FOUL BALL, S-T-R-I-K-E TWO!
Well, at least the Veterans Administration is talking to President Sutton about his Pension. He only spent 23 years in the U.S. Navy/Foreign Service combined and should have been receiving his Pension the past seven years, but he still has not seen any such benefits.
The VA apologizes stating there is a war on, and all its efforts are in that direction. The Army Secretary, Dan Driscoll, has just resigned in protest and scolded President Trump up one side and down the other!
If you combine the business and pension losses suffered by President Sutton that the State of Colorado and U.S. Governments are directly responsible for the past 93 months, he has lost at least $100,000 more than the average American Man and $600,000 more than the average American Woman makes in a lifetime!
Naturally, the Social Security Administration is as obnoxious as ever and adding to these losses as President Sutton did not get his promised double payment on 26 August! The IRS absconded with 70% of President Sutton’s contributions and gave them to others. It took a successful Class Action Lawsuit with 47 others to get that straightened out! Apparently the SSA intends to complete the grand thefts and not give the Seniors their due in terms of benefits!
Meanwhile, the traitors/terrorists in Colorado Springs are playing very dangerous mind games with Security Chief Norman. They have returned to their 24/7 harassment and have made sure Chief Norman knows he is being watched in various ways.
The traitors/terrorists are desperately holding onto their perception of President Sutton that they have sold to everyone else that he is a worthless tramp and denying all his retirement benefits and deny him a normal life is an excellent way to make sure the public sees him that way.
The traitors/terrorists have pressured merchants, coffee shop and restaurant owners not to allow him access and expose him to further public ridicule and harassment as well as law enforcement gas lightings and murder attempts. From the beginning eight years ago, the traitors/terrorists have not wanted President Sutton in Colorado Springs.
People wonder why he just hasn’t left and ended the siege. First, the traitors/ terrorists believe they successfully chased President Sutton out of Montana when in reality they wanted to keep him tied down in Montana and never confirm al Qaeda’s operations in Colorado Springs.
When President Sutton did finally leave Montana, the traitors/terrorists made him their sole victim in Colorado. Further, if he had left Colorado Springs, they would have just moved with him and commenced harassing him there, too. They are obsessed with harming President Sutton. They are insane!
Further, the traitors/terrorists in Colorado Springs are going so far as attempting to emulate the Make Victims Units in Missoula County, Montana. They are looking for the slightest infraction so they can somehow bargain with prosecutors to let them go.
Just seven problems. One, all criminal and civil cases involved with the Sutton International Complaint fall under the Jurisdiction of The Hague. The International Criminal Court must decide whether to prosecute anyone, especially with the Defendants believing that any American Courts can prosecute the Complainant or have him arrested without The Hague’s permission prior to doing so.
Two, it is the traitors/terrorists who are the profound criminals and are under Investigation. Attempting to Investigate any SVC International Staff is Obstructing Peace and Justice at the international level and the trouble starts there!
Three, President Sutton has not done even so much as a speeding ticket in his 67 years and The Hague is satisfied that the chances of him doing anything that remotely looks criminal are less than zero. No credence would be given concerning any would-be charges, anyway. What happened to him in Missoula is proof that all the MVU-like activity against President Sutton is just garbage and has no salience under the law!
Four, despite what Donald Trump and others have stated, everyone must follow International Law, regardless of their nationality and their home country having ratified the Rome Statutes. It is ridiculous to set laws and anyone who wants to ignore them can. Imagine the chaos that would ensue if anyone could do that!
Five, the U.S. Federal Court Partners have reviewed all that The Hague has done and, if anything, have increased the criminal penalties and the amounts of the International Judgments. The Federal Court Partners are in lockstep with The Hague!
Six, there is plea bargaining at the international level, but it is far less common, more restricted, and subject to intense debate than in domestic criminal justice systems.
Seven, the Federal Courts have granted a Restraining Order protecting all the Victims from incursions by all Law Enforcement because, after all, that is where the Sutton International Complaint initiated with the Trowbridge beating and the Obama Administration who harbored the traitors/terrorists in Missoula.
American Law Enforcement has no authority or jurisdiction over the Victims and cannot get within 500 feet. Convictions on three Federal Felony counts are automatic, and they are no longer Law Enforcement Officers at that point. The Restraining Order has been extended to all those who presume to be Law Enforcement or security employees both public and private.
Then, of course, there is the little matter of the nearly half billion U.S. Federal Felonies committed against President Sutton primarily in Montana, Colorado and Washington, D.C. Those crimes must be punished, particularly violent crimes and crimes that have betrayed the Public Trust by public officials elected and appointed and public employees from the Presidents on down. The traitors/terrorists must deal with the reality that community service, moneyless, joblessness, transportationlessness and homelessness for at least 40 years is their future!
It is rather fantastic the traitors/terrorists believe they can ruin people’s lives and reputations and get away with it. They must pay their debt to society like everyone else – period!
The only way to combat this treason and terrorism and relieve President Sutton and Security Chief Norman is foreclose upon public services or place liens on public property in lieu of final closure to raise money to get them inside and away from the abuse for good and defeating the traitors/terrorists in such ways to make the traitors/terrorists responsible for the whole mess in the public’s eyes. The U.S. Government should have been paying for this all along!
The International Tribunals and their U.S. Federal Court Partners are watching. They are the ones that really matter in this, and they are riled like you wouldn’t believe! The Federal Courts are the ones who can Order the Social Security Funds confiscated, etc., and order whatever necessary to put down the al Qaeda Hezbollah Successful Takeover of America Scandal!
The Federal Courts have read Drs. West’s and Masterson’s articles concerning the Economics of Organized Terrorism and the World Trade Organization’s Report on President Sutton’s losses estimated to be $147 trillion and, with the usual treble damage awarded by courts in such matters, his losses amount to $441 trillion. That’s 11 times the U.S. National Debt, which just went over $40 trillion for the first time! President Sutton by all rights should be a billionaire Philanthropist like Bill Gates doing good and all kinds of wonderful things around the world, not having to put up with the AQHSTAS and live the way he has!
Americans will be judged by history based on what they did for George Floyd and his family when his life mattered but did not do for Phil Sutton and his fellow Victims when their lives haven’t mattered.
America has two strikes against it now. The third called strike will be Donald Trump not getting the SSA, VA and AQHSTAS straightened out and the American People not demanding meaningful change ASAP!
