who threaten the “establishment” usually have their problems with it and because a few of us are destined to push back the envelope a little bit more than most would dare, place our lives in danger.
SVC's President enjoys talking about having “serious Political DNA.” With his Ancestry, he definitely has that. The aspects that set his and SVC Vice President, Angelica Sutton, specific Ancestries apart from most is the sense of righteous indignations at wrongs that exist in our Society.
Nelson Mandela taught SVC's President that there is good and bad in all of us. The key is to understand those who are the “liberators”; and understand who are the “oppressors”. It does not take a rocket scientist to know who President Mandela meant to be the liberators and those who are the oppressors.
Jesus’ version of this is that on the Judgment Day everyone will be separated into two groups: the sheep and the goats. The battle throughout History has been between these two groups.
This is why in his Hastings Declaration SVC's President asked everyone to pick which side you are on. Do you support Jesus and Nelson or do you support Satan and Osama bin Laden? Pick!

SVC's President long since had made his Decision and bin Laden knew where SVC's future President stood in 1991 and what his relationship is with the Creator and President Mandela, who had been released from prison in South Africa almost exactly a year before!
After SVC's President had been released from prison after Missoula Police Officer Kurt Trowbridge failed to brutally beat him to death just as Missoula County Sheriff Deputies had failed to murder him four and five years before and Recorded his International Complaint, he placed himself firmly on the side of the Liberators:

Crusade is the key word here. As often has happened, SVC's President has stated a truth and somehow history has vindicated that viewpoint. It has not just been Osama bin Laden, al Qaeda and despotic National Leaders who did not care too much for SVC President's ideas, it was a large swath of American Business Leaders and the American News Media wanted SVC's President dead just as the Confederates wanted Lincoln to be assassinated and they have made 25 attempts of which we have knowledge.
SVC's President knew bin Laden was a diabolical genius in 1991 and told everyone to watch him very carefully. This was the reason why SVC's President developed his No Tolerance Terrorism Policy and stated and wrote, "The United States should make no distinction between the terrorists who committed the acts of terrorism and those who harbor them."
Osama bin Laden conceived his revenge on SVC's President for his exile from Saudi Arabia 34 years ago and three million Americans have thrown in with bin Laden.
The largest injustice throughout the American Organized Terror Opprobrium has been why SVC's President has been the object of so much grief. He has not done anything to the traitors/ terrorists at all. It has been completely them and that is why what they have done to SVC's President and his fellow Victims will be returned in full measure following the restatement of the Golden Rule: "What you have done unto others will be done unto you."
The traitors/terrorists have recruited others to their side by saying SVC's President is saying he will do this or he will do that, thus he must be opposed. The truth of the matter is SVC's President is acting as a good Citizen and turning these people in for their crimes against him, realizing the traitors/terrorists are dangerous to Human Civilization as a whole.
There is no excuse for the treatment of the Victims of the AOTO and everyone knows it. And everyone knows they are entitled to Justice. So why has it been so difficult for the Obama, Trump and Biden Administrations to do right for these poor people? The American people and the American News Media have done it for Rodney King, Floyd George and Tyre Nichols. What is the difference here? Now the problem will be solved by outside forces and no thinking person American can be happy about it.
There are too many things which never should have happened to the detriment of thousands of Americans and much too few things which should have happened but did not. This situation must be corrected with with dispatch. America must be restored to its status as a model to the rest of the world as it has been rather than the disgrace that it has become.
Martin Luther King knew that the White southerners who opposed him knew they were wrong all along. The facade of white supremacy eventually became untenable and unsustainable. So has the beliefs of the traitors and terrorists of the AOTO. How they think, talk and act cannot be tolerated in civilized society ever again!
The ideals and Principles that the United States were founded upon simple do not exist in the hearts and minds of a good many Americans today. If they did, they would be following SVC’s lead.
SVC's President did submit two quotes by U.S. President George H.W. & First Lady Barbara Bush for the Delegates to contemplate. First from Mrs. Bush: "I'm a liberal when it comes to human rights, the poor; so's George Bush. . . Does that mean we care about people and are interested and want to help? And if that makes you a Liberal, so be it". Their Son, President George W. Bush, readily admitted that the Republican Party had shed its Lincolnian heritage during the 2000 Presidential Election Campaign. The MAGA Republicans need to be reminded that their party started in 1854 in opposition to slavery!
