SVC started 2025 with our Inaugural Espirit de Corps General Conference in January. It was then I stated that I felt the Spirit of God is moving powerfully in the world today in ways not seen since the 777 days in 1989 through 1991 when the Berlin Wall fell in November 1989 and Mikhail Gorbachev dissolved the Soviet Union on Christmas Day 1991, ending the 45-year Cold War I. I have not been disappointed in what we have witnessed the past 42 weeks. Stay tuned for the next 69 weeks!

 

My memories of that time became ever so vivid when former U.S. Vice President Richard B. Cheney passed away five days ago. When Iraq invaded Kuwait on 2 August 1990, the tectonic plates beneath me shifted forever. The Pentagon, led by Dick as Defense Secretary, would invite me back to the U.S. Navy and I accepted because I believed the cause was right.

 

Five weeks before I had been at a White House Reception for Nelson Mandela. Nelson had been released from prison after 27 years that February. All the work the Members of the International Apartheid Boycott finally had paid off! Operation Desert Shield was already underway when I arrived in Qatar, where the Fifth Fleet was moored. I went through intense retraining because of my 7½-year absence, and I was given the command of a Wing Group flying off the USS Theodore Roosevelt and the USS America, predominantly. My Wing Group flew a total of 3,465 sorties before ground operations began on 24 February 1991, my mother’s birthday. This is an American record for consecutive sorties without casualties and/or loss of fighter jets.

 

This performance record brought me to the attention of those in the Pentagon who created a position of Naval Liaison to America’s Gulf War Allies to aid them in building their National Defenses so that Saddam Hussein could not and would not threaten them.

 

I have commented that U.S. President Gerald Ford is to Dick Cheney as Dick Cheney is to me. Both Jerry and Dick provided very young men huge responsibilities and opportunities that led to our roles in history. Dick was a very young White House Chief of Staff at age 34 in 1975, and I was just 31 when I was named Naval Liaison. Those positions traditionally have gone to far more experienced people and senior officers in my case.

 

On the afternoon of 9/11, I spent considerable time calling my sub-commanders of the Reservist Wing Group I commanded, saying: “I don’t know where we are going, but I know we are going.” Years later when I was asked how I knew, I simply answered, “I know Dick Cheney,” who was the new VP at the time.

 

In fact, we were the very first Reservist or National Guard unit called up, and we met with the Vice President in Spokane the last weekend of September 2001, one of Dick’s famous “undisclosed locations.” We were packed and ready to go before the orders came. We were very anxious to get after al Qaeda and the Taliban!

 

Of course, the specter of Osama bin Laden enters the scene here. The personal vendetta he held against me and al Qaeda's very successful infiltration into the the United States is the catalyst for the AOTO and my prominent role opposing it. Dick always took some pride in claiming that our Wing Group was his Wing Group because the catchment area included Casper, Wyoming where he is from and all of Montana where I am from. You can’t help but see the hand of God in all this!

 

It is positively uncanny that Dick has passed away at the precise time decisions are being made by International Community as the world moves in for the kill on the American Organized Terror Opprobrium. Dick practically invented the concept of “War On Terror” and we are planning the revival of the War on Terror as part of the overall design for the REVIVAL OF THE AMERICAN DREAM. Failure is not an option!

 

In the coming days, weeks and months, God’s reasons for the AOTO and putting me through the living hell I have sustained will become abundantly evident. The ultimate defeat of all those who take pride and glee in hurting others and destroying the lives and reputations of others will themselves know what it is to have their lives devastated.

 

All of America, particularly what is left of the State of Colorado and Missoula County, will know the true nature of the damage of what the traitors/terrorists have wrought for themselves, their families, their communities, their States and their country for which they are most certainly responsible!

 

The only thing we are able to understand about the traitors/terrorists is they do not want to be punished for what they have done. Worse, they do not feel they have done anything wrong and often have used their job descriptions to justify their actions toward their victims. Civilization cannot afford to allow this if any semblance of order is to be maintained.

 

The other nauseating aspect of the AOTO that the traitors/terrorists have no sense of propriety and the greatest nonviolent offense is Public Officials and Employees using the "power of the positions" to betray the Public Trust and make a mockery of Justice.

 

There was a day in United States when Americans would collectively show their outrage when 350 women are sexually assaulted with impunity; over 10,000 more people have had their lives systematically ruined; and a County Attorney, Mayor and a local University President raised $50,000 to pay a police officer to murder an innocent Citizen. But no more. Keep in mind all this was done in Missoula County, Montana, USA, in just a few years and Missoula is a community of just 75,000. All sociological studies suggest that it was/is actually 10 times worse than we know!

 

SVC looks forward to the requirement that all adult Americans must watch the AOTO Documentary regarding the Missoula Scandals to learn what they have allowed in their country. Americans can rest assured the United States will not be forgiven for it and they cannot make it up to our families anymore than Germans could excuse the Holocaust! 

 

Further, on Veterans Day, Americans can forget thanking Veterans for their service because it is obvious Americans do not truly appreciate that service and the sacrifices made. They are just going through the motions. I can speak for myself by saying I know Americans don't appreciate my service in the Navy, in Foreign Service or helping over 119 million people to a better life all over the world or I would be in a very different place and I wouldn't even be discussing the AOTO!

 

Meanwhile, there will be a new State or Nation which will prosper and will be the example to the rest of the world concerning how to bring the world together in a Peaceful manner just as the United States of America used to. There is no turning back!
