The basis for the Sutton International Complaint (Commonwealth of Nations v. United States of America) is that the National Government in Washington did not protect the Victims of the AOTO as required by the Responsibility to Protect (R2P); the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Code.
The primary Author of the R2P is also the primary Victim in the AOTO scandal. This is because the organized terrorism confederation created by Osama bin Laden has sought to destroy bin Laden’s self-proclaimed only worthy adversary. Inexplicably, 3,017,343 Americans have joined him including the last three Presidents of the United States. There can be no questions that the 455+ million U.S. Federal Felonies and quite literally billions of misdemeanors have been committed against him, including 30 assassination attempts.
If any foreign National Leader had this record of abuse of his/her own people, the U.S. State Department would demand action by the International Community yesterday! Traditionally, the USSD has particularly decried political assassination. Then just what was Missoula Mayor John Engen, University of Montana President Royce Engstrom, and Missoula County Attorney Fred Van Valkenburg doing by paying Missoula Policeman Kurt Trowbridge $50,000 to beat SVC’s President to death? Foreign Ministries in over 170 nations are now watching events in the United States and are waiting to pounce upon this outrageous hypocrisy with International Economic Sanctions that will devastate the United States!
SVC’s President is joined by 10,780 fellow Victims who have had their lives systematically destroyed and 350 Women according to Google who have been sexually assaulted without impunity between 2008 and 2012 in Missoula County, Montana, USA, alone, and are still awaiting Justice.
The American People and Barack Obama, Donald Trump and Joe Biden and their National Administrations say this is just fine with them. It is not just fine and according to R2P, the International Community must intervene.
The proposed punishment for these profound criminals is they have a full ROI in their violent and stochastic terrorism and is quite appropriate. What would be more appropriate? The traitors/terrorists separated the Victims’ Families, they will never see their families again. They have subjected their Victims to 24/7 harassment and ridicule leading to the ruination of their lives and reputations. They will wear on their clothing that says they are proud to be traitors to the United States. They have caused SVC’s President near bankruptcy from medical bills from the Trowbridge beating and the loss of over $40 sextillion in business and employment income losses. The traitors/terrorists will know severe destitution in every way and never have a job, money, car or home again.
Are the American People prepared to say that these innocent Victims somehow deserved what they received? If Americans continue to stay on the sidelines, what will be the retribution for all Americans? Permanent loss of Social Security and other government entitlement programs? International Troop occupation? Etc., etc., etc.?

That said, SVC also recognizes U.S. President Donald Trump's attack on Iran is meant to deflect attention from his many domestic, political difficulties. American Presidents have often attempted to improve their standing at home by demonstrating American military superiority elsewhere. That's nothing new.
But it is completely hypocritical to attack a foreign adversary when that same adversary has successfully infiltrated the U.S. Government and the Trump Administration does nothing to combat it. It is very suspicious, to say the least.
The AOTO actually began in 1980 with Hezbollah initiating the terrorist infiltration as Iran held 52 Americans hostage. The same students who invaded the U.S. Embassy in Tehran constituted the nucleus for Hezbollah and is still supported financially by Iran to this day. The world cannot tolerate this hypocrisy any longer!

As far back as 2014 when the Sutton International Complaint met with United Nations Approval, the concern over the organized terror’s infiltration into the United States being wholly supported by domestic terrorism has existed. Now it’s all but confirmed by the International Tribunals and their Investigators.
TREASON CONVICTION
The US Code says: “Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”

The United States of America allowed Oleksander and Kateryna Kushnir to escape unfettered after their failed assassination attempt upon SVC’s President, Phil Sutton, at the U.S. Air Force Academy on June 21, 2019, during Donald Trump’s first term as President. The Kushnirs were arrested by Russian Law Enforcement in their native Crimea on June 24, 2019.
Later, the Kushnirs cooperated with International Investigators and testified that elected and appointed Colorado Officials and employees were complicit in the murder plot. The Kushnirs are admitted al Qaeda operatives. This constitutes Americans providing aid and comfort to sworn enemies of the United States, thus is treason according to the U.S. Constitution.
This is but one of quite literally millions of treasonous acts which have been connected with the perpetrators of the former AOTO, now the Al-Qaeda-Hezbollah Infiltration Scandal. But more importantly, the Administrations of Barack Obama, Donald Trump, Joe Biden and Donald Trump have stood idly by and allowed it to unfold unabated.
Under International Law, the primary responsibility to Investigate and Prosecute these heinous crimes falls on the “National Authorities”. When the National Authorities have failed to quell treason, insurrection and violation of International Law in their Countries, the International Responsibility to Protect kicks-in.
In this case, this empowers the United Nations, the International Tribunals and International Prosecutors to intervene directly in U.S. Domestic Affairs. This power is unequivocal and knows no boundaries. Furthermore, the use of force under the United Nations Charter has been authorized against the United States.
The recent attacks against Iran by the United States and Israel has inspired renewed calls for action against President Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Both men are considered fugitives from International Justice.
The concomitant efforts by President Trump to thwart the enforcement of International Law against the AQHIS now has persuaded the International Prosecutors and their Federal Court Partners Mr. Trump is guilty of treason. This became incontrovertibly true when Mr. Trump so blatantly attacks a foreign enemy of the United States and has given aid and comfort to the same enemy on American soil. Mr. Trump and his two predecessors have allowed 11,000 innocent American Citizens to be killed, maimed and/or reputationally ruined by those who are essentially al Qaeda operatives in every sense of the term!