Senior President Bush was much more personal in his comments, "Phil is conservative on all the right issues but the Social issues are matter of conscience." Phil has always believed "Poppy" was really talking about himself. Both men started out their careers in Public Service believing the United Nations was a joke, but the former eventually represented the United States at the UN and utilized the Provisions of the UN International Charter to rally International support to eject Iraq from Kuwait during the Gulf War; and the latter has become a leading spokesman and statesman for the UN and leader in the development International Law.
The entire commentary and debate during the Roundtable concentrated on how the United Nations could be more effective. A general consensus has been created concerning reforms proposed for the UN, including:
1) International Law provisions concerning enforcement and punishment for violations committed by rogue nations and their National Leaders. It is now inviolable that no nation is exempt from the Rome Statutes and exact sanctions will be administered if any nation acts to the contrary. Period. This needs no further approval by the United Nations.
The International Tribunals and the International Prosecutor's Office should never have been bound by provisions limiting their power to enforce International Law simply on the whims of an offending nation or any allied nation trying to protect them. It is incredibly convenient for any National Leader(s) to simply disregard International Law when it suits them.
Donald Trump would have loved to Sanction Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg before he was convicted of 34 felony counts in the same way he has Sanctioned International Prosecutors Fatou Bensouda and Karim Khan. While Khan's missteps on sexual misconduct allegations is not helpful to this debate, the point is clear.
If Trump could have Sanctioned Bragg in the same way did he did against Bensouda and Khan, how could Justice ever be done in any criminal case at any level of Jurisprudence where such power could be used and abused? We rest our case.
Further, Trump has been convicted by the International Criminal Court on these obvious counts of Obstruction Peace and Justice as well as 196 counts of Crimes Against Humanity for separating Families at the border. The Federal Court Partners have convicted Trump on equivalent counts at the Federal level.
The only reason Trump is President is because he made a deal the International Tribunals that he would put down the AOTO upon assuming office. That was 11 months ago now! The Delegates are unanimous that The Hague should turn in Trump's Resignation Latter and install a new U.S. President that will finally get the job done! Problem is, who would that be? The International Community is not going to go through President after President just because organized terrorists now control the United States of America!
2) The veto in the UN Security Council that China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States enjoy will be limited when an issue arises that recognizes any one of the Permanent Members as a party. The best example is when Russia threatened to veto all Sanctions against it after invading Ukraine. This is the same of as the principle of recusal in a court of law.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy laid down the gauntlet on 5 April 2022 - the tenth of the Trowbridge beating of SVC's President - urging the UN to act or "dissolve yourself altogether." Zelenskyy is absolutely correct. If the UN cannot act to end the violence against the people of Ukraine or the American Victims of the AOTO, what is the point?
The United Nations understands that the reasons for its very existence are being questioned, let alone The Hague. That is why all this nonsense must end. The key difference here is that the UN Security Council adopted the Sutton International Complaint 14-0 in 2014 and the United States abstained. The UN is thereby authorized to utilize all aspects at its disposal to complete the Final Kibosh of the AOTO, up to and including using Foreign Troops within the United States just as the Allies fought together during the Gulf War.
The Delegates are unanimous that the year 2026 will not last long until "boots are on the ground" in America and the three million Americans who have become the ultimate traitors of history to all that America stands for will be brought to Justice!
3) Climate Change should have a renewed fervor among Nations. The science has been proven and the question is can human beings positively affect the earth's climate and not adversely effect global economies? The Delegates are unanimous that all efforts must continue to do so.
Call to Action
“It’s clear the world has the resources to lift lives, heal the planet, and secure a future of peace and justice,” Mr. Guterres said.
Looking ahead, the UNSG had a direct message to Leaders globally. “On this New Year, let’s resolve to get our priorities straight. A safer world begins by investing more in fighting poverty and less in fighting wars. Peace must prevail,” he urged.
Addressing people everywhere, Mr. Guterres added: “Play your part. Our future depends on our collective courage to act.”
“In 2026,” he concluded, “I call on leaders everywhere: Get serious. Choose people and planet over pain. Let’s rise together – for justice, for humanity, for peace.”
